you want to improve your impact when
speaking in public in general whatever
your profession may be you'll have an
opportunity to speak in public at some
point that maybe in a small meeting room
for five people or a large conference
for 100 outside the professional context
you could be asked to speak in public at
a party or even at a wedding whatever
the situation speaking in public can be
quite daunting in fact studies have
shown that public speaking is many
people's worst fear and this can be hard
to admit to we might be worried that
people will judge us or think that we're
not good enough to do our job despite
having ample experience if that's the
case you're in good company even
teachers and actors that have been
speaking in public for years will tell
you that they still feel those famous
butterflies in their stomach before they
go into class or on stage it is those
nerves or in other words that energy
that reminds them that they want to do a
good job that they're there for a
specific reason as an actress and public
