Transcripts

play00:02

hi everyone thank you so much for

play00:04

joining us today uh today's webinar

play00:07

covers how AI is helping Food suppliers

play00:10

improve operational efficiency and

play00:12

customer service um just by way of

play00:15

introduction my name is Audrey I'm part

play00:17

of the marketing team at fres and today

play00:20

joining us we have James andronis who's

play00:22

CEO of fres and before starting for a

play00:25

show he was a food supplier for about 20

play00:28

years he everyone it's great to be

play00:31

here um just as a few people uh trickle

play00:35

through uh today we'll cover what's

play00:38

happening with AI in the industry um if

play00:40

you're thinking about AI for your

play00:42

business what you should consider and

play00:45

really exciting we'll also cover

play00:46

fresher's new automated order entry tool

play00:50

um we've also got a Q&A session after

play00:53

this so if you look at the bottom right

play00:57

of your screen I believe there is a

play00:58

question tab uh please submit questions

play01:01

anytime during the webinar um they are

play01:04

Anonymous so please don't be shy um and

play01:07

if we don't get around to all of them at

play01:09

the end of today's session we'll be able

play01:10

to answer them after this um it's also

play01:14

being recorded so we can share a

play01:15

recording of this session with you

play01:18

afterwards uh cool there's a lot of

play01:21

people that has joined so uh let's get

play01:24

started um so first off James what does

play01:28

AI mean in the first place okay so in

play01:30

simple terms AI or artificial

play01:33

intelligence really refers to computers

play01:36

and machines performing functions that

play01:38

we normally associate with the human

play01:41

mind so without knowing it we're all

play01:43

exposed to AI regularly in our everyday

play01:46

lives I'd say most people here would

play01:49

have heard of chat J GPT or uh Siri or

play01:53

Amazon's

play01:54

Alexa you might even have received a

play01:56

recommended uh playlist on Spotify or or

play01:59

movie suggestion on Netflix so each of

play02:02

those digital products are using a form

play02:04

of AI to optimize the customer

play02:07

experience without even um the customer

play02:10

knowing right when you think about it

play02:12

I've probably integrated AI into my

play02:14

everyday life so much and without even

play02:16

knowing it's amazing um why has it all

play02:19

of a sudden become so present or

play02:22

important for us right now yeah it's a

play02:24

good question Audrey um I think what's

play02:26

happened is there's been a really big

play02:28

shift in the accessibility of of AI so

play02:31

until recently AI powered tools were

play02:34

really only available to the big tech

play02:36

companies because they were the only

play02:37

ones that could afford to run the

play02:39

hardware and the software

play02:41

teams required for these big AI systems

play02:45

but in the past 12 months AI

play02:47

Technology's reached an inflection point

play02:50

where it's become so much cheaper to run

play02:51

and therefore more widely accessible and

play02:54

now uh you know we're seeing anyone can

play02:56

log into chat GPT and use it to help r

play03:00

emails as an example uh lawyers are even

play03:03

using it to write documents and

play03:04

contracts that's a pretty scary thought

play03:07

uh and businesses can use it to automate

play03:10

their their customer orders as well so

play03:12

it's it's really progressed a lot and

play03:14

become a lot more available and now that

play03:16

it has become a lot more accessible um

play03:19

the people who adopt AI early like with

play03:21

any technology are getting an immediate

play03:24

Edge or or leg up against their

play03:26

competitors in terms of efficiencies

play03:28

speed margin

play03:30

and so for us or the fresh food industry

play03:33

in particular what does AI mean uh well

play03:37

firstly having been a supplier

play03:38

previously I never thought I'd be

play03:40

talking about uh AI in our industry in

play03:43

the food industry it's quite incredible

play03:45

how quickly it's evolved uh so I guess

play03:48

AI is really about using technology to

play03:52

help do the jobs that you don't want to

play03:54

do and that means Prov you know making

play03:57

more time for you to spend on things in

play04:00

your business that you want to be doing

play04:02

or you should be doing so from a

play04:04

business perspective imagine having more

play04:06

time to build relationships with uh key

play04:09

accounts and customers instead of doing

play04:11

routine admin tasks and from a personal

play04:14

perspective it means more time at home

play04:16

and and with your family and for

play04:17

yourself so right now ai isn't going to

play04:21

solve problems that require complex

play04:24

human behavior such as account

play04:26

management or sales uh but it is ideal

play04:29

for repetive itive mundane tasks

play04:31

particularly those that are hard to

play04:33

recruit for or hard to retain staff for

play04:36

um things like night shift data entry a

play04:38

really good example of where AI can have

play04:41

a big impact in the industry right when

play04:43

you put it that way there's so many ways

play04:45

that AI could help improve quality of

play04:47

life uh both at work and personally as

play04:51

well um what are you aware of at the

play04:54

moment that's happening in the industry

play04:56

how are Food suppliers already using AI

play04:58

to improve customer service

play05:00

or their operational efficiency yeah

play05:02

we're already seeing AI being used in a

play05:04

growing number of areas and across a

play05:06

number of tasks in the industry uh

play05:09

things like the automation of of

play05:11

entering orders that come via email

play05:14

voice message text message even WhatsApp

play05:17

um and we we'll demo this in in a minute

play05:20

um to to show everyone what we're

play05:22

talking about uh also seeing it with um

play05:25

automatic scanning of line items for

play05:27

your supply purchases so

play05:30

um I guess it's another area that it's

play05:33

being used um uh to to scan that data

play05:36

and to to bring that into into systems

play05:39

and then there's delivery routing

play05:40

systems I'm sure there's some people on

play05:42

on the call uh today that that are using

