welcome to the month of April.
Yeah I mean special month for me because
my last name is April and because my
baby boy was born in April. Fun story
okay side note and then we'll get to the
information.
My stepmom who's amazing she is very
very intuitive and psychic and
when I was oh when I was trying to get
pregnant I wasn't pregnant yet I was
trying to get pregnant and we had been
trying for maybe four or five months by
this point and I was I wasn't getting
frustrated because I kept the intention
that that it was going to happen when it
when it was divinely aligned to happen
but my my step-mom was swimming in a
pool, and she said, she was thinking
about, you know, us trying to get
pregnant and sending some good vibes.
And then she said that out of nowhere,
this voice came into her head and said,
don't, tell Liz not to worry, I'm
coming in April. I'm going to be an
April baby. We are going to honor the
name,
April. And so she told me that, and
I'm like, wow, that's pretty cool,
you know? And I'm like, I've got to
get pregnant soon if that's going to
happen. Cause I was, it was around, I
think August, where she had that
download or that channel. And so of
course we get pregnant in August, and
the due date was May 5th or May 4th. It
was May 4th. So. So I'm like, oh yeah,
this baby's not coming until May. And
then of course he decides to show up
April 16th, like talk about really
wanting to come here. So a fun story
about April. And now we've got a reason
to celebrate April every single year.
So very exciting stuff. That being said,
okay, side note is over. And
this month, okay, what came through
for this month is it felt like a little
bit of heaviness. And I wasn't totally
sure if that was global heaviness or if
that was individual heaviness. It
didn't feel super traumatic. It just
felt like really heavy, dense stuff
that we would need to navigate. We
would need to kind of move through. And
so this is what I would recommend for
this month. really put into practice
what I like to call vibrational
navigation, which means that no matter
what's happening in the world, no
matter what's happening in your family,
no matter what's happening to your
neighbor or to your best friend, learn
how to connect and disconnect with those
energies. A lot of the time when we,
and hopefully a lot of us I know now
don't watch the news, which is great,
but a lot of people in general, maybe
they stay up to date on current events
and that's not a bad thing. It can just
be very overwhelming, very stressful,
very anxiety inducing to watch the news
every day and to really watch the
collapse of the old world. Now, if you
have no idea that the old world is
collapsing and you just see utter, you
know, chaos and destruction and
collapse and financial ruin and
you know, like a lot of weather events,
I won't really call them global warming.
We all know what's going on there. Then
it's gonna feel, you're gonna feel
stressed out. It's gonna be
overwhelming. So learn how to connect
and disconnect from the world around you,
from people that you love. Because even
as a parent, even as a parent myself,
it's important for me to disconnect from
my son so that I can help him
objectively, right? Whatever he needs.
If I am stressed out, if I'm emotional,
if I'm reacting at the same frequency
that he's reacting, then
no one's getting anything done. No
one's getting anything solved.
So try not to stay connected to things
purely through obligation. When that
heaviness energy hits us, we need to be
able to. Navigate that. So that's kind
of my suggestion for this month is
really start to practice connecting and
disconnecting from the world around you,
even if it's eating an apple. There is
a difference between eating an apple
that you feel connected to, as weird as
that sounds, and eating an apple in the
present moment with full sensory
connection. So try it today. How do
you feel when you're connected to people,
places, news, events, the world
around you? And how do you feel when
you're disconnected? Now, most of us
disconnect through things like social
media, television, alcohol, drugs,
shopping.
And it's a coping mechanism for the
anxieties of the world. What I'm saying
is screw the coping mechanism,
understand that you have the ability to
connect and disconnect. any distraction.
And that's when we are able to step into
full power. So hopefully this video
