now what you are going to do is go to

any freest stock footage website like

pixels pixabay and mixit and download

the visuals download few depression

videos and few workout videos you can

add anything from these to your video

any anything in these would fit well

with the context now for the music part

if you again go to the videos of these

channels they have already given the

details of the music that used in the

description so you can download and

upload the same music or if you want to

be creative you can scout for music on

your own and use it but don't forget to

use only the copyright free music as

there won't be any troubles for

copyright claims as you've got all the

content let's just head over to the

editing software I use a well-known free

software called cap cut you can get it

on cap cut.com in the cap cut software

import all the content you have

downloaded drag all the script videos to

the timeline right click on the clips

and extract the audio you can go ahead

and delete the video part of the audio

to do that right click on the clips and

select a leap button now for the

trickiest part you can't use the script

as it is for obvious copyright claim

issues so what you are going to do is

listen to all the script and track the

important Parts select the only

important parts and place it such that

no clip of same script come right after

one another as the audios are already

told for the motivation purpose all the

stuff in the audio is important now for

the background video part drag all the

videos onto the timeline now since

everyone would judge the content of the

video in first few seconds you have to

quickly transition between your Clips so

I suggest you to set them for 2 to 4

seconds for the first few minutes and 4

to 7 seconds for the rest of the video

to do that select the clips and drag one

side of the video till you get 2 to 4

seconds then do the same for the 4 to 7

seconds once you done with that you have

to make the clips dark so they match

this adjustment section here it will

bring an interface just like this then

click on the plus icon here to

automatically place the custom

adjustment layer onto the timeline now

drag the adjustment layer to fit the

whole link of the video now go to the

adjustment section on the top right

scroll down to find the adjustment

saturation to minus 50 and change the

brightness to minus 50 you now have to

add transitions to the clips so they

and hit create button it will

automatically create captions for us

drag the captions to the middle of the

video and increase its size seems like

the captions are giving too much

information at a time but you want it to

be less than four words so to change it

select the caption first and go to the

caption section on the top right corner

here you will see all the script of the

video now go to the separate lines and

hit enter after every four words this

will separate a line into two lines now

do that to every line so you get four

words in each sentence there's no

software for this to automated so we

just have to do it manually sometimes

the captions might get Disturbed just

Just Adjust them so they match the

voices in The Script now for the

background music part drag the already

downloaded music to the timeline you do

not want it to mess up the audio so I

recommend you to set the volume anywhere

from -20 to -30 DB you can't listen to

the music if you go past it that's it

you can export the video and save it in

the download section now for the

thumbnail part if you look at the

thumbnails of these channels they are

all highly contrast and sharp I will

show you how you can do it as well

firstly to acquire the picture for the

thumbnail you will have to search for

Clips in Google Images or Pinterest or

you can get them in free stock footage

websites I have mentioned earlier try to

choose something that portray emotion

but if you examine properly this channel

is using celebrity pictures to get more

views compared to other channels so I

recommend you to use images of

celebrities too for your thumbnails you

can use images of famous actors like

Chris Hemsworth and Jason mimoa

well-known fighter like Connor and Mike

Tyson and even images of ferocious
