with a smooth stucco and siding detail.

Entry walkway takes you to the front door

where you have two water features on each side.

We have the garage on the left,

and the front door leads you to the spacious grand entry.

We have tile floors inlaid with hardwood floors.

Beautiful light fixture above with the cove lighting detail.

And I wanna first take everybody this way

to the formal living room area.

This space is all open.

You have the accordion doors leading you to the outdoors,

and from your formal living room area,

you can see a straight shot of the Hollywood sign,

which is awesome.

Focusing back here,

we have the gas fireplace,

and this fireplace assembly is painted

in a different color to create a nice contrast

with the walls.

The siding detail that we saw in the exterior facade,

they also brought some of those details to the interior.

Nice, simple seating area, pretty straightforward.

leading you to the outdoors.

Now, I wanna bring everybody this way.

Right across, we have the kitchen.

Now, the most important aspect

of this kitchen is the island design right here

with dual elevation, bar seating.

It kind of allows this kitchen to be open,

facing the formal living room

and the family room on my right-hand side.

We have the Wolf gas stove here, vent above,

quartz countertops.

And focusing back here,

you have your dishwasher, sink, more uppers.

And talking about that contrasting or two-toned theme,

they also have it in the kitchen here

with the darker tones on the base

and this wood texture on the uppers.

I like this lighting detail above.

And coming this way,

we have the paneled freezer and fridge.

Now, right next to the kitchen,

we have the dining area.

First off, we have the modern chandelier above.

I know this home is actually a little bit smaller

than the homes that we are used to touring,

we had to check it out.

Now, hallway closet here.

Powder room, pretty straightforward.

Tile floors, mosaic back wall, floating vanity design.

Good sized powder room right next to the office.

Now, I say office,

but this room counts as one of the bedrooms in this house.

In fact,

this home comes with four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms.

We just toured the powder room,

which means each one of the bedrooms gets

a full bathroom dedicated for the room.

This is a front-facing bedroom,

has the same hardwood floors, recessed lights.

We have the table set up in the center, built-in closets,

and around the corner,

we have a full bathroom.

Floating vanity design, tile on the floors,

and this one comes with a tub setup.

Now, I wanna take everybody back to the kitchen

because right next to that,

we have the family room.

And, Mikey, I know you remember this.

I wanna say eight to nine months ago,

we toured in another amazing listing on this street.

It was listed by Oliver as well.

And that property was phenomenal.

And a lot of our viewers seemed to really like that home,

and that's why we wanted to come back here

to show you guys this home,

although it's on a little bit of a lower price point.

- [Mikey] Yeah, I think that was a little bit longer ago

than eight or nine months.

I think that was like a year and a half ago.

- Really?

- [Mikey] That was a long time ago.

It was before we went to New York.

It was last December so...

- Wow. - [Mikey] Yeah.

- That was a year and a half ago?

- [Mikey] Yeah. - That's crazy.

Time flies when you work all the time.

- [Mikey] That's right. - It really does.

All right, let's talk about the family room.

Pretty straightforward.

We have accordion doors opening up to the outdoors.

We have picture windows on the left.

This is probably where you would put your TV right next

to your kitchen.

Nice warm space.

Now, let's go check out the remaining bedrooms.

We have another hallway here off

of the formal living room area.

And to my left, we have the laundry room.

Washer, dryer, base cabinets, uppers.

And right next to that, we have the second bedroom.

Same finishes facing the side of the property.

Bed is situated on this side and around the corner,

this one also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Now, let's go back to the main hallway

that takes us to the other bedrooms.

We have more picture windows here facing the backyard.

Third bedroom starts right here.

This one is pretty much the same size as the other bedroom

that we just toured.

Around the corner,

Now, right here,

we have the primary bedroom hallway

that takes us to the bedroom.

First, we're gonna check out the closet.

Island in the center, modern light fixture above,

and we have a lot of hanger spaces, shoe racks,

open shelving, pretty much everything you need.

And it's nicely paneled all the way to the ceiling.

Now, also, hallway to the bedroom.

We have extra drawers, cabinetry.

And the second opening takes us

to the primary bedroom bathroom.

Floating vanity design with two fabricated sinks,

chrome fixtures, mirror wall with wall sconces.

And I really like this textured tile that they have

that runs as a back wall all the way

into the walk-in shower.

Another detail,

this mosaic finish on the floor actually runs

underneath the vanity design as well.

In your walk-in shower,

you have your rain head, handheld, everything you need.

And no modern home is complete

without a freestanding tub and a chrome tub filler.

You have a heated towel rack, which is super warm right now,

so it's kinda nice on the hand.

- [Mikey] I like that.

- We have a water closet here,

extra kind of a vanity, I guess,

makeup area here with more of these wall sconces.

Now, I wanna take everybody back to the hallway.

More cabinetry.

And this is where we have the primary bedroom.

Now, I'm sure you can hear the water sound behind me

because we have the pool right next to the primary bedroom

and we have all the jets that are on right now.

But it's just nice, tranquil.

It's super private.

Your bed setup is literally facing the Hollywood sign,

and it's a spacious room.

The wood paneling that we've been seeing throughout,

they also utilized it as a back wall here

with LED lighting, wall sconces.

You have your accordion doors opening up to the views.

Picture windows on the side.

And same hardwood floors are also here.

Just a pretty straightforward,

good sized primary bedroom suite.

And stepping outside, again,

you have your pool right next to your bedroom.

I'm sure Mikey would really appreciate this

because he can literally wake up and go straight

into the pool.

"You're reading my mind."

- [Mikey] Yeah.

- Great space, amazing lot.

Before we leave the house,

I wanna talk about this outdoor space here.

We have the family room

and the formal living room area all opened up

to this outdoor space.

You have your fire pit, seating area,

outdoor barbecue area.

Again, those accordion doors comes really handy

when it comes to integrating your indoors to the outdoors.

And again, we have the pool here,

Baja shelf, simple plaster.

You have your deck jets.

This is awesome. I love the outdoor space here.

It's also a little sunny today,

so I'm gonna put my glasses on.

You have a nice elevated deck space here

with lounging chairs,

additional elevated decking for your outdoor dining area.

we have this grass section.

And around the corner,

this is really cool.

I feel like if I lived here, I would use it all the time.

And look around this,

you have lemon trees,

beautiful landscaping.

And this walkway literally takes you

And before we go there,

off camera, me and Mikey were talking

and we were trying to figure out what kind of a fruit

or vegetable this tree is.

This is how it looks. I've never seen this before.
