play00:10

the day of resurrection

play00:12

the day where a person will be held

play00:15

accountable

play00:16

upon what they've done

play00:18

in this life

play00:20

this is a terrifying day especially for

play00:23

those that have transgressed all

play00:24

boundaries they disbelieved in allah

play00:27

they disbelieved in the prophets and

play00:29

they disbelieved in that specific day

play00:32

that is why one of the pillars of iman

play00:34

is believing in the day of judgment

play00:37

so you could never become a believer

play00:39

until you believe that there will be a

play00:41

day

play00:42

where people will be held accountable

play00:44

for what they've done and allah has told

play00:47

us in the quran

play00:48

something which is very terrifying that

play00:50

will happen on that day

play00:53

um

play00:58

that they

play00:59

a person will flee away from his brother

play01:03

his mother and father

play01:05

and his wife

play01:07

all they'll be concerned is for their

play01:09

own well-being

play01:10

this is how terrifying it is

play01:16

she is the mother of the believers

play01:19

once our beloved prophet muhammad

play01:20

sallallahu he was saying he was sleeping

play01:23

on her lap

play01:24

and she looked at him and she started to

play01:26

cry

play01:27

and her tears came down on the face of

play01:30

our beloved prophet muhammad

play01:33

and he was woken up by this

play01:36

and he said to her why are you crying

play01:43

are you going to get are you going to

play01:45

forgive if you actually forget your

play01:47

family is the day of resurrection

play01:49

are you going to forget about them

play01:51

the prophet muhammad

play01:54

in three different places

play01:57

in three different places a person would

play01:59

forget about his mother

play02:01

his father his sons his daughters

play02:03

he said and

play02:05

where the scale will be

play02:07

where your good deeds will be placed

play02:09

on the right hand of the scale

play02:11

and your bad deeds will be placed on the

play02:13

left hand

play02:14

and you will be overwhelmed to an extent

play02:17

that you will forget about those

play02:19

relatives those family members

play02:22

and also

play02:25

when your records will be flying

play02:28

and people will grab their book either

play02:29

with their right hand or left hand

play02:32

and some people would know that their

play02:33

books come into their left hand so they

play02:35

put it behind them and subhanallah the

play02:37

book will

play02:38

fly around them and it will be placed in

play02:40

their left hand

play02:41

and also

play02:44

the

play02:45

bridge

play02:46

that every person will go across

play02:48

so

play02:50

[Music]

play02:52

a person will be overwhelmed they don't

play02:54

know their destiny are they going to be

play02:56

in heaven

play02:57

or are they going to be in hell

play03:00

so for that reason

play03:02

a person should understand and they

play03:05

should acknowledge

play03:06

that they'll be held accountable upon

play03:08

everything that they do and safe

play03:11

allah

play03:13

[Music]

play03:18

indeed your hearing your sighting and

play03:21

whatever is in your heart you'll be held

play03:23

accountable

play03:25

for that reason

play03:27

many people say well i'm just wasting my

play03:29

time

play03:30

well you'll be held accountable about

play03:32

the time

play03:33

to an extent

play03:34

that allah has made an earth by time

play03:38

by saying

play03:40

and when allah makes an oath by

play03:42

something he wants to draw your

play03:43

attention

play03:44

and you need to realize that whatever

play03:47

allah

play03:49

is making an oath by it is significant

play03:52

subhanallah so allah has said

play03:55

by time

play03:57

indeed mankind are in loss

play04:00

except those who believe and as i said

play04:03

part of our belief is to believe in the

play04:05

day of resurrection

play04:06

that is why when a person does

play04:08

righteousness they would not care if

play04:11

they get rewarded in this life

play04:13

but they know the day of resurrection

play04:17

will reward them

play04:18

so if someone wrongs you

play04:21

and you're doing good you're treating

play04:22

them correctly allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

play04:25

will you in the hereafter

play04:27

this is something that we need to keep

play04:28

in mind as for those that are criminals

play04:31

they think they can get away with it

play04:32

especially if they have good lawyers and

play04:34

barristers they think well that's it

play04:37

no

play04:37

we believe in the day of judgement where

play04:40

you will be a witness unto yourself

play04:42

allah is sufficient as a witness your

play04:45

limbs will be witnessed for your against

play04:47

you

play04:48

subhanallah and there are angels that

play04:51

allah has assigned

play04:54

allah

play04:55

assigned

play04:57

angels to write down your good deeds and

play04:59

bad deeds so for that reason

play05:02

a muslim believes in the day of

play05:04

resurrection

play05:05

and this is a part of our fundamentals

play05:08

and you will never be a muslim if you

play05:09

don't believe in that and that is why at

play05:12

the end of the day insha'allah when a

play05:14

person does whatever allah has created

play05:16

them for

play05:18

insha allah their bounty will be

play05:21

paradise and if they disbelieve their

play05:24

abode will be held

play05:35

i hear a lot of stories of those at the

play05:38

time of death

play05:40

and

play05:41

being where we are in the community

play05:43

people come and narrate these stories

play05:46

and recently my own younger cousin

play05:49

passed away

play05:51

and towards the end

play05:54

they seem to zone out of this life

play05:57

and see another reality

play06:00

they say she said

play06:02

it has come

play06:03

or he has come

play06:05

there's no time

play06:08

and

play06:09

there was another gentleman that passed

play06:11

away in ramadan

play06:12

[Music]

