video I'm going to be showing you guys
the most simple and sticky offer that
will keep clients paying you forever the
first step of this offer is going to be
to create a landing page or a website
for our client so we're going to be
inside of their sub account here that
we've created for our client we're going
to go down to sites and then we can
either build them a simple funnel if
that's what they're looking for if they
don't need a full-blown website with a
ton of different pages and they just
need a simple funnel then can do that if
they want a website with different pages
we can obviously charge them more a
larger setup fee for something like that
it'll take us a little bit longer but if
that's what they want we can do either a
website or a funnel I'm going to prend
our client is going to do a website so
I'm going to click new website we're
going to go up here click this and then
we're going to do from templates and we
can check out the different templates
that are available for that Niche let's
say we're doing this offer for a um
barber shop and so I could go up to the
top and I could type in you know bar
see what pops up so we have got a couple
different Barber Shop templates let's
say it's this one that we like right
here this bar Barber Studio One I'm
going to click continue excuse me can't
talk today um wait for this template to
load into our template library and then
we can go ahead and start kind of
building out this template I'm not going
to show you the full website buildout in
this video you can check out some of my
other videos on my channel that are more
in-depth on the go high Lev website and
funnel Builder but I'm going to show you
the basic offer here that we're going to
be giving to our clients that's super
simple super sticky and so on this
website somewhere we're going to create
a page I'm going to rename one of these
Pages like we've got the home about
services and contacts page we're going
to use the services page on this example
I like that I'm just going to leave it
as Services um or we could rename it to
like
book our services so this is the first
step the the website or the funnel we're
going to embed a booking system a
calendar system on the funnel so that
our clients um leads can go and book
right on their website or funnel with
them and so this is a great offer for
low ticket appointment based businesses
like your Barbers your Spas your nail
salons your car detailers your pet
groomers any type of business that has a
low ticket appointment that somebody's
going to go in for get the job done that
same day maybe within 30 minutes to an
hour and then be leaving that same day
so like a medical spa could be another
example um but we're going to make this
page called book our services and we're
going to click submit there so now it
says book our services now we're going
to go to that page real quick so we're
going to go to Pages we're going to go
to the page that um is about booking our
services looks like U we could do
calendar looks like this is the page
that would be led to from the book our
services button and then we can go to
that and looks like I didn't save it but
anyway we get the gist of it we can
embed a calendar system right here on
their website and we can basically
automate the
entire business for these barber shops
nail salons Med Spas car detailers cuz
all of them are based off of people
booking appointments with them coming in
you know getting the job done and then
leaving the same day and so I'm going to
show you why this is a really simple
offer by the end of this video you'll
understand but we're going to create a
booking system now so next we're going
to go up and we're going to go back out
of our website builder so we need to
create that calendar that we're going to
be embedding on this website so if we go
to calendars and then we go to our
calendar settings CU I have no calendars
in the sub account yet which is what
your sub account will look like as well
we can create our first calendar so I'm
going to create one that is a basic
service calendar that's what we're going
to be building for these businesses I'm
going to call this one a basic haircut
and whatever they want to call it right
they they can have their different names
for their different haircuts and the
different price points and things like
that so we're just going to call this
one a basic hair haircut um we need to
add in staff members for this to work
and so this actually won't work right
here I'm going to instead of a service
calendar well I'll just go add myself in
as a staff member so first we would need
to add our customers in and the
different hair stylists that they have
their different barbers in as employees
I'm just going to add myself for now and
so Jasper aen blah blah blah I think
I've already used this email another sub
account so I'm just going to do a fake
one J
gmail.com and then we can just add
myself in real quick all right so now
that we have a user um and ideally
you're going to make these real users of
your client right all their Barbers that
they have that are working at their
Barber shop then we can go back to our
calendar settings and now we can create
that service calendar so I'm going to go
back in create the service calendar
going to call it
basic haircut as the first one I'm going
to select Jasper let's say we had
different employees that do the basic
haircut we could add all of them in
