hey friends okay so today's video i'm
gonna be talking about the devotion to
the sacred heart of jesus
and this devotion is called the first
friday
devotion and so it is awesome
it's actually i did a video about the
first saturdays
and this is different it's much easier
to do however it's a lot it's longer
so the the first saturdays
are five consecutive saturdays so the
first
saturdays of five months and this one is
the first
nine saturdays of each month i love this
devotion
because saint margaret mary
jesus appeared to her and asked her to
spread this devotion
and if you know me my favorite image of
jesus
is the sacred heart of jesus i
absolutely love it because what that
means
is his heart is on fire you can see his
heart and it's on fire
and his heart is burning with love for
you
and that is what that image means and
what an amazing
image i have three images in my house
because i love it so much
i have it in one of my boys rooms and
then two here on the main floor but i
love it so much and i love
knowing that jesus loves me so much so
so i'm gonna talk about the easy easy
devotion
how to do this it's actually very simple
and easy
first i'm going to read to you what
jesus said to saint margaret mary
i promise you in the excessive mercy of
my heart
that my all-powerful love will grant to
all those who receive holy communion
on the first fridays for nine
consecutive months
the grace of final repentance they shall
not die in my grace
nor without receiving the sacraments
my divine heart shall be their safe
refuge
in the last moments so that is what
jesus told saint margaret and
he wanted her to spread it throughout
the world
and so pretty much how to do this
devotion is so
easy and i highly recommend if you have
children maybe you homeschool maybe your
kids are
older but to do this with your family i
feel like that would be so great if
obviously if they can't then just do it
yourself so what you need to do to do
this devotion
super simple it is to receive the holy
communion
nine consecutive months um so nine
months in a row
on the first friday of each month you go
and receive holy communion
there must be made in honor and
reparation
in his heart so pretty much
there's a prayer that you you pray
i will link that down below you just
copy it out and it kind of gives you
pretty much all the information as well
you just copy that out and you read it
you read the
prayer to the sacred heart and and
that's it
it's really really simple so it's a
little different from the first
saturdays which
um i will link that up here at
the end of the video but um but if you
do these
prayers if you do this devotion he
promised
the promises he gave to saint margaret
mary
are these so i'm going to read them off
to you i will give
all the graces necessary for their state
in life
i will give peace within their families
the third one is i will console them in
all of their troubles
the fourth one i will be their refuge in
life and especially
in death the fifth one i will
abundantly bless all their undertakings
number six sinners shall find in my
heart
the source of infinite ocean of mercy
how awesome like god is so merciful i
love that
number seven tippet soul shall become
fervent
eight fervent souls shall receive
speedily
a great perfection okay number nine
i will bless those places within the
image of my sacred heart
shall be exposed and venerated so where
his sacred heart
is like where that image is exposed so
people can see it when they walk in your
house
and venerated you know he will be he
will bless those places
okay so 10 i will give to priests the
power to touch the most
hardened hearts that's so awesome number
11
persons who propagate this devotion
shall have their name eternally written
in my heart
number 12 the excess of the mercy of my
heart i promise you that
all my powerful love will grant to
all those who will receive holy
communion on the first
fridays for nine consecutive months the
grace of final repentance
they will not die in my displeasure
nor without receiving the sacraments and
my heart will be their secure refuge in
that last hour
so that i think that number 12 like
is amazing like takes the cake like
pretty much in your
final hour jesus said he will be there
with you and he will make sure that you
have the sacraments and everything that
you need to be in his graces
like that is so amazing and if you
do the first saturdays then it's very
similar mary says in the final hour
she will be with you as well and the
reason that that's so important
is because the final hour they say that
that is when satan
really really tries to to take you
like that is when he really wants to
um it's his final like push to take your
soul over
before you die you know he wants to
convince you that you're not worth
you know god's mercy that you're not you
know
lovable that you are not like that god
doesn't want you
he he can play mind tricks with you and
so having jesus
and mary they're defending you being
with you
is so important at the hour of your
death
because they will be there to defend you
and love you
and to bring you to heaven it sounds
like you know so
i think that number 12 was so amazing
and worth
worth it oh my goodness so if you can do
this devotion
highly highly recommended and you know
even if you
ask like you know if you work or
something just say could i have like
an hour off you know can i come an hour
later
you know to work on the first friday of
every month you know or something like
that because
it is so worth it i'm gonna link this
all below and it explains everything
but highly recommend it the sacred heart
of jesus
is so awesome and you know whatever
jesus
asked us to do how can we deny him like
he
died on the cross for us for our sins
for our salvation
that you know these these little acts of
love
mean so much to him so um anyway i
encourage all of you to do this
and until next time i will see you all
later god bless
bye
