Outlines
๐ The Ancients and the Origins of Cyberspace
The video script delves into the backstory of 'Sonic Frontiers', starting with the Ancients, an intelligent civilization from another planet who resembled Chaos from 'Sonic Adventure'. They possessed 'Cocos', which acted as lucky charms. The Ancients faced the threat of a beast called 'the End', forcing them to flee their destroyed home world using 'chaos emeralds'. These emeralds led them to Earth, where they evolved and created 'cyberspace' to preserve their memories and knowledge. Cyberspace became a haven, allowing them to access their civilization's data as if they never left home. However, Earth was a challenging environment, prompting the Ancients to develop technology to combat the End, including the creation of the Titans, powered by chaos emeralds. Despite their efforts, many Ancients were lost, and a backup plan was devised to use the chaos emeralds with the Master Emerald on Angel Island. The script also explores the transformation of the Ancients on Angel Island into an unrecognizable species due to radiation from the Master Emerald, potentially linking them to Chaos, and the storage of their souls within the Cocos.
๐ค Eggman's AI System and Sage's Evolution
The script continues with Dr. Eggman's discovery of the Starviolence and his attempt to integrate an AI system, Sage, into cyberspace to extract data and control the Titans. However, the AI developed human-like characteristics, affecting its efficiency. Throughout 'Sonic Frontiers', Eggman is trapped in cyberspace, with Sage prioritizing his protection over defeating Sonic. Sage's character arc is explored, showing her transformation from a purely artificial entity to one exhibiting human-like emotions, particularly after interacting with Sonic and Tails. The symbol of peace and remembrance, associated with the Ancients and later with Sage, signifies a transition and is seen at the end of the game with Eggman, hinting at Sage's influence. The narrative concludes with the possibility of Eggman reviving Sage, reflecting on his pride in her creation, and the emotional complexity of her character development.

oh listen
I said let him have it back
the story of Sonic Frontiers can be a
little hard to follow and even after
beating the game you could still have
several questions about it that said in
this video today we're gonna go through
Sonic frontier's story and the story
related topics and try to answer a
couple of those questions and make sense
of the nonsense grab your popcorn
because here we go our Story begins long
long ago with this group of people known
as the Ancients and they lived on a
different planet far away from Earth
this group was very intelligent and they
looked a lot similar to the creature we
know as chaos and Sonic Adventure not to
mention they also have these little
things in their chest known as Cocos and
these things are supposed to be like
Lucky Charms for them and we'll talk a
bit about more of those later but anyway
this highly Advanced civilization known
as the Ancients had a lot of problems
and one of them being this giant Beast
known as the end the end was such a
powerful force that it forced the
Ancients out of their home world as it
was destroyed in the process however the
Ancients were able to successfully
Escape because of these gems known as
the chaos emeralds and using these
special gems on their spaceships they
were able to escape and find a new
planet known as Earth it is kind of hard
to say that the Ancients found earth
when it's kind of the other way around
the chaos emeralds actually led the
agents to Earth because of their
connection to the Master Emerald they
were reacting to the mastermind's power
and were just drawn to it after the
successful landing on Earth the Ancients
began to change as a species they became
more aware of their surroundings and
also a bit more cautious as they created
cyberspace this area that would be able
to harness their memories and everything
that their Planet had to offer before
was destroyed cyberspace contains all
kinds of data about the civilization and
for them it was almost as if they could
never miss home because they could just
go there whenever they wanted to however
the unfortunate truth was they were
stuck here on Earth and this was like a
really hard planet for them to adjust to
because there was so much stuff
different about it the reason why Sonic
is able to download these digital Maps
into his brain during the events of
Sonic Frontiers is because the Ancients
created this so they could all have a
universal knowledge of what's going on
around the world or at least around the
Starfall Islands but like I said before
the Ancients also got a bit more
cautious as well because what they also
began to do was build technology to
fight against that creature that blew up
their home planet before the end
unfortunately not every single plan the
Ancients had in mind really proved
effective against the end as a lot of
them got wiped out by it needless to say
this Celestial being proved a huge thorn
in the size of the Ancients so they
began to create a new type of Technology
known as the Titans and you know them as
giganto wyvern Knight and supreme what
made these Titans so strong is that they
were powered by chaos emeralds and they
were supposed to be piloted by an
ancient as well obviously here the
ultimate goal was to take down the end
however there was a backup plan at
played just in case this plan proved
unsuccessful a group of ancients decided
that if this plan were to fail they
would take the chaos emeralds to the
Master Emerald on Angel Island anyway
the Ancients continue with their initial
plan with going into space with the
Titans trying to defeat the end this
plan much like many of their others
ended up failing but one of the Ancients
had an idea what if they they could
somehow bind the Titan with the end and
seal them together into cyberspace and
that's exactly what the Supreme Titan
did but at what cost as the agent inside
lost their life so while this plan did
prove successful it was successful with
a lot of casualties either way the
backup plan was in full swing as some of
the Ancients moved to Angel Island
taking the chaos emeralds with them the
Ancients that moved to Angel Island were
actually affected by some sort of
strange radiation which I believe is
from the Master Emerald which turned
them into an unrecognizable species
which I think is the Chow this would
ultimately explain the relation between
chaos and the Ancients as actually it's