play06:14

and pious man

play06:17

and the family have gathered his sick on

play06:19

his deathbed

play06:20

and he said

play06:22

make way for the guests

play06:24

make way for the guests

play06:26

and they say dad there's no one

play06:30

and

play06:31

he said his kalima in past

play06:37

eyes that they piercing like sees beyond

play06:40

the veils that you see

play06:44

so death comes

play06:45

and there's different endings may allah

play06:47

give us a good ending

play06:52

and then you're placed in the grave

play07:04

in the darkness of the grave lonely and

play07:06

alone no father here

play07:09

nor kind mother nor benevolent brother

play07:12

alone in the darkness of the grave

play07:16

and as the dead lie beneath the soil

play07:18

buried

play07:20

the living and the land amidst the

play07:23

living

play07:24

they continue the journey of life

play07:27

and both the living above the surface

play07:30

and the dead below the surface

play07:33

are moving towards

play07:35

an inevitable day

play07:38

the day

play07:39

of judgment

play07:41

[Music]

play07:42

and the quran said 14 and a half

play07:46

centuries ago

play07:47

[Music]

play07:50

that our has come close

play07:53

the hour is nigh

play07:56

judgment is

play08:11

the reckoning of man has come near they

play08:14

said when is this when is the hour he

play08:16

said

play08:18

it might be very close and subhanallah

play08:21

[Music]

play08:23

i was reading

play08:25

the news channel

play08:28

just days before the war in iraq

play08:32

and a man in america

play08:34

[Music]

play08:36

in the restaurant was scaling fish

play08:40

and

play08:41

the fish started to speak

play08:44

it's on bbc it's still there in its

play08:46

history if you look at it

play08:48

and

play08:49

he started to panic and bash the fish

play08:52

like shut up

play08:55

and

play08:56

there was a person standing there who

play08:58

understood hebrew jew

play09:01

and he says i know what it said the fish

play09:05

he said the hour is nigh and everyone

play09:08

will be accountable for his own deeds

play09:12

the hour is close

play09:14

and everyone

play09:16

is accountable for his own deeds

play09:19

the rasool said kefa

play09:32

how can i relax

play09:35

and the owner of the trumpet the

play09:37

custodian of the trumpet has lifted it

play09:40

to his mouth

play09:42

[Music]

play09:44

and he has put the focus of his hearing

play09:48

focused attentive when will the lord

play09:50

decree that i blow the trumpet

play09:55

and

play09:56

when it comes

play10:00

it is a sudden

play10:02

event

play10:03

the hadith state

play10:06

that a textile worker

play10:08

will have the cloth and scissors

play10:12

and he wants to cut it and the trumpet

play10:14

blows

play10:16

it's a sudden one but before it's advent

play10:19

the prophet told us the signs will

play10:22

appear you know like you want to travel

play10:24

from here to bunbury you go on the road

play10:26

and it says 200 kilometers bumbry

play10:30

and then it says 150 kilometers

play10:33

and then it says a hundred bumbry it's

play10:36

supposed to give you an idea of the

play10:38

proximity

play10:39

so the rasool gave us signs

play10:43

that when these come to pass know that

play10:45

the hour is close

play10:48

and subhan allah both major signs and

play10:50

minor signs big signs and small signs

play10:53

and small signs multiple

play10:56

in one hadith amazing hadith a stranger

play10:59

comes into the gathering of the rasool

play11:03

[Music]

play11:12

a man exclusively white

play11:15

dark hair

play11:17

no spot or sign of fatigue and travel

play11:20

none of us know him mysterious man he

play11:23

has come into the gathering of the

play11:25

rasool and he sits with his knees

play11:27

touching the knees of the prophet and

play11:29

then he says

play11:30

[Music]