right here but we just have one in this
example um but yeah we can call it like
basic haircut and then whatever the name
of the business is right let's see if
this is taken oh looks like it's good
not taken by another go high level
agency let's say it's 30 minutes on
average for that basic haircut
appointment Monday through Saturday 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. can change the the
calendar availability and all that kind
of stuff in the advanced settings if we
want to I'm just going to confirm it for
time sake and now that we have this
calendar I'm going to create one more
and let's say this barber shop also has
another haircut called Advanced
haircut and this one is also done by
Jasper and maybe we've got a couple
other hair stylists we can add in here
um this one is going to be
Advanced
haircuts not taken all right we're good
let's say this one takes you know 45
minutes instead of 30 minutes CU they're
doing like the beard shave and all this
other stuff hot towel whatever it is
then we can just confirm this like I
said you can you can really dial in the
availability of this business right here
under the advanced settings but we're
just going to confirm this so we can
create this really quick so now we've
got two different types of haircuts um
let's do just one more real quick um
just so I can show you guys like with
three different examples this one's
going to be called like basic shave um
let's call this one you know Jasper is
the employee staff member basic
shave looks like that one's available
let's say it takes 30 minutes for the
basic shave and then we're going to
confirm that so now we've got three
different appointments we're now going
to add these appointments uh these
different types of appointments people
can book to a group and so under the
groups we're going to create a new group
this one's going to be called um hair
appointments or whatever just something
you know whatever the name of the
business is appointments and then we can
just create this over we got to add a
group widget we're going to call it pair
appointments and then we're going to hit
create real quick so now we've created a
group now we're going to add those three
calendars to this group so I'm going to
click these three little dots we're
going to click move to group and then
we're going to move it to the hair
appointments group check the box there
select so now that one you can see it's
been added to that group we're going to
add all three of them to the group
though so I'm going to click move to
group again here herir appointments
select and then we're going to do the
last one once this loads and we're going
to move this one to the group as
well all right now all three of them are
in the group now so we can actually see
kind of what this group calendar looks
like if we preview it over here we go to
groups click this and then we I'm just
going to copy the Ed code real quick um
but basically you could just copy the
scheduling link open up a new tab see
what it looks like but it will basically
show all three different types of
appointments we can add photos to these
inside of each of the calendars which is
pretty cool but if someone wants a basic
shave they can click the basic shave
calendar they can select from their
different technicians or barbers in this
case so if Jasper James and John were
the three they could pick from the
person they want to cut their hair and
if they're available so they can select
Jasper here because I'm the only one I
put in on this then they can pick the
day and time they want to come in for
that appointment and then they can put
in their first name last name email
phone number and actually schedule the
appointment so that's what this looks
like we're going to now embed this
though this uh group onto our website or
our booking page or our funnel that we
Built For This barber shop so we're
going to click here we're going to copy
the ined code right here and then we're
going to go back into our website that
we were building before it's barbershop
website we're going to go to our
calendar page that we were on so we're
going to click edit and then we're going
to jump down to this section where our
calendar was I'm going to delete this
cuz this won't work we need to add an
element it's going to be since we copied
the code we're going to put this code
element here over on the right we're
going to open the code editor and I'm
just going to paste in right there next
to this line one our calendar group code
that I copied so we're going to save
that um I don't know if it'll show in
editing mode we may have to save it and
preview it for it to show um but
whenever the website's live and
somebody's actually on the website it'll
show just like this basically B shave
Advanced haircut basic haircut they can
select from what they want the
technician and so we're building out
this booking system for this Barber Shop
um some barber shops will already have
booking systems in place so we're really
going to be targeting for this offer the
people who don't have one in place I
promise you there are plenty of barber
shops nail salons Med spas that don't
have anything like this in place these
are the types of businesses that I work
within my agency um the majority of the
time and so this is a really sticky
service cuz if we can put their booking
system on a site that we buil for them
and charge them a monthly subscription
for this they're never going to cancel
