recenti la più forte è stata sicuramente

la partecipazione a un evento che è il

nomad siti che si è svolto a gran

canaria ai primi di novembre sono stato

lì e sono stato invitato perché una

persona con cui lavoro e che avrete

comunque modo di vedere su questo canale

quindi convincere nell'azienda con la

quale lavorano adesso a permettere al

allora quello che io ho consigliato a

queste persone

o meglio prima ho cercato di capire

quali fossero le loro paure perché

comunque alla fine si parla sempre di

una paura se si è in una certa

situazione quella del dipendente in

questo caso stiamo parlando sempre di

web developer

anzi questo caso di sviluppatori

nell'ambito della run tapia pole ma

questo è un altro discorso

se sei in quella situazione e si va a ad

ascoltare anche talk e relazionarsi con

persone che invece fanno un certo tipo

di vita perché probabilmente la scelta

del lavoro dipendente anche se per

un'azienda che concede al lavoro da

remoto

insomma forse non è la soluzione ideale

potrebbe essere una buona via di mezzo

in quel caso quello che comunque io ho

consigliato è di non dico buttarsi però

diciamo abbandonarsi un po alle proprie

paure voglio dire se si ha paura di

affrontare la situazione per cui da

dipendente si diventa freelance è

principalmente per il motivo

la paura principale è sostanzialmente

quella di non sapere se si arriva a fine

mese non sapere se siano sufficienti

clienti non sapere quanto valutare il

proprio lavoro cose assolutamente

normali però è anche vero che nel

momento in cui ci si trova ad affrontare

questo tipo di difficoltà è lì che la

persona riesce a capire se

effettivamente quello è qualcosa che fa

porno per lui oppure no semplicemente

pensandoci a dire ma cosa succede se

faccio questo cosa succede se mi succede

faccio questa altra cosa cosa succede se

mi licenziano come me la cavo e lì che

viene fuori la vera natura della persona

non tutte le persone sono in grado di

fare questo tipo di switch ci sono delle

persone che sono abituate più abituate

ci sono persone che sono nate per essere

indipendenti

invece delle persone che sono nate per

essere dipendenti dice esattamente la

parola mai solo nel momento in cui ci si

trova ad affrontare quella situazione

che la vera natura viene fuori quindi a

queste persone che stanno pensando ma

non sono sicure se hanno la possibilità

e soprattutto se sono giovani non hanno

ancora famiglia non hanno ancora casa

non hanno ancora una situazione in cui

il rischio è troppo alto

allora io consiglio di provare un anno

due anni fare quel tipo di vita e vedere

se effettivamente la cosa funziona

dopodiché si fa sempre in tempo a

tornare indietro

dico questo perché comunque oltre una

certa età capisco che comunque dal punto

di vista emotivo è anche economico

il rischio possa essere anche più alto

detto questo io personalmente ho fatto

questo salto quando io avevo già un

mutuo sulle spalle e nonostante questo

me la sono cavata e ora ho fatto anche

uno step ulteriore ma mi rendo conto che

in alcune situazioni può essere anche

qualcosa di non facilmente sostenibile

però aspetto fondamentale per chiunque

volesse fare questo tipo di salto o

qualsiasi tipo di altro salto è comunque

il networking poi potete essere i web

developer più bravi al mondo ma se non

avete contatti non avete lavoro

voi potete essere invece i developer più

scarsi al mondo ma avete una marea di

contact ma se avete una marea di

contatti

avete invece buone possibilità comunque

di continuare a lavorare nel tempo e

quindi sta tutto nell'equilibrio tra i

contatti che riuscite ad ottenere

tramite la vostra cerchia di conoscenze

se non ne avete è una buona cosa invece

andare magari alle conferenze ai meet up

dove questo cerco di conoscenza e poi

sarà facilmente espanso e lo dico io in

prima persona per esperienza diretta

io sono passato da questo step in cui

comunque la mia cerchia di conoscenze

era troppo ristretta per poter allargare

il mio campo di lavori e collaborazioni

e da quando ho iniziato a frequentare

community meetup conferenze viaggiare

allora lì la cosa si è espansa in modo

esponenziale e quindi sostanzialmente io

queste persone le vorrei incoraggiare

comunque ad affrontare il loro paure

mi è capitato anche comunque di recente

di leggere classico dei classici padre

ricco padre povero e lì si cita come

tanti altri libri che comunque sbagliare

è nella natura umana

i bambini imparano a camminare cadendo

quindi non bisogna assolutamente avere

paura di fare il passo e ritrovarsi col

culo per terra

anzi certe volte bisogna andare in

quella direzione perché solo sbagliando

sappiamo che quella cosa fa corretta e

quindi possiamo metterci nella giusta

carreggiata

come dicevo prima se queste persone che

sono dipendenti ma in cuor loro dicono

cavolo però mi piacerebbe lavorare

viaggiando oppure continuano magari

ascoltare talk ispirazionale di persone

che parlano del lavoro da remoto allora

vuol dire che in fondo stanno pensando a

quel tipo di vita e quindi perché no

cos'hanno da perderci cosa avete da

perdere un anno due anni vi garantisco

che comunque se entrate in una cerchia

di contatti tale per cui il lavoro non

dovete

da questi contatti

state tranquilli che se voi siete

professionali rispettate le scadenze vi

disponibilità e la richiesta è

notevolmente aumentata rispetto ad

in contatto con persone anche molto