play11:35

tell me about islam so the prophet

play11:37

answered and when the prophet finished

play11:39

the man said sadaqt you spoke the truth

play11:43

so the ashhab says we are astonished he

play11:45

asks and confirms

play11:48

as though he knows the answer so why are

play11:50

you asking

play11:52

and then he says

play12:08

explained the man said correct

play12:11

and then he asks

play12:16

tell me o muhammad about the hour

play12:20

so he said

play12:22

unh

play12:25

the one you're asking doesn't know more

play12:27

than the one who was asking

play12:29

the ask doesn't know more than the one

play12:31

asking

play12:32

so then he says

play12:36

tell me it signs

play12:40

so he says and listen listen listen to

play12:43

the one who doesn't speak of his own

play12:45

desires

play12:49

when a lady gives birth to her master

play12:54

when a female servant gives birth to her

play12:56

master

play12:58

and you want to see your masters today

play13:00

look at your children

play13:03

you live for them

play13:06

mobile phone

play13:10

this

play13:13

and you do something wrong khalas not

play13:15

speaking to you for today mom

play13:22

you have given birth to your masters

play13:26

the prophet said it for it was unheard

play13:29

of then they lived in servitude of their

play13:31

parents

play13:33

[Music]

play13:47

barely clothed like they don't have good

play13:50

clothing not adequate clothing

play13:52

barefooted destitute shepherds and goat

play13:55

herders competing in the heights of

play13:58

buildings so i researched

play14:01

who is competing in the heights of

play14:03

building subhan al-khalid

play14:06

the tallest building on earth today

play14:08

where is it

play14:10

dubai

play14:12

i watched the footage of sheikh zayed

play14:16

you know ordinary simple clothing is

play14:18

wrestling with one of his workers

play14:22

an ordinary shepherd the oil cam

play14:25

skyrocketed and now

play14:27

the tallest building on earth is in

play14:31

their country

play14:32

[Music]

play14:33

when the barefooted destitute

play14:37

will compete in the heights of buildings

play14:39

so i said maybe coincidence

play14:42

a few years before that the clock tower

play14:44

of makkah

play14:46

and now the saudis have thought bless

play14:48

their hearts how can they beat us let's

play14:50

make another one the next building

play14:52

started yesterday

play14:55

one kilometer in the air

play15:04

his word is designed who would have

play15:06

thought at the time where they used to

play15:08

build with pebbles houses that barely

play15:10

had roofs that they would compete in

play15:13

skyscrapers

play15:14

[Music]

play15:17

everything the man has uttered is true

play15:21

and then comes the big signs

play15:24

the small signs the scholars say is

play15:26

almost done there's just a few left

play15:28

then comes the big signs how will they

play15:31

come

play15:35

[Music]

play15:36

from

play15:40

they are like beads on a necklace when

play15:43

it gets cut they will follow one after

play15:45

the other

play15:46

the dajjal comes

play15:50

after the dajjal in the year

play15:52

masih

play15:54

[Music]

play16:06

a landslide in the east the landslide in

play16:08

the west and one in the arab peninsula a

play16:11

fire that will start from yemen the

play16:13

major signs is what we are waiting for

play16:16

and when they pass

play16:18

[Music]

play16:20

when allah wishes and understands that

play16:24

no one knows when judgment will come

play16:27

in

play16:30

it is a possessive pronoun with me alone

play16:33

is the knowledge of the hour

play16:36

understand no one knows when qiyamat

play16:38

will come

play16:40

no one knows where they're gonna die and

play16:42

when they're gonna die

play16:43

you know they tell me my grandmother

play16:45

said when this clock hits here i will

play16:47

die and she died i said she is lying

play16:51

no one knows when they're gonna die

play16:53

coincidence happened grandmother say

play16:56

every two days i'm gonna die

play16:58

and once she gets the right khalas no no

play17:00

no one knows

play17:04

listen to the bible

play17:06

jesus says of that hour knoweth no man

play17:09

no not the angels who are on high not

play17:11

even i save god almighty

play17:14

no one knows

play17:15

but when the hammer

play17:20

[Music]

play17:29

when the trumpet is blown whatever's in

play17:31

the heavens and earth will be destroyed

play17:35

listen listen to the descriptions of the

play17:37

majeed

play17:44

s

play17:49

[Music]

play17:59

the shaking the vibration the quake of

play18:01

that hour is a big thing

play18:25

when the first trumpet is blown

play18:27

[Music]

play18:39

you know like an explosion happens you

play18:41

see the land rise a little bit as its

play18:43

response to the vibration the earth

play18:46

rises and allah says not just the flat

play18:49

earth the mountains rise and they are

play18:51

shaken one shake

play18:55

and this is happening on earth imagine

play18:57

the calamity

play19:03

and mountains the gigantic will fly

play19:06

around like pieces of scattered wool

play19:20

the colors go all crazy like when when

play19:23

silver is melting

play19:25

or when oil falls in water

play19:28

and then khara subhana

play19:29

fakhan at abuaba it falls like pieces of

play19:33

doors

play19:35

and you look at the sun

play19:37

is the shamsu

play19:39

when the sun has gone dark

play19:41

when the sun is wrapped up

play19:48

and when the stars lose their shine when

play19:50

the stars start to fly around everything

play19:53

in the heavens and earth is coming in

play19:55

utter ruin

play20:03

[Music]