because they need this booking system to
run their entire business for their
bookings and so anyway we're going to
jump back in so that's what it looks
like and then we can set up uh Payment
Processing so we can actually add
Payment Processing to our calendar here
so whenever somebody comes in and they
select the type of haircut we can put a
price next to it the way that we do that
is we need to connect a payment
processor so if our clients want to
collect payments for these appointments
instead of charging them after it's done
and when they come in for the
appointment we can actually make the
person pay right as they're booking the
appointment for this haircut that
they're going to be getting so we can go
to payments right here we can go to um
Integrations we can integrate I'll just
go ahead and integrate my stripe account
real quick so you can see I'm going to
connect with stripe this would be with
your client stripe account right not
with yours but your clients so that your
client can actually collect payments and
get those payments coming in and I'm
going to go ahead it's just going to ask
me to like log in basically to my stripe
account to be able to connect it I'm
going to click submit here hopefully I
type that in right all right I'm going
to connect web juice here and we're
going to click I'm going to do this one
actually connect
this and then it should just return us
right back to go high level and say
we're all connected um it's saying
connect with stripe right right quick
I'm just going to hit refresh and see if
this fixes
that there we go so now it's showing
that we're connected it should just like
this check check this doesn't this is
all right you could do Apple pay if you
want I'm just going to turn that on so
people can pay through Apple pay as well
another good option and then now that we
have payment connected we can then go to
our
calendars calendar settings we can go to
our different calendars let's say the
advanced haircut first um I'm going to
click edit on this Advanced calendar and
then or on this Advanced haircut
calendar and then we're going to go to
forms and payments we could scroll to
the bottom here and there's this little
check box or this talk we'll switch that
says accept payments and then we can put
the amount let's say the advanced
haircut cost 75 bucks we're going to put
in 75 right there this will not show up
um a disclaimer this will not show up
until you've connected stripe first or
some sort of payment processor first so
you have to do that first for this
little box to check and be able to
toggle on and uh we could do just accept
the full you know $75 payment and then
we can turn it live and then we can save
this we're going to do this on all three
of them so we go to the first one we'
have got our Advanced haircut I'm going
to close out of this one now we've got
our basic haircut let's say basic
haircut is you know 50 bucks so we're
going to go to forms and payments again
we're going to accept payment here we're
going to make this one you know 50 bucks
we're going to turn it live and then
save
that and then we got to do it on our
last one as well so close we're going to
go to the basic shave let's say the
basic shave is only 20 bucks we're going
to go to forms and payments again again
turn that on 20 bucks and then turn it
live and then save that so now I'm going
to show you the preview of this calendar
right here I'm going to just refresh
this real quick boom there we go now the
basic shape it shows the price next to
it now so we've got 20 bucks 75 bucks 50
bucks so somebody knows when they click
on this how much it costs and whenever
they go to book it with Jasper let's say
they select Monday at 11:45 a.m. they
have to put in their card and it will
show the price over here on the left 20
bucks so now we're making it a lot
easier for our Barber Shop client to
collect payments from their clients they
don't have to collect a payment when the
client comes in after the shave has been
done they can collect it upfront so that
when people book they're just getting
the payment right away and even if that
person doesn't show up for the
appointment they've already paid us so
we're not going to like get as many no
shows if we embed a payment processor in
here and incorporate that in because
these people actually have skin in the
game now they can't just book a haircut
and not show up like they've already
paid the 20 bucks so they're going to
show up and if they don't we still going
to keep the 20 bucks so big selling
point that we can incorporate into
people's calendar systems that they
probably don't have like the majority of
barber shops don't have this built in to
their calendar systems they might have a
calendar system for booking sure but
they don't have the payment processing
so that's something we can sell to them
which is very sticky and it just allows
them to process payments now which makes
everything really easy run really smooth
so now we need to build the ation out so
whenever somebody books that appointment
in that group calendar we probably want
to have a confirmation text a
confirmation email sent to that lead or
that client saying hey thanks for
booking for Monday at 11:45 a.m. talk to
you then and then we also probably want
to send them an email confirmation and
then maybe an hour before that
appointment starts maybe we want to send
them another text another email just
