but let me share with you my simple habits and principles

transferred all the important elements of my routine into the format of spreadsheets and other accounting applications:
tracking tasks, habits, and so on. Everyone has problems with memory, and given how much time
we spend on the Internet and how many tasks a person faces every day, he may forget
inconspicuous but very important things. For example: Every day of mine includes its own list of
tasks. If I need to do something, then I will definitely write it down. This is why I
have task lists for a specific day, week or month. Every trip I take involves a
repetitive list of what I need to bring, what to book, and what documents to prepare.
If I'm recording a video, then I definitely have a list of shots that need to be implemented. If I
take tests: I write them down in a separate table and monitor the dynamics of important indicators. I go in for
sports: I write down measurements of my body and weight. I do all this in Google Sheets and Notion, in Google
Calendar so as not to forget birthdays, and I keep a schedule there, and other trackers. And
I make sure to write down every thought or idea in notes. It was this habit that became my digital addition, and at
some points even a copy of my memory. It is thanks to this that I remember better:
what I need to do, what is the state of my health and what I should not miss. I doubt
that every day you remember what kind of cholesterol you have in your blood, what vitamins you took,
and who you congratulated on your birthday. This may seem unnecessary when you are young. But the older you
get, the more acquaintances, colleagues, more responsibilities and tasks you have - and this
makes life super much easier. The main thing is to approach this without fanaticism and not to put every
trip to the toilet into your tracker and write down 1000 tasks a day; it’s enough to keep tasks for the week and gradually
complete them. Second: write down your set of rules and principles. It’s hard to call it a habit,
it’s more a style and attitude to life, but still. I began to notice that after certain events
in life, my approach to previously familiar actions or people changed, and it always changed
for the better. That’s why I thought, why not transfer all the principles from my head to paper
and create my own constitution. Of course, writing something like this out is rather overkill,
but think: according to what rules and foundations do you want to live? Which ones make your life better?
Surely, you already know them or feel that you need them, but for some reason you don’t live by them.
I will begin. On my list: never lie. As a child, I lied to my mother a lot about little things,

and words of support. At one time, this went so far that my first conscious rule
in life was not to lie and to be honest. And living the truth is easier this way: a lie is a very fragile
structure. And according to this: do not allow lies towards yourself. Don’t allow yourself to be taken advantage of,
don’t communicate with toxic people, confidently say no and protect your desires,
goals and boundaries. Never smoke or drink or anything like that. In general, everything that should be an
unshakable rule in your life, and what you need to follow. This strengthens your boundaries and strengthens
your discipline. After all, if in my set of rules I never smoke or drink excessively,
then why should I, in principle, try a cigarette, smoke a hookah for company, or get drunk on
holidays, because some person couldn’t do otherwise? This also includes the principle of constant
self-improvement and learning: for me, stagnation and degradation are antonyms to a full life. That’s why
I always strive to study something, read something: it’s useful for the brain, it’s interesting to me,
and it’s promising in life. How many try themselves in professions from the IT world or even

addition. That is: I don’t smoke or drink, but I have days when I can eat a burger,
buy a soda, have fun playing games with friends almost all day - and this will only make my life
better. But only if it is an addition and not a permanent lifestyle. When
this happens consciously and once every couple of weeks, and does not turn into a daily harmful addiction.
When we don't abuse it. Everyone has a different philosophy, but mine is about quality and freedom. And
any addiction is the opposite of this. Fifth: I set restrictions on social networks. And
in the evening I put on a black and white filter so that there is no temptation to get stuck on a tape of
colorful videos. We have long ceased to live in a world where social networks and entertainment were a wonderful
addition to our real lives. Nowadays, more and more people spend more time in the virtual environment
than in the real one. Our environment is becoming increasingly entertainment-based, and I think this is a huge
problem that will come back to haunt us decades from now and for the next generation. People's average screen time is
rising. And whoever denies it, it has become more difficult for people to concentrate. It’s more difficult
to watch long videos, films without dynamics, let alone books. And time in silence without a phone
and short videos causes stress. It’s not difficult to guess that this addiction is not healthy.
Therefore, my task with such restrictions is not to limit my pleasures,
but to remember how I enjoyed it before. After all, the pleasure that we get
from social networks is artificial, for the most part. And the same applies to notifications: in the evening and especially
before going to bed, all notifications are turned off, and I’ll probably see messages even from friends
only in the morning. But at the same time, everyone knows that if something is urgent, you can call me. “Are you in touch? I,
man, am naked right now. Oops.” Sixth: maintain social networks. And no, this does not contradict the previous
point. It’s just that many people have had a total substitution of concepts. Social networks are not bad, but
excessive empty scrolling of the feed is what is bad. Why did we create pages on social networks before?
To communicate and share our common moments. Now all social networks have turned into eternal sales,
storytelling, heaps of experts and no soul. I have an Instagram, and although it
mostly acts as a working tool, because I am a blogger, I run it for myself: I show my life,
I post photos and stories from trips, with friends whom my audience doesn’t even know, just for the sake of
it. to keep it in memory. After all, this is essentially free storage. I don’t have
as much saved on any external drive as in the Instagram Stories archives. And I don’t mean
that you need to constantly post something or live on your phone, film everything and not enjoy the moment by
publishing everything at once. This is just an extreme. During the day I
try not to go on social networks, and if I shoot something, I do it in the background, as if documenting my life,
and if I publish it, it’s at the very end of the day. Again, just to digitize and preserve this memory

