go ahead and get started by the way if

ahead and do a general like Google

search and you just type in Society 6 AI

art policy like this there's going to be

this Google recommended snippet from a

website called devoted studios.com and

it specifically says Society 6 has a

policy against the sale of AI generated

art which means that artists are not

allowed to sell works that were created

using art Artificial Intelligence on the

platform now I could tell you that

Society 6 has never and I categorically

say has never came out with this

information okay never um maybe at one

point they did but that's not the case

anymore and I'll show you what I'm

talking about uh before okay and and

we'll look at the community guidelines

would think if something is AI art

have many Society well not many I have

three Society 6 accounts that I'm trying

to get to 10K each and I'm going to

create a fourth one this year and go my

goal is completely fill it out out

crazy it's nonsense if you upload a

Society 6 art it would get like

suspended right away anybody who

consistently uploads to Society 6 know

exactly what I'm talking about you get

this suspension error right you get this

suspension where it's not an error but

you get like an email saying your work

was removed when you go on your own

website when you go on the platform like

the my design section it will show you

all your designs and it will say so

ended on and then it'll give you the

certain date when it was suspended and

usually they write like these three

bullet points of why it was suspended

and they give you like different options

never do they state in the suspension

emails that it was generated by airart

that's not a thing now to further go

ahead and promote this idea that AI art

is allowed on Society 6 if we just look

at the community guidelines nowhere here

does it say you cannot upload AI art the

only thing it talks to here is is when

it talks about ownership and it's

basically stating that you can't use art

that's not yours so for example and they

actually use the Nike Swoosh um I'll

just kind of show you here the Nike

Swoosh concept as an example right as a

trademark so the Nike Swoosh is owned by

Nike right the swoosh logo if you go

ahead and take that and you upload it to

your design right or you even create an

alteration you do not have ownership

over that so you can't upload it now

people think and people get confused and

they say well AI art you don't have

ownership over that as well well yes

that's true nobody can really have

ownership over AI art or copyright AI

art but here's the

thing since nobody can copyright it

there's no owner so you're not the owner

nobody else is the owner therefore you

are allowed to do it now once again the

biggest detail here is first of all they

don't mention AI art here so if I just

post it on my Society 6 art I don't own

Monopoly the Monopoly man that can go

ahead and screw me later down the road

and get a suspension and they actually

warn you they say in in their suspension

emails they say hey you're on your good

we're you're on our good side so we're

going to suspend this art don't make the

mistake again that's literally not word

for word but that's what they say when

you get your suspension emails which by

the way being sus getting a suspension

email is literally just saying we're

removing your artwork that's all it is

right when you get that email they're

mostly telling you you're on our good

side don't make the mistake again if we

keep seeing repeated mistakes we're

going to have to take action and action

could be you could be banned from our

platform I'm speaking in layman's terms

that's not exactly what they say word

for word I'm just you know summarizing

abbreviating

so to continue with this notion right

the combination of them first of all not

mentioning AI art in the policies

whatsoever or the community guidelines

and the the images here are literally

stating that it's AI you know generated

and on top of that there's tons of art

on Society 6 that is AI generated that

nobody talks about that that nobody

lists AI in the

title you clearly can use it don't get

uh distracted by these scammy ideas and

these distractions because literally if

you go over here and you type in Society

6 right you type in Society 6 and you

type in AI art policy right and you

click on this this is a whole blog

dedicated to telling you that you cannot

upload by devoted Studios not all blogs

are accurate and not also all blogs are

again we have to take this stigma away

the shame away from uploading AI art
