they take the competitive programmers only and the work is also highly intensive

but they provide lifetime work from home

you can work from home anywhere you want

you will get a basic salary of 30 lakhs and 1 lakh as one time bonus

you will also get a performance bonus of 2.5 lakhs

other than that you will get other benefits, which sum up to 3 lakhs

total CTC is 36.5 lakhs for one year

and their training happens in Dubai

you have to stay in Dubai for few months

you can work from anywhere after that

and they throw parties frequently

so, these are some of the benefits

but you have to do a lot of work also

second company is Atlassian

Many times I told you about Atlassian in my previous videos that, it is really a very very good company

Their basic salary is 20.8 lakhs

and you will get a bonus of 0-10% of your base salary

which is a performance bonus and that is up to 2.08 Lakh

it depends on your performance that, how much bonus you will get

joining bonus is very less as compared to other companies which is 50K only

but base salary is very high, which is a good thing

other than that, you will get RSUs of 75K USD

which is really very high and comes out to be 58 lakhs

and they are vested over 4 years

if you have done hotel booking or thought about staying

you must have definably heard about airbnb

here also you can work from anywhere

they will ask you to work from your own stay location

you can work from any country of the world

and you will get credits from airbnb also

they will also help to get visa, which is good

your total CTC will be 35 lakhs

base allowance is 20 Lakhs but joining bonus relocation money and other benefits make it a total of 15K

I don't have the exact total break up but this is the whole deal

this is really a very good deal and the company is also very good

their revenue also increased in the last one year

here salary is 19 lakhs

joining bonus is 3.9 lakhs

you will get 1.75 lakhs for relocation

you will get a RSU of 14.7 lakhs which will be vested over 4 years

and simple 25% each year

but honestly I don't understand much about this pay time off situation

in my opinion, that is not a very good thing also

because there are some reasons, which I will talk about later

if you have a great bonding with your manager and you are working well, then you can get that

pay is really competitive and salary composition is very good

so, you can definitely check out indeed too

Let's move to the next company, which is Browser stack

here the base salary is 15.5 lakhs

you will get a joining bonus of 8.5 lakhs

you will get it it in two parts, first part you will get in the first month and second part you will get on the 13th month

actually this 8.5 lakhs rs is retention and joining both

you will get a performance bonus up to 1.8 lakhs

I had a talk with many people and I found that, this is a people centric company

and the work culture is also very good

here also you will get the unlimited pay off

Let's move to the new company which is Swiggy, I hope you have heard this name

here the base salary is 18 lakhs

but you can get more also but it depends on how you have given the interviews

you are switching to a company or you have any other competitive offer

your salary will also depend on these criterias

you will get a joining bonus of 1 lakh

you will also get a retention bonus of 2 lakhs

you will also get an esops of 11 lakhs

that is also vested over 4 years and 25% each year

you will get a learning wallet as a benefit

you will get 20000 rs per year

you can get gym membership or can use it for learning purpose

salary composition is really very nice here

here also you wil get unlimited work from home

Next company is Twilio, you may not have heard that

but it is a very good company

here you wil get a base salary of 12.5 Lakhs

your total CTC is around 43 lakhs

I didn't get the complete break up of that

the total compensation is around that

your salary, joining bonus, relocation bonus and stocks everything is included In this 43 lakhs

it is comparable to Google, Amazon and Microsoft

work life balance is very good and this is also a employee friendly company

Let's move to the new company, which is service now

they build services for the companies

this is also a very good company

you will get a base salary of 15 lakhs

0-10 % of bonus you will get, which comes around 1.5 lakhs

you will get a joining bonus of 3.5 lakhs

it is divided into two years

you will get a relocation bonus of 1.5 lakhs

you will get stocks also but the exact details are not with me

but here you will get free food

you will get unlimited divs and flexible work hours also

that you will get mostly in all companies

it has a very good compensation

Next company is Disney + hotstar and if you watch cricket or movies then you must have heard this name

you will get a base salary of 20 lakhs

you will get a joining bonus of 4 lakhs

you will get a relocation bonus of 2 lakhs

you will get a total esops and stocks of 7.5 lakhs

you will get passes for Disneyland

next company is vmware

base salary of vmware is 11.5 lakhs

you will get a joining bonus of 1.75 lakhs

you will get stocks of 15000 dollar which comes out to be 11-12 lakhs

which you will get vested for 4 years

there is a take a break days for the emplyees, which you can avail

worklife balance of vmware is very good

this is also a very good company

Next company is Avalara, base salary of which is 16 lakhs

you will get a joining bonus of 5 lakhs and relocation bonus of 2 lakhs

if you will decide to stay at the office, you will get a free meal

you will get a base salary of 12 lakhs and joining bonus of 3 lakhs

the base salary of MindTickle is 17.5 Lakhs

you will get a base salary of 16.5 Lakhs

your total salary will be 19 Lakhs

which include base salary, joining bonus and stocks and total comes out to be 19 Lakhs

The last company is Publicis Sapient

This is a service based company but the compensation is very good here

base salary here is 14 Lakhs

joining bonus is 1 lakh and total compensation comes out to be 20 lakhs

work life balance of this company is also very good
