coolest thing about being a manager is

you essentially become a mini CEO it's

no longer just you and your iPhone you

become part of the company you get a

solve a problem that you're interested

in you get to make that part of your

you scale around that scale meaning how

can you scale sales how can you put the

right team in place and how can you take

it from something to nothing and this is

when you get into genuine

entrepreneurship once you build the

company and it does take time I'm doing

it again real time with top shelf but

once you build the company and once you

get it to a certain level your life

changes in the sense of you are no

longer in the nitty-gritty you are no

longer reporting to anyone you have

freedom through an asset and one day you

can exit that and move on to the next
