we get access to higher messages more

images but honestly do real Value Point

that we actually care about probably in

this context is going to be the fact

that we can integrate flawlessly within

the Microsoft 365 system I think the

real use case that lines up with

co-pilot Pro is its ability to integrate

with Microsoft's ecosystem but in order

to do so we actually have to view uh

copilot Pro as more of an add-on to

Microsoft 365 rather than a whole

separate product as the actual use case

of co-pilot Pro seems to be working with

the 360 app collection I'm going to take

the step of going ahead and purchasing

it as you do need a Microsoft 365

personal plan or a family plan in order

to integrate co-pilot within the

different Suite of products so that may

be a first drawback of why you would use

Chad gbt compared it to co-pilot Pro

because of the fact that if you don't

use Microsoft Suite of products co-pilot

Pro might not be as an advantageous

purchase if this doesn't seem relevant

to you to show you why co-pilot Pro is

more in the context of interacting with

Microsoft apps let's just give you a

real quick example of this so we're

going to use one of their tables here

one of their pre-selected prompts which

is allowing us to create a Excel sheet

within chit or within co-pilot now you

can do this with a free version but here

is why it's advantageous to use C- pilot

Pro in the context if you already are a

Microsoft Suite holder or Microsoft 365

holder family or personal this is the

response we get when we ask for an Excel

sheet of organize the world's tallest

trees into a table by habitat when I ask

Chad gbt this that we get a nice little

chart of this but there isn't a easy

intuitive way to export this into an

Excel sheet comparative to co-pilot I

can go ahead and click edit in Excel and

it brings me to my Microsoft 365 family

here saying that this is where I'm going

to go and zoom in y'all uhoo zoom out a

bit this is where this comes into play

so now we have access to co-pilot within

our entire Suite of apps which is

powerful to be clear to access the same

type of functionality we would need to

use plugins within chat gbt and we can

go to plug-in store here and basically

for example Excel there would be

specific plugins that allow us to to

interact to an extent such as accessing

Google Sheets I've done videos on this

as well so you can check this out from

my experience so far up to this point

with Pro what I've realized when it

comes to co-pilot is that there is a ton

to teach on this topic and there is a

ton to do on this topic therefore if I'm

new to you or you've never seen me

before I'm going to make an entire

playlist dedicated to co-pilot Pro and

how to interact with all the different

stuff such as Outlook PowerPoint

creating automatic responses in our

Outlook creating automatic PowerPoints

on certain topics how to leverage this

in Excel a ton of stuff so make sure to

underserved in the context of value so

I'm going to be here to do that so with

that being said I'm just going to go

here of how we can leverage co-pilot Pro

and kind of continue the process in the

word doc and then we're going to go

ahead and kind of give my consensus at

the end of the video of why you would

choose either one in the com context of

paying your 20 USD a month okay we are

writing an essay on the Roman Empire

rise can you give me the introduction

paragraph with a thesis and Associated

theography of resources to back it up

proceed so here we go we got our

resources here I mean back in my day we

could not do this when it came to essays

and I'm actually glad we couldn't cuz I

would not be as smart in the context of

writing if I could have used a AI

language learning model like this let's

go ahead and try to leverage the feature

of the word doc here so I'm going to try

can we export this to word first seems

like we can't do that necessarily so in

this context let me just do this it does

seem like we can do this it's simply

just a button y' so here we go we're

going hit export to word this is where

co-pilot Pro shines its abil ability to

access external API or other words

external Services Chad gbt is limited in

this way it can do this but you need

plugins or you need gbts in order to do

the same thing that being said this

really leverages the entire ecosystem

found within Microsoft on top of that we

have our beginning of our essay so a

slight issue though is that it kind of

just goes and gives us everything so we

don't want everything here and I'm going

to go ahead and just go like this I'll

zoom in I'll come over here y'all all

right and here's basically what I'm

thinking so obviously there may be a

different way to um Source it that's

pretty cool is let's use co-pilot real

quick so using co-pilot we have the

exact same chat oh I'm in front of

it we have the exact same style chat but

it's like lasered in on Microsoft Word

so pretty cool we can go ahead and just

say can you write the next paragraph in

this essay enter here so we got our

answer here this response isn't based on

the document but it did provide the

second page or the second paragraph in

this context of what we were doing for

the original first paragraph which was

the rise of the Roman Empire that being

said this is very service level I'm

going to dive way deeper into this

entire ecosystem because it basically

scratched a part of my brain I'm like

okay this is a different way of

communicating with AI and this is a

different way of approaching AI that we

haven't seen up to this point due to the

fact that we've always been kind of

closed in with Chad gbt now that being

said let me just give you the consensus

of why you would pursue the $20 of

co-pilot Pro and why you would pursue

the cad gbt plus $20 if you are already

a Microsoft 365 personal or family owner

pay the 20 bucks go of co-pilot there

really is no reason I would see you

wanting to use Chad gbt for the 20 bucks

because of the fact unless there is

actual pertinent stuff that you can find

within the gbt store or custom

instructions is very relevant to you I'd

pay the 20 bucks for co-pilot coil pilot

Pro the way I want to think of copilot

Pro and the way I've been kind of

thinking about it is it's almost just

like a $20 addition on the already

subscription based uh program that we

have with the 365 program so if you're

familiar with the suite you like the

suite I would proceed in the context of

paying the 22 co-pilot now if all that

sounded like I don't even use Excel I

don't even use word docs I don't use

anything within Microsoft's ecosystem I

would proceed with Chad gbt now Chad gbt

is amazing because what this allows us

to do is if you're not accessing

resources outside of it even though we

can technically with gbts and plugins we

can do really lasered in work for for

specific context so for me personally I

use custom instructions within Chad gbt

to code and create software if I need

help you know writing a function or just

writing out code for XYZ reason I like

using Chad gbt in this context as it is

one of the most trained models provided

on the market for us to do these kind of

activities ities now that being said

though if that doesn't sound relevant to

you and you're like hey my workday is

I'm on Excel every single day or I'm

using word dos or I'm answering emails

and Outlook go pilot Pro might be your

new home when it comes to Ai and

basically integrating it into

productivity I've done a lot on this

channel when it comes to Chad gbt

automations and zapier which I still

plan on doing as those are my original

home but I will be creating a new