play20:07

therefore brothers and sisters with this

play20:08

introduction we see

play20:11

that the topic of intercession is very

play20:13

important

play20:15

it is something that touches your life

play20:18

it is a topic that will influence the

play20:20

future of many people on the day of

play20:22

judgment

play20:23

people who should have been in grade 1

play20:25

in paradise they will be given the top

play20:27

grade 7 for example a people who should

play20:29

have been sentenced to the fire they

play20:31

will be allowed to enter jannah instead

play20:34

has a major implication on our futures

play20:39

and therefore with this set

play20:41

i ask a question what are the various

play20:44

things that we can do today

play20:46

in order to prepare lawyers

play20:48

to prepare advocates

play20:51

to prepare shuffa intercessors who can

play20:54

speak on our behalf on the day of

play20:56

judgment

play20:58

there are certain things that we can

play20:59

start doing today so that you will have

play21:02

to do minimal talking on the day of yom

play21:04

qiyama when people will be too afraid to

play21:06

speak

play21:08

and we will mention just a few of them

play21:09

today memorize them dear brothers and

play21:12

sisters and do your best to advocate

play21:14

them and to apply them the first

play21:17

a person who dies in the city of medina

play21:20

this person will have intercession on

play21:22

the day of judgment

play21:25

thus the messenger sallallahu alaihi

play21:26

wasallam he said

play21:28

is

play21:36

whoever of you is able to die in the

play21:38

city of medina let him pass away there

play21:41

because i the messenger of allah

play21:45

will intercede for a person who dies in

play21:48

medina

play21:49

now you and i may turn around and say

play21:51

this is very far-fetched

play21:53

this is difficult to achieve

play21:55

i do not envisage this happening anytime

play21:58

soon merely visiting the city of medina

play22:00

has become very challenging for me let

play22:03

alone living there this is going to be

play22:05

very difficult so is there anything else

play22:07

that we can do to prepare lawyers and

play22:10

advocates and intercessors there is

play22:12

because the

play22:14

of allah is so vast

play22:16

the second

play22:17

advocate of a person on the day of

play22:19

judgement the second lawyer

play22:22

is the book of allah the quran

play22:24

and that is accessible to every single

play22:27

one of us

play22:28

the quran will be given a voice on the

play22:30

day of judgment

play22:32

it will be speaking with a sound that

play22:34

everybody can hear and some people will

play22:37

enter paradise and some people will

play22:39

enter hell because of the book of allah

play22:41

the quran

play22:44

thus the messenger

play22:46

he said as imam a muslim narrates on the

play22:48

authority of

play22:51

he said

play22:56

recite the quran frequently because it

play22:59

will speak

play23:00

and defend and intercede for people on

play23:02

the day of judgment

play23:04

are there any particular chapters of the

play23:06

quran that we must give special

play23:08

attention to

play23:09

yes the hadith continues

play23:37

2 and chapter 3 of the quran

play23:39

because they will come on the day of

play23:41

judgment in the form of two clouds or in

play23:44

the form of two canopies or in the form

play23:47

of two flocks of birds and they will be

play23:50

arguing for their people on the day of

play23:53

judgment they will be arguing on your

play23:55

behalf on the day of standing the quran

play23:58

will have a voice dear brothers and

play24:00

sisters this is a lawyer that every one

play24:02

of us can hire today

play24:04

in the life of this world we may not

play24:06

have the finances needed to hire the

play24:08

best of lawyers

play24:10

the quran will say oh allah imagine you

play24:13

standing and in front of you is the book

play24:15

of allah defending you and arguing your

play24:17

case pleading with allah to allow you to

play24:20

enter jannah the quran will say o allah

play24:24

beautify him with the beauty of anna so

play24:27

allah will beautify you with the beauty

play24:29

of anna then the quran will say oh allah

play24:31

allow him to wear the garments of honor

play24:34

so allah will dress you with the

play24:35

garments of honor then the quran will

play24:38

say oh allah place on his head the crown

play24:40

of honor and so allah will place on his

play24:42

head the crown of honor then the quran

play24:45

will say oh allah be pleased with him

play24:48

oh allah accept him

play24:50

because this is the greatest ambition of

play24:52

any human being

play24:56

as for advocate number three lawyer

play24:58

number three

play25:00

or intercessor

play25:02

number three

play25:04

this is pertaining to assayam fasting

play25:07