reminding them hey your appointment's in
an hour just want to make sure you're
still going to be showing and so we can
create those automations whenever
somebody books that appointment
right here under automations which is
just another cool feature to add in for
our clients that'll make sure these
people show up and remember the
appointments just having those automated
text and emails so we're going to hit
create workflow we're going to select
from a recipe cuz there's actually one
in here we just need one automation to
kind of do the whole thing for us and
run the whole business it's going to be
this one let's see where it's at it's
going to be um appointment confirmation
plus reminder plus survey plus review
request it's going to be this one right
here we're going to select it already
has everything everything kind of built
out for us we are going to eliminate the
survey part we don't really need the
survey we just want to send a review
request after excuse me and then the
trigger event is going to be event type
normal appointment status is confirmed
and then we need to add a filter here
and it's going to be in calendar group
and then we need to select our hair
appointments group so I'm going to
select my hair appointments group right
here and then we're going to save the
trigger so any of those appointments the
shave the advanced haircut and the basic
haircut it'll trigger off this
automation anybody who books on those
those calendars and so then we send them
a confirmation email I'm going to add a
text message here and just also send an
SMS and the SMS could say hey and then
we could say contact first name so it'll
say hey
John um your
appointment has been
booked I'm going to say your hair
appointment
has been booked for and then you can use
another one it's going to be
appointment where did it go um am I like
I don't know if I'm stupid there we go
appointment and then it is start date
time so it'll say the Day and The Time
your appointment's been booked for
Monday at 11:45 a.m. Mountain Standard
Time whatever the time zone is and then
period see you then so just something
like that right so it's it IT addresses
them by their first name tells them when
the appointment is see you then and you
can decide if you want to do an email as
well you don't have to do an email if
you don't want to but we could also make
this email you know Say something
whatever we want it to say we can paste
that right here and uh it already has a
pre-built message from the automation so
we can just keep that one you can change
it however you want that to look and
whatever you want it to
say and then next up 24 hours before the
appointment it'll send another email
another text message I don't really like
this I'm going to delete this one and
I'm also going to delete the two
messages we don't really need that much
reminders or that many reminders we just
really need this one hour before
reminders this one has a wait step it'll
wait 1 hour before the appointment
starts and then it'll send another email
hey your appointment is in 1 hour blah
blah blah blah blah see you then and
then we can also send a text hey John
just a friendly reminder your
appointment is in 1 hour we look forward
to seeing you in then it signs off with
the name of the hair salon or the barber
shop and then down here all of this
extra stuff we don't really need um the
only thing we do need is we're just
going to delete it from here and then
I'm going to click delete all actions
from here 1 hour after the appointment
or we could even do two hours just to
play it safe maybe the person's still
there because it's a really long haircut
or something like that but two hours
will be pretty safe for a barber shop
I'm going to rename this wait 2 hours
after and so 2 hours hours after the
appointment we can then send a Google
review request I'm it's just going to be
review request send review request and
then we can select to send it as an
email or a text message or both I'm just
going to send it as a text most people
read text over emails so now it'll send
a Google review request to this client
now for this Google review request to
work we do have to integrate this
customer's Google business profile so
I'm going to save this really quick up
at the top one thing important is going
to be to allow re-entry in the settings
here because if somebody books an
appointment multiple times with us with
like a barber shop you're going to be
getting multiple haircuts over the next
few months most likely so you want to
make sure to allow re-entry meaning the
person who books the appointment can go
through this automation every time that
they book not just the first time so
after you've done that this is the whole
automation right here but this Google
review request because you can see here
it doesn't really tell us what it's
going to say we're going to manage that
in the reputation management settings
once we've connected this customer
Google business profile which we do that
under Launchpad I'm going to ignore this
obviously you'll need to set up a phone
number and everything for this client
under the phone number settings get them
a local phone number all that I'm just
going over the basic offer though for
this video and then we're going to go to
right here just click connect and you'll
connect to their Google business profile
literally just ask them to log in to
their Google business profile and then
