started to face a lot of difficulties uh
in terms of strength uh the race car
started to demand a lot more strength
than what I had so I needed to I needed
to develop my grip strength my my back
strength my core strength to be able to

didn't have enough time to work out so
uh I I managed to deal with it but when
I when I move on to the next step I
started to to have a lot of problem
because the car started to demand a lot

fitness level was really weak I've been
I've been progressing and been doing
being able to do more things before I
could only do like three to four

muscle ups in a row uh it's been helping
me a lot in my ab strength everything in

I've been I've been seeing my my race
times and my lap times go a lot a lot
faster and uh before before I started
doing Street workout I didn't believe in
that strength was going to make you a
faster driver until I started to see my
results I started to feel that my group

because before uh when when I had races
2 hours long the first hour I was doing
great with the second night where I
couldn't drive anymore Christian ha has
helped me a lot because uh before I
didn't believe that strength was going

fitness level you're going to become a
faster race car driver before I came
here uh and see and saw Chris doing

know what I saw I saw the will inside

could tell by the way that he never
wanted to let go of the bar he could

let go of that bar no matter what you
know and I knew he had the the will