this will also speak for a person yamun

play25:09

qiyamah

play25:10

so i say congratulations to those

play25:12

brothers to those sisters who fast the

play25:14

month of ramadan

play25:16

and then they maintain a certain level

play25:19

of extra fasts all throughout the year

play25:22

mondays and thursdays

play25:24

or the 3 a.m will be the three lunar

play25:27

days or ashura

play25:31

and the likes of these days such a

play25:33

person is preparing his advocate his

play25:35

lawyer his representative on the day of

play25:37

judgment

play25:39

thus ahmadines

play26:08

said

play26:10

that fasting and the recitation of the

play26:12

quran will both be given a voice they

play26:15

will speak for a person on the day of

play26:16

judgment as for fasting fasting will say

play26:19

oh allah

play26:20

o allah i prevented him from eating and

play26:23

drinking throughout the day so allow me

play26:25

to speak on his behalf and the quran

play26:28

will say oh allah oh allah i prevented

play26:31

him from sleeping during the night so

play26:33

allow me to intercede to speak on his

play26:35

behalf the prophet saw allah

play26:39

they will both be given intercession

play26:42

they will both be given intercession

play26:47

as for the

play26:48

fourth type of

play26:50

fourth intercession

play26:52

this is every single extra unit of salah

play26:55

you take care of today you're now i feel

play26:58

after you have perfected the five daily

play27:00

prayers the extra prostrations the extra

play27:03

units of salah will speak on your behalf

play27:06

on the day of judgement so

play27:07

congratulations to those who have a

play27:09

strong relationship with every type of

play27:11

sunnah prayer

play27:13

imam al-muslim narrates that the

play27:15

messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam he

play27:17

used to say to those who were serving

play27:18

him

play27:22

do you need anything

play27:23

look he was saying to the ones serving

play27:26

him do you need anything

play27:28

can i serve you in any way

play27:30

and on one particular day one of those

play27:32

who were serving him said to the prophet

play27:38

or messenger of allah yes please give me

play27:40

my request he said

play27:43

what is your request

play27:44

he said

play27:47

[Music]

play27:48

he said my request and my need is for

play27:51

you to intercede for me on the day of

play27:53

judgement

play27:54

the messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam

play27:56

was impressed with this request he said

play27:58

to him

play28:00

who guided you to that request

play28:02

who taught you that request he said

play28:05

my lord

play28:07

he said

play28:11

he said therefore help me fulfill this

play28:13

request of yours by making sure you

play28:16

prostrate to allah almighty a lot

play28:20

make sure that you have a strong

play28:21

relationship with salah the obligation

play28:24

that you perfect

play28:26

and the sunnah that you now study what

play28:28

are all of the sun and the extra prayers

play28:30

that you can bring study them dear

play28:32

brother dear sister make a conscious

play28:34

effort to know all of them or as many as

play28:36

you can the 12 extra sunnahs of prayers

play28:40

that are surrounding the five daily

play28:42

prayers the

play28:43

[Music]

play28:46

when we are confused are we taking care

play28:48

of that the sunnah

play28:51

of

play28:52

the

play28:53

after committing a sin the prayer of

play28:56

repentance are we praying that

play28:59

let us create a relationship with every

play29:01

extra type of salah and not for lazy in

play29:03

that regard and realize that by doing so

play29:06

you are preparing your lawyers and your

play29:07

advocates who will speak on your behalf

play29:10

and give you an easy time on the day of

play29:12

judgment

play29:13

somebody may say

play29:15

i am lazy

play29:17

and i know i will forget

play29:19

so i need something else

play29:21

i will try to do this but guide me to

play29:24

something else in addition to this you

play29:26

have advocate number five

play29:28

it cannot get any easier than this

play29:31

a single dua that you say dear brother

play29:34

dear sister after hearing the adam and

play29:36

this will qualify you by the permission

play29:38

of allah for the intercession of the

play29:40

beloved ali

play29:41

[Music]

play29:43

thus imam al-bukhari narrates on the

play29:45

authority of

play29:46

that the messenger

play29:50

yes

play30:06

um

play30:08

he said whoever hears the adhan the call

play30:11

to prayer

play30:13

and then when it finishes he says the

play30:14

following words o allah

play30:17

you are the lord of this perfect call

play30:21

and you are the lord

play30:24

of this established prayer

play30:26

we ask you oh allah to give prophet

play30:28

muhammad

play30:30

[Music]

