never been with or tried to be with him

however I did did send a few flirtatious

messages to someone I thought might be

um I did highly suspect it might be fake

too but I did not believe I was doing

something wrong although this could have

affected an innocent person if it wasn't

for the sting operation the next sin

only affects the person who commits it

and it can have seriously devastating

effects when it rears its ugly head and

that is gluttony gluttony is defined as

an overindulgence and over consumption

of anything to the point of waste in

particular food and no one personified

that more than when Jeff Sade went on

his dirty bul Jeff Sade is a very

popular influencer with almost 5 million

months of committing to a glutton

did gain an impressive amount of muscle

for 6 months the first 4 months I

actually was pretty clean I was very

strict with the diet I gradually was

increasing the calories as my weight was

going up and I wasn't really gaining

much fat I just gained mostly muscle and

it was a pretty good time eventually I

got to 5,000 calories a day and that's

what I was eating every single day and

then the last two months of the bulk I

liked seeing the number on the scale

just go up and up and up so I decided

let's [ __ ] eat everything Let's Get

huge it's time to dirty bulk baby I

stopped doing cardio I started eating

everything I'll be honest with myself

and I know that it was not all muscle

that I gained it was a lot of fat

needless to say this did not fit Jeff's

aesthetic and the danger to his health

was becoming very real as he later

revealed in the video it's very

unhealthy what happened to me personally

is my blood pressure went through the

roof and I decided it's time to stop the

bulk however stopping the bulk would

come with unexpected consequences and

show the danger of overindulgence

I had to shred very hard to lose all the

fat and unfortunately I also lost a lot

of the muscle the newly built muscle

that I gain from the bulk I lost it from

shredding all the fat Jeff got out of

his Glutton lifestyle early and has

managed to revert to his old self

like the disparity in his Peak physique

his mental state was also starting to

deteriorate rapidly with him posting

deranged clips of himself online talking

about conspiracy theories in different

homeopathic treatments Sunny V2 made a

great breakdown of Connor's breakdown

and all of the signs of the downfall

psychedelic drug which seemingly changed

his outlook on life he was less bothered

about his Fitness related content going

so far as to delete his old videos in

favor of a new video style which fit his

started to pile up with trash as he grew

lazy and began ordering just ridiculous

things on Amazon there were a bunch of

boxes and trash bags in front of his

door we went inside his apartment and

this is what I

saw the stack of boxes was so huge that

it took up half of the apartment and

lost his once almost perfect physique

and could not make the same Fitness

content he was making before

unfortunately for Connor his story does

not have a happy ending his addiction

and laziness issues were compounded by

his upload schedule and his audience has

had enough leaving his channel in a

downward spiral alongside his mental

health as a result of his heavy drug use

and ridiculous empty promises

essentially selling his soul for dollars

he has given scripts to read that will

help with the marketing of the channel

and the weight loss programs and will

offer wild claims such as losing 50s of

fat in 12 weeks vred offers testosterone

boosters weight loss pills and other

snake oil supplements but because he

looks good people buy it and the money

keeps rolling in his name in the fitness

space has been tarnished due to his

on him garnering 6.5 million views and

opening the floodgates to The Wider

Community realizing just how bad he is

to realizing just how envious this

go to the gym because he's skinny and

offensive to him it's pretty pathetic