love in words and actions towards yourself. After all, you are your most important support, and it is from
there that everything else begins. Do not hold resentment and anger towards other people, be selflessly
kind and condescending to others. After all, by filling yourself with just such energy, life will feel a
hundred times more pleasant. Ninth: I keep a schedule. Keeping track of time and recurring tasks has become an
effective tool in planning my day and leisure time. But in my case, the schedule is often
conditional: it can include several tasks over time, it can be empty on the weekend,
or it can be scheduled for the whole day if there are a lot of tasks - which some people falsely mistake
for the correct daily schedule. I don’t like it when the schedule is scheduled minute by minute and without breaks;
I prefer to make it more flexible. And in general, everything else becomes meaningless
if the most important thing is disrupted: your sleep schedule. Without energy you can't do anything. Therefore, this is what
I try to adhere to very strictly: falling asleep and waking up at the same time. Of course, there are days
when there is more work, other plans or meetings, and I go to bed later. At such moments, the stability of
sleep patterns and quality is disrupted, but it can and should be restored without problems. For example:

And by the same logic: I do not communicate with people or relatives that are unpleasant to me, or I minimize
communication with them. If, for example, a person is not able to conduct a dialogue and does not respect my personal
boundaries. I haven’t become bad because I don’t communicate with some toxic distant relative, but
my psyche remains intact. Never leave conflicts unsolved, and do not let
people approach you who are not ready to resolve conflicts and only waste your energy and ruin your life. Eleventh:
I see the good in life. Our brain, or rather our consciousness, is always looking for confirmation of what you
say or invent. If you think how terrible the world is, how worthless you are and focus
your attention only on something bad, you will see only this. You will even stop noticing
how your actions unconsciously lead you to this. It seems like you want changes, but you think about yourself
only in a bad way, and then you don’t understand: how to cope with procrastination? Why am I always
lazy? And the problems are interconnected. And in general, your whole life will turn into reinforcement of what you are looking for.
Yes, there is a lot of instability and evil in the world, but everyone will see shit. And you try to find something good,
and you will be surprised how much there is, in fact, you just ignored it. We always attract similar things:
this applies to people, this applies to problems. Concentrate on the bad - everything around you will be bad
and the people around you will be bad. Focus on the good and life will be bright. Train yourself to do
this and stop wasting your energy on running away or insulting the only life
you are given to live. Twelfth: I take stock of my life. I value not only my condition,
but also my time and my whole life in equal terms. In my training
on financial literacy, I talked about the accounting table, and there I initially introduced a comic analysis: how much is
my day, my hour worth. And as soon as the jokes about prostitution from friends were over, it took on an
important practical meaning. In this table I see how much my time is worth based on my earnings.

take a taxi. Eat in a cafe with big markups or cook at home. Maybe I generally live

decades I have not earned or saved anything. But it’s not just about money, although this approach
will help cope with unreasonable spending. Events in my life also have their own different values and
can be analyzed. Useful learning, pleasant moments, trips, time with family and friends are both
worth the money and priceless in themselves, because they benefit me, my present and future.
Investing in memories and experiences. But aimless scrolling through the feed, constant games, harmful
lifestyle - cost nothing and bring a loss to my life. Again, this is about abuse. For
any benefit I reward myself, but for harm I penalize myself: conditionally, I won’t buy a game that interests me
or I’ll allocate less money for free spending. It is this approach that helps me track how much
life and benefit there is in my days: how full, varied, and how much do they bring
me genuine pleasure? And they don’t only create his illusion, in which most of you live.
Thirteenth: I don’t get attached to material things. You know that I have very few things,
I always wear the same clothes, I have few friends and my whole life is surrounded by the idea of minimalism,
even in pants. This is a joke, please don't believe it. The entire emphasis in my life is on forming
emotions and memories. I never wanted to fill my head and my home with meaningless
things and trinkets. I only buy what I can buy again in the event of unexpected damage or breakage
. In general, why should I have a thing that will cost more than my time,
health and peace? I will never understand people who are ready to do anything for branded
gadgets or clothes. I will never understand those who quarrel with their loved ones because of them. A thing is a
thing to be used. She should serve you, not you serve her. Fourteen:
I am focused on my life. Many of you love to look at other people and think about
how little you have achieved in comparison with them. But it shouldn’t matter to you who has it better,
because you’ll never see the whole picture. I don’t pay attention to other people’s experiences unless they
teach me something. People are very good at embellishing or even inventing other people’s destinies,
labeling and devaluing other people’s achievements: he was lucky, they helped him - just to justify the
lack of his achievements and results. Even if someone’s start in life was easier than yours,
then why should it matter to you? You live your life. And in it there is only you, your perseverance and faith in
yourself. And fifteenth: never give up. If I have a clearly formulated goal
and a guideline in life, there is no turning back. I can’t put up with anything less, and I don’t care
how much time and attempts it takes to implement it. If you don’t give up, learn from mistakes, try
and continue to act, then everything will work out. And this is much better than dooming yourself to life out of