play30:32

is a station in paradise that will only

play30:34

be for one human being

play30:36

and we hope that will be for the prophet

play30:37

muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam so

play30:40

you say after hearing thee oh allah lord

play30:43

of this perfect call and you are the

play30:45

lord of the established prayer give

play30:48

muhammad sallallahu

play30:53

virtue and give him a station of praise

play30:56

that you have promised him he said

play30:59

whoever says this after hearing the

play31:01

adhan

play31:02

my intercession for him on the day of

play31:04

judgment will become an obligation upon

play31:06

me

play31:09

somebody may say brother ali even this

play31:12

is difficult

play31:13

i live far away from the masjid

play31:16

and i don't hear the adhan as much as i

play31:18

would like to hear it i don't have this

play31:20

opportunity very frequently is there

play31:22

anything else i can do to hope to

play31:25

guarantee a lawyer an advocate a shafir

play31:29

intercessor intercessor for me and the

play31:31

day of judgment

play31:32

and the answer is yes and we will

play31:34

conclude with number six

play31:37

advocate number six lawyer number six

play31:40

it is the taking

play31:43

of the good people as friends

play31:46

it is to take the righteous people the

play31:49

people of goodness as friends

play31:53

your brothers and sisters in islam the

play31:55

believers after allah has saved them

play31:57

from the fire and allah allows them to

play31:59

enter jannah they will realize that some

play32:02

of their friends are missing

play32:04

some of the friends whom they studied

play32:05

with maybe they prayed with they fasted

play32:07

with they engaged in hajj with they did

play32:09

da'awa with

play32:11

and in jannah they are missing

play32:13

and this is a narration that imam

play32:15

al-bukhari and muslim narrate

play32:16

his muslim authority

play32:18

[Music]

play32:20

so they will complain to allah the

play32:21

believers will complain

play32:37

there are certain servants of yours

play32:39

brothers of ours who used to fast with

play32:42

us they used to pray with us they used

play32:45

to give zakah with us they did hajj with

play32:47

us oh allah we don't see them here in

play32:49

jannah

play32:51

they know that they had been taken to

play32:52

the hellfire they didn't make it

play32:55

so allah the most merciful will say to

play32:57

those believers

play32:59

he will say to them

play33:00

[Music]

play33:02

go to the hellfire and take out whoever

play33:05

you recognize

play33:09

will protect their bodies from the

play33:10

hellfire then they will enter inside

play33:14

and they will begin searching for their

play33:15

brothers

play33:17

that person could be me that person

play33:20

could be you

play33:21

they will search for their sisters

play33:23

and they will look in jahannam and they

play33:25

will see some people burning up to their

play33:27

ankles others up to their knees others

play33:30

up to their waists others up to their

play33:32

chests and some people will almost

play33:34

entirely be submerged in oblivion in

play33:37

jahannam in fire

play33:39

and so they will begin pulling out their

play33:41

brothers and sisters taking them out of

play33:43

the hell fire rescuing them by the

play33:46

permission of allah this is

play33:48

this is intercession

play33:49

and they will place them into the river

play33:52

of life

play33:54

and their bodies will begin to grow

play33:57

their blackened and destroyed destroyed

play33:59

and bad bodies will begin to grow

play34:02

and when they are full and healthy again

play34:04

allah would allow them to enter agenda

play34:07

these are six things dear brothers and

play34:08

sisters that i wanted to share with you

play34:10

with regards to

play34:12

lawyers and advocates and intercessors

play34:14

who will make our life so much easier on

play34:17

the day of judgment

play34:22

[Music]