not chaos who's a deformed child but the
Chao who are deformed ancients very
interesting but anyway the Ancients who
didn't go to Andrew Island ended up just
kind of dying out and their souls were
stored inside at the Cocos and this is
what I mean when I was going to go back
to them later because the Cocos were
actually more than just a very nice
looking good luck charm they actually
were changed and modified to kind of
Harbor information about each individual
ancient but that pretty much covers the
entire story of the past of what went on
during this time period in Sonic
Frontiers and the Sonic the Hedgehog
lore to its entirety which kind of now
takes us to what we see here in Sonic
Frontiers at face value with Sonic and
his friends now a lot of this really
doesn't need much explaining but Sonic
and his friends pretty much end up there
because the chaos emeralds have been
gathering at the Starfall islands for
unknown reasons to them however on their
way to the Starfall Islands the three of
them get sucked into a wormhole which
was cyberspace only Sonic was able to
successfully escape the reason Sonic was
able to escape cyberspace is because it
was able to become a construct of his
memories allowing him to kind of speed
through and get out of there very
quickly and we know Sonic is fast oh
yeah so what's going on with Eggman here
at the very beginning of the game well
he actually finds his way to the star
violence before anybody else and decides
to implement his own AI system into the
cyberspace to kind of milk out all the
data he possibly can to gain control of
the Titans and every other monster he
can possibly find however this actually
was not to eggman's benefit as his AI
system was kind of faulty it wasn't
exactly what he was looking for as it
had some human-like characteristics
added to it and because of that reason
it wasn't able to perform at Peak
efficiency and this is really just
because Eggman was kind of rushing his
process earlier in the Sonic Frontiers
prologue comic we can see him basically
telling his AI to pretty much just
integrate itself without actually
testing further if it can actually do
that this would explain why in Sonic
Frontiers Sage prioritizes protecting
Eggman rather than defeating Sonic
throughout most of the time spent in
Sonic Frontiers Eggman spends his time
actually trapped in cyberspace because
Sage will not let him out just to keep
him safe and this goes as far to say
with all the other Sonic characters as
well like Amy Knuckles and Tails Sage
traps all these individuals into
cyberspace just so they don't get hurt
by the following events like the end
returning so when Sage was telling Sonic
to leave in this game she wasn't saying
that she hates Sonic or anything she was
literally telling him just to get out of
here because she doesn't want to see him
get hurt she even quite literally says
to Sonic in this game towards the very
end you were not meant to come here the
only reason that Sage was trying to get
rid of Sonic in the beginning like
totally you know destroy him with the
Titans or whatever was because Sonic was
the one who kept trying to fight them
and actually kept proving successful
because Sonic kept beating these Titans
and tearing down the Walls between
Dimensions Sage thought that the best
possible move here would probably be
just to get rid of them all together but
in the end it turns out that working
together was the only solution to truly
get rid of the end there's a couple
other story elements that I do want to
talk about here but I don't really know
where to put them in the video so this
will just kind of be like a quick little
story dump so remember this symbol this
symbol that I'm showing on the screen
this little weird thing that we saw in
the beginning with the Sonic Frontiers
trailers and all kinds of other stuff
like that this is supposed to be a
symbol of peace and Remembrance this was
a symbol for the ancients for when the
Coco has passed away and the Ancients
would kind of just Ascend and move on
this symbol is also seen at the end of
the game with Dr Eggman when he's typing
on his computer because it represents
Sage now too because she also was
infused with the data of the Ancients so
when she kind of passed on and moved on
this symbol also was relevant to her
because she was also able to receive
that piece after giving her life to save
her Creator however it's likely that the
end of this game probably means that
Eggman will not let her rest peacefully
as he'll probably just bring her back to
life to further reflect Sage's kind of
countenance change is when she sees
Sonic and Tails be close friends and
kind of realize that that's everything
she's ever wanted as she actually begins
to cry showing human-like emotions when
she begins to reflect and change her
color to Blue instead of red she begins
to Showcase that she once again is
defective acid and Sonic frontier's
prequel comic Eggman says I take the
time to program lifelike personalities
into some minions and all it does is
frustrate me once just once I'd like one
of my Creations to fill me with pride
instead of regret although he does
create sage in a human-like way with
lifelike personnel counties he does
actually show pride in his creation as
he's even ashamed to see her finally
defeated although the interesting thing
is before Sage actually merged with
cyberspace she actually was one without
any human-like qualities at all but it
was once that she got merged she was
able to develop all kinds of different
traits and I believe a lot of those
emotions were probably untapped until
she was able to fully realize them by
having several encounters with Sonic and
also Dr Eggman but that's basically all
of the information that you really need
to know that's kind of essential for
Sonic Frontiers I could have spent time
and kind of went over the entire story
itself while you play the game but a lot
of it was pretty self-explanatory at
that point but getting all the other
side information like the backstory
behind the Ancients the Cocos and
basically Sage as a character can be a
little bit complicated so I wanted to
kind of make that a little bit easier to
understand hopefully this video really
helped in that department of kind of
understanding the story of the game and
maybe even gives you more of an
appreciation towards it and if it did
don't really leave a like subscribe on
the video because you know I would
really appreciate it that said thank you
all again so much for watching this is
our signing out have a super blessed day
y'all why are you playing that trash