it'll connect right up to go high level
once you've done that you can then go
down to this uh reputation Tab and then
you can go up here to this little gear
icon and then this is where you'll be
able to set up what the email review
request says and what you want it to
like ask and say to the customer
basically you could say hey thanks for
coming in um today for your appointment
with us for your haircut or for your
hair appointment we would be honored if
you'd leave us a Google review really
helps our business grow um and you could
even do an incentive say if you if you
give us a positive Google review will
enter you into win a $300 Visa gift card
or something like that or a % off or
yeah a better one would be hey if you
leave us to Google review today we'll
give you 10% off your next haircut or
20% off or something like that this was
is going to be completely automated for
these companies so that it'll send out
to the customer two hours after their
appointment has happened and it'll uh
ultimately help this business get more
Google reviews help them grow help them
rank higher on Google when people type
up barber shops near me And so all
around it'll help grow the reputation of
the business and the authority of the
business in their area and it's going to
be all completely automated from booking
all the way until that Google review
request is sent so this is why this is
such a sticky offer it does everything
for this business they don't even have
to touch it like their clients go to the
website do everything from there and
it's all done so like it these people
literally just have to cut hair that's
what they like doing that's what they
are they're Barbers and so that's what
we want them to do we don't want them to
have to touch any Tech any software like
we do it all for them and it just runs
itself very sticky very hands off for us
but this is where you can send that SMS
and uh you can type that out here I
can't typee in here because I haven't
connected my oh there we go you can just
type it out here and uh just save it
there and that's what we'll send out in
that automation that we just set up same
for email you do have to connect your
Google business profile first for this
to send the proper link to the person
like the actual Google review link to
click on and leave the review but anyway
once you've done all that that's like
that's the entire offer right there the
main upkeep for this offer is going to
be just updating the website
occasionally for your clients so you
know this it this booking page that we
built out for them doesn't have to be a
website could just be a simple booking
page if that's all they want and we
charge them a $500 setup fee for that if
they want the full-blown website we can
charge them a couple thousand dolls for
the setup fee plus we're going to be
charging that monthly subscription of on
average I charge my clients
$197 per month for a service like this
where I'm integrating payment Gateway
I'm integrating booking system I'm
automating the Google reviews for them
like it's everything is completely
automated you easily charge $200 a month
for a service like this and like I said
it's very sticky if they want changes on
their website done though they can reach
out to you and say hey can you change
this can you change this just going to
be minor things here and there so it
won't take you very much work to do and
upkeep or if they have like new services
that they want to add to this calendar
like maybe they've got a new type of
haircut or service that they offer you
can just add those to this calendar for
them and make those updates for them
it's a very simple offer very sticky
offer and uh one of the best that I've
ever offered offered with go high l or
the best that I've offered with go high
level and so this is the one you guys
will want to go with um you might think
you know all hair um barber shops have
this already there's a ton that don't I
promise you if you keep going through
Google Maps scrape some Google Maps
leads and start calling through them or
checking out their sites there's so many
that don't even have a website or a
funnel in the first place for people to
book they just do everything through
phone calls which takes more of their
time more of their manual effort these
guys just want to cut hair they that's
what they want to do and when I say cut
hair I'm talking all these different
types of businesses right car detailers
um Med Spas um this is a med spa one
that I built the other day I'm going to
show you guys uh it's this company
called care Nashville out of Nashville
Tennessee under this we built them a
booking system that has all of this
built in they have all these different
types of appointments that people can
book and they were just doing all this
manually through the phone but now their
clients can just go book and they can
send all their clients to this calendar
here where they can pick from you know
stem cell therapy and they can book an
appointment to do stem cell therapy
right here on on their website and so
it's taking a minute to load cuz they've
got a ton of different types of
appointments here but
anyway I'm just showing you the value of
this you know this is a client that I
charge $200 a month to upkeep this and
keep this running and so you guys can
easily charge these same prices as well
and charge people a setup fee for the
funnel or the website setup whatever
you're offering them I hope this video