play34:27

just as allah began this creation

play34:31

he will end

play34:32

this creation

play34:35

so that all of it can go into the day of

play34:37

judgment

play34:40

if anyone doesn't believe in the day of

play34:41

judgment it is as though you are saying

play34:43

that allah created us for no reason

play34:46

no particular purpose or no valuable

play34:48

purpose

play34:50

the people who

play34:52

sinned and killed and harmed they get

play34:54

off the hook and the people who strived

play34:56

and struggled and did good they did it

play34:58

for nothing

play35:01

and these are one of the reasons that

play35:03

those who don't believe in hereafter i

play35:05

think this is one of the reasons why

play35:06

they commit suicide

play35:08

when they lose

play35:10

all their wealth

play35:12

or they lose their loved ones

play35:15

or their job

play35:16

and they feel that they got no future

play35:19

when they lose all connection with life

play35:21

they commit suicide

play35:23

one of the main reasons because they did

play35:25

not have they do not have a belief and

play35:27

iman

play35:28

in a life after here

play35:30

and therefore they don't know why

play35:31

they're here

play35:33

and so they can create their own purpose

play35:36

a lot of them create their own purpose

play35:38

and some of the purpose they create is

play35:40

family

play35:42

i'm here for my family

play35:44

that's a small purpose of life but

play35:46

that's not the whole purpose of why

play35:47

you're here on earth

play35:49

because if that was the whole purpose

play35:51

then allah will keep us living forever

play35:53

here

play35:54

why is there death

play35:56

why does allah take members of the

play35:58

family before what and it's strange how

play36:00

some people say before their time

play36:02

what does that mean

play36:04

he went before his time

play36:06

it's as though we knew when everyone's

play36:07

going to die

play36:08

what do you mean before his time

play36:11

has no age

play36:13

and this life is not paradise and we're

play36:16

not meant to stay here

play36:17

we are here for a different reason we

play36:19

are here to grow our here after

play36:22

so

play36:23

allah has created us and he will judge

play36:26

us

play36:27

and hereafter because he is the just one

play36:30

he knows where we're going to be

play36:32

but we don't know where we're going to

play36:33

be so in order that we don't argue with

play36:35

god on the day of judgment allah says

play36:37

you can go through the life and see it

play36:38

for yourself

play36:40

and on the day of judgment

play36:42

your whole life will be reversed you

play36:44

will see yourself from the moment you

play36:46

died

play36:47

you will see everything going backwards

play36:49

you're living and it's all you're

play36:51

reliving the moments

play36:53

until you are a baby

play36:54

and then allah saves you from that so

play36:57

you can stay alive so you don't return

play36:59

back until nothingness

play37:00

you see it all

play37:02

forwards and then backwards

play37:06

everything and so people who deny their

play37:09

hands and their feet and their eyes and

play37:11

their ears and all of that will bear

play37:12

witness that you did it

play37:18

there is no running away on that day

play37:20

but before that day comes there are

play37:22

signs

play37:24

and it's quite

play37:26

unusual that some people they say

play37:28

i didn't have a sign before i died

play37:30

everyone has a sign before they died

play37:33

die everyone

play37:36

everyone but these signs are different

play37:38

they come in various forms

play37:40

some people have immediate signs of

play37:42

death before they die such as illness

play37:46

such as even spiritual feelings

play37:50

others they don't have any of these

play37:52

signs it just hits them like that

play37:54

but the signs i'm talking about

play37:57

is time

play37:59

time

play38:01

as time progresses

play38:04

as you grow

play38:07

in age you're actually getting

play38:09

smaller in age

play38:12

every minute

play38:15

that we grow we're actually getting our

play38:17

life is getting shorter

play38:19

and therefore

play38:21

time is one of the signs

play38:24

age is another

play38:26

white hair is another

play38:28

wrinkles

play38:29

and the prophet sallam said

play38:32

everything has a cure except for two

play38:34

things

play38:36

everything has a cure likely

play38:40

every illness has a cure if you find it

play38:43

he'll be cured except for two things

play38:48

death

play38:49

and age old age

play38:51

you can't reverse it all those

play38:53

commercials you see

play38:54

on television about

play38:57

nivea and

play38:59

this cream or that cream i don't know

play39:01

their names but

play39:03

you know

play39:04

all these creams telling you because you

play39:06

know your life and they put

play39:08

these women and men up there as though

play39:10

they have this really fresh skin is that

play39:11

that's that's a lie

play39:13

they're just deceiving you

play39:15

there's no cure for old age

play39:20

the other signs of the world's end my

play39:22

dear brothers and sisters

play39:25

are literal signs that the prophet

play39:27

asylum told us when i say literal

play39:28

meaning they are real but their

play39:31

descriptions are really unknown to us in

play39:33

in in detail

play39:35

but they are actual things are going to

play39:36

happen if that that will be shared by

play39:39

everyone so the specific signs for

play39:41

yourself and there are

play39:43

common signs for everyone else they are

play39:45

the signs of the last hour i'm not going

play39:47

to go through them in detail today

play39:48

because that's not our topic

play39:50

but i'm just going to go through it

play39:51

focusing on

play39:53

the world's end we're talking about the

play39:54

hereafter

play39:57

this world

play39:58

ending

play40:01

shows us that

