What is the role of the two-liter pump in the fogging tool?
-The two-liter pump is used as the insect repellent tank, which holds the liquid that will be evaporated to create the fog.
Why is beach sand used in the process of making the fogging roll?
-Beach sand is used to fill the copper pipe to ensure that the rolling process produces good results without denting the pipe.
How many turns of the copper pipe are made for the fogging roll?
-A total of 24 turns of the copper pipe are made for the fogging roll.
What is the purpose of the bracket mentioned in the video?
-The bracket is designed to make using the fogging tool easier, more practical, and safer. It also helps to make the components more durable and facilitates the pumping of the sprayer during use.
What is the function of the U-shaped iron plate in the tube?
-The U-shaped iron plate serves as support to prevent the tube from shaking and to support the roll of the copper pipe so that it does not stick directly to the tube.
How is the fogging tool tested at the end of the video?
-The fogging tool is tested by the creator to see if it produces a lot of thick smoke and if controlling the fire size and liquid flow is easy, which in turn allows for adjusting the thickness of the smoke as needed.
Outlines
🔧 Building a Durable Fogging Tool
The speaker begins by expressing the need for a more permanent and durable fogging tool due to the frequent use and subsequent wear of previous devices. They outline the materials needed, including canned gas for fuel, a torch gas tip for ignition, a two-liter pump for insect repellent, and diesel for smoke production. A copper pipe of 8 millimeters is used for the heater's tip to facilitate evaporation. The speaker then demonstrates the use of a gas torch, which they have purchased for the first time, along with the cost of the torch head and gas can. They explain their choice of torch head with a lighter for ease of use and practicality. The copper pipe is filled with beach sand for stability during the rolling process to create the fogging roll. The speaker also discusses the creation of a bracket to make the tool easier, practical, and safer to use, as well as to enhance durability. They mention that the finished tool will not have removable parts and that they plan to make a handle for ease of use.
🛠️ Assembling and Testing the Fogging Device
In the second paragraph, the speaker describes the addition of a safety tube made from an old tin can, which also serves as a heat guard to prevent the coils from overheating. After constructing the bracket frame, it is painted and a U-shaped iron plate is installed for support. The speaker then assembles all components to form a complete fogging device. They proceed to test the device, expressing satisfaction with its effectiveness in producing thick smoke and the ease of controlling the fire size and liquid flow. Hello, see you again, Praja.
In the last video, I made a fogging device
using plastic bottles.
But because the fogging tool is often used it eventually breaks too.
This time I want to make a more permanent fogging tool, of
course, to make it more durable.
I have prepared the main ingredients, namely,
canned gas, this is for the fuel.
Torch gas tip.
This is for the lighter.
This two liter pump
is for the insect repellent tank.
Later I will use diesel for the smoke source.
Then this ...
copper pipe measuring 8 milli meters.
This is for the tip of the heater, for the evaporation.
This is the gas torch, this is the first time I have used a gas torch like this.
I want to try installing it first.
I bought this torch gas head for 65000.
And the gas can costs 15000.
There are many types of torch gas heads,
I chose the one with a lighter,
so it is easier to turn on and practical for fogging tools.
It's quite easy to use this gas torch.
Of course, later the fogging equipment will
not be removed , the items will not come off like this.
Later I will make a bracket.
There's a handle.
So it's easier and safer to use.

Let's make a fogging tool.
I bought this copper pipe at an AC supply store.
The price is 15000 per meter.
For this fogging tool I use a diameter of 8 mm.
Length 3 meters.
I straightened the copper pipe first,
then I plug one end.
I fill it with beach sand
so that the rolling process produces good results and does not dent.
When it's full, I plug the other end again
so that the sand doesn't come out.
I made this fogging roll using a 1 inch diameter pipe.
With this copper pipe
I was able to produce 24 turns.
After the rolls were finished,
I removed all the blockages and then removed the sand.
Continue to manufacture the bracket.
This bracket aims to make using this fogging tool
easier, practical and safer.
Also so that the components are more durable.
With this bracket it also makes it easier to pump the sprayer
during spraying.
In addition,
when adjusting the size of the bursts of fire it
becomes easier.
Because one hand we hold the bracket,
the other as a controller or control.
On the roll of copper pipe
I gave a safety tube
using an old tin.
This tube also functions as a heat guard inside the coils
for stability.
The heat from the torch gas can be trapped in the tube
and overheat the entire coil.
After the bracket frame is finished, I paint it.
After the paint dries, I attach the tube sleeve.
In this tube I give a U-shaped iron plate
for support so that the tube does not shake.
This also serves to support the roll of the copper pipe
so that it does not stick directly to the tube.
I install and assemble all the components so that they become a complete fogging device.
Ok, here's the fogging tool so it's just a matter of trying.
Hopefully the results are good the smoke is a lot.
Let's try.
I think the fogging tool that I made is
very effective in producing thick smoke.
Controlling the size of the fire and the flow of liquid is also quite easy.
So I can determine the thickness of the smoke easily
according to fogging needs.