play40:02

when allah says

play40:04

that everything's going to die it means

play40:06

everything in this world including the

play40:08

world itself

play40:10

allah says

play40:21

everything on it will perish

play40:23

the only thing that will be left

play40:25

is your lord

play40:27

the presence of your lord

play40:29

and the lost

play40:30

says in several verses

play40:32

that the world and the sky will perish

play40:35

and the prophet sallallahu alaihi used

play40:36

to

play40:38

the world

play40:40

is going to perish

play40:43

a man asked him again

play40:44

when is the last hour he said don't ask

play40:47

about that what have you prepared for it

play40:48

but the point is they're asking because

play40:49

the prophet had told them salah i sent

play40:51

him the world's going to end

play40:54

allah says

play40:59

the earth the world

play41:01

and the sky

play41:03

will be changed

play41:04

from the world in the sky you new ones

play41:07

to another world of sky meaning allah is

play41:08

going to destroy it and recreate another

play41:11

different to it

play41:13

destroy it

play41:14

make another one

play41:16

and

play41:17

allah

play41:20

he

play41:21

replies to those who deny

play41:24

the end and resurrection

play41:27

by saying look at the life that you live

play41:29

in now

play41:31

wahoo

play41:53

look

play41:54

at the way we created the life as an

play41:55

example of why how we are going to

play41:57

resurrect you look at how he sends

play42:00

winds and clouds

play42:03

as a good sign for you of mercy so you

play42:05

can have water so you can grow your

play42:07

crops and eat

play42:09

when the clouds fill up

play42:11

we take it to a land that is dead

play42:15

land that has no crops

play42:17

nothing it's dry drought

play42:20

and from it we bring back life of fruits

play42:25

just like that allah says

play42:27

just like that or similar to that

play42:29

we will raise the dead people

play42:31

allah says i say this to you in the hope

play42:33

that you may remember

play42:35

and reflect

play42:38

so there are many signs

play42:39

of this and allah says

play42:44

behold you shall be resurrected

play42:47

the signs

play42:48

are many there are minus signs and major

play42:51

signs

play42:52

as for the minor signs

play42:54

they began

play42:55

when who knows when they began

play42:58

the minor signs of the closeness of the

play43:01

world's end

play43:03

the death of the prophet sallallahu

play43:04

alaihi

play43:06

is death

play43:08

so that's 1437 years ago now

play43:11

to us it seems a long time

play43:13

but i want to say two things

play43:16

if you're 10 years old 30 years old 40

play43:19

50 60.

play43:21

in your mind you know it was a long time

play43:22

ago but how do you feel

play43:24

you feel like it was only yesterday

play43:26

isn't that right

play43:29

60 years 100 years it feels like just

play43:31

yesterday in your mind you know it was a

play43:32

long time ago

play43:34

but feeling it's only a little bit

play43:38

if you lived for a thousand years

play43:39

wallahi it's going to feel the same

play43:40

there's a narration about

play43:43

he lived for a thousand

play43:45

and about 150 or up to 350 years

play43:49

different narrations but more than a

play43:50

thousand years and on his deathbed

play43:52

the people asked him how did you how do

play43:54

you feel living all this long time and

play43:57

he says

play43:58

it's like

play43:59

he said it's like a person opened the

play44:01

door took a step

play44:03

to the other side and closed the door

play44:05

and he's trying to say that

play44:07

it's you don't even feel it just passes

play44:09

like that

play44:11

so whether you're now

play44:13

or in 30 years time

play44:14

it's the same thing you're going to feel

play44:16

the same as now

play44:20

so allah

play44:24

[Music]

play44:29

the day of

play44:30

accountability has come very close to

play44:33

the people

play44:34

while the people are in are an illusion

play44:37

of their own

play44:38

they're

play44:40

forgetful of it

play44:41

they're too busy away from it

play44:44

they're playing they're playing around

play44:47

allah says do you not consider that when

play44:50

the day comes

play44:53

it may come to you while you are playing

play44:57

while you are just

play44:59

in ruffler forgetfulness

play45:01

or

play45:02

unaware

play45:04

so when the world ends brothers and

play45:05

sisters it will be a time

play45:07

where the majority of the people of the

play45:09

world

play45:10

are going to be in lost hood

play45:12

forgetfulness

play45:14

meaning unaware

play45:16

too busy with imaginations and illusions

play45:19

and things ideas they've made up

play45:23

people will be busy

play45:25

in their world of music why do i say

play45:27

music because the music has an

play45:29

extraordinary effect on the mind and the

play45:31

heart

play45:33

people listen to it

play45:35

to get out of misery and sadness and get

play45:37

out of the reality of life but it

play45:39

doesn't take him towards

play45:41

good

play45:42

it doesn't take him towards god doesn't

play45:44

take him towards the quran just taken

play45:45

towards going and doing

play45:47

you know

play45:49

good deeds they'll just do what the song

play45:51

tells them to do

play45:53

if it's love they'll live love

play45:55

if it tells them about death they'll

play45:57

probably commit suicide if it tells them

play45:59

about satanism they'll go on worship say

play46:01

whatever the song tells them

play46:02

they start living it

play46:05

some people are living

play46:06

in a world of money so they try to bring

play46:09

up all this money and try to live in it

play46:10

they're in that

play46:12

they want to forget about death so

play46:14

they're busy with luxury entertainment

play46:16

and all of that stuff

play46:21

[Music]

play46:32

so

play46:35

[Music]

play46:41

[Music]

play46:47

you