play05:44

delivery routing systems a number of

play05:46

those are AI powered and we're also

play05:49

starting to see it to enhance customer

play05:51

uh experience which is a bit like that

play05:53

NE Netflix and Spotify example I spoke

play05:55

of earlier um things like offering

play05:58

personalized uh more more enjoyable

play06:01

experiences for for your customers by

play06:03

recommending products based on order

play06:05

history or or their preferences all the

play06:08

time of year and also automating other

play06:11

repetitive uh tasks which can lead to

play06:13

quicker deliveries and improved customer

play06:15

satisfaction so we're seeing it really

play06:17

across the board now right you can see

play06:20

how AI would very quickly become an

play06:22

indispensable tool for Food suppliers um

play06:25

for those that want to be an early

play06:27

adopter or think about AI eventually for

play06:29

business uh what do they need to

play06:32

consider yeah it's a great question um

play06:34

some some definite things to consider

play06:36

would and some questions to ask would be

play06:38

things like you know does it achieve its

play06:40

purpose of replacing the jobs that

play06:42

people don't want to do so that your

play06:44

team can can focus on on other areas

play06:46

that deliver more value for your

play06:48

business is it significantly lower cost

play06:51

than than doing those tasks manually um

play06:54

what does the setup look like and is is

play06:56

your time required because these these

play06:58

AI systems need

play07:00

training um what's the providers

play07:03

approach to to data security we know

play07:05

that information privacy and data

play07:07

breaches are really serious concerns in

play07:10

this day and age for businesses so

play07:11

providers should have a policy around

play07:13

around

play07:14

security uh and it's always important to

play07:16

understand if the software can handle

play07:17

edge cases uh that will likely arise

play07:21

based on customer behavior and we're in

play07:23

the food industry so there's there's a

play07:25

whole range of customer behavior and and

play07:27

definite edge cases that need to be be

play07:30

considered I actually didn't know what

play07:32

edge cases meant until recently for

play07:34

those who don't know what does that mean

play07:36

yep so in in the software development

play07:39

industry an edge case is is a problem or

play07:41

a situation that falls outside of normal

play07:44

procedures so it's essentially when you

play07:46

test for an edge case you're really

play07:48

checking to see how the software behaves

play07:51

under an unexpected or rare condition

play07:54

that makes sense so uh what are some of

play07:56

the scenarios that AI might have to deal

play07:58

with just for let's say the ordering

play08:00

process yeah I mean as everyone would

play08:02

know on this call can be pretty complex

play08:04

when you when you think about it in

play08:05

terms of uh of orders and and I'm sure

play08:08

everyone's experienced the frustrations

play08:10

with with customer orders at some stage

play08:13

um I guess some some examples of what AI

play08:16

has to deal with you know a chef who

play08:19

calls a product by a different name uh

play08:22

or when a chef doesn't include their

play08:24

venue name in a message that's always a

play08:26

beauty um to try and understand where

play08:28

they're from or figure out where they're

play08:29

from also when there's no date on on an

play08:32

order uh does the AI put the next

play08:35

delivery date or or something else

play08:37

depending on the rule that's created uh

play08:40

also I guess uh when a customer places

play08:42

an email order a good example would be

play08:45

you know if they've got 20 products in

play08:47

the order and then an hour later they

play08:49

forward the same email asking for one of

play08:51

those products to be cancelled you how

play08:53

would the AI deal with that that

play08:55

scenario so these are just some of the

play08:57

the edge cases that the AI needs to deal

play08:59

with with uh customer

play09:00

orders right you can see how knowing I

play09:03

guess the nuances and common issues and

play09:06

ins and outs of daily processes plays a

play09:08

big role because I guess the ai ai would

play09:10

have to be able to identify edge cases

play09:13

in the first place before knowing how to

play09:15

effectively handle them I guess yeah

play09:18

that's right um all right how about we

play09:21

see fresher's new AI tool and how it

play09:23

works but uh F can you please tell us a

play09:26

little bit about it sure so in in simp

play09:29

simple terms fresho new AI tool

play09:31

automates one of the most timec

play09:33

consuming processes and and error prone

play09:35

tasks in uh in food businesses and

play09:37

that's manual um order entry what it

play09:40

does is it receives and captures uh your

play09:42

customer orders that come in via email

play09:44

or voicemail text message WhatsApp and

play09:47

turns them into sales orders and this

play09:50

this just eliminates the completely

play09:51

eliminates the manual input part of the

play09:54

process so you don't have um to have

play09:56

someone entering those orders in and

play09:58

there's there's no dealing with last

play10:00

minute sick days or or annual leave you

play10:02

know the AI just doesn't take time off

play10:04

and doesn't get sick it just keeps going

play10:05

all the time so uh we've got great data

play10:08

on on performance uh today and and so we

play10:11

can we can put some numbers on it you

play10:13

know at the moment you see on average it

play10:15

saves about three minutes per order in

play10:17

terms of data entry so if we multiply

play10:19

that out by you know as an example 500

play10:22

orders a week or however many orders

play10:24

people might do that's a lot of hours

play10:26

saved um when you tally that up and

play10:29

that's the type

play10:30

of um task that is is ideal for for for

play10:33

AI because it's so

play10:35

repetitive it also reduces errors

play10:37

because um you know it doesn't forget or

play10:40

get get tired and and make mistakes it's

play10:43

always on a consistent level so um once

play10:45

it's been taught it it doesn't make the

play10:47

same error again which is um which is

play10:50

which is really I guess the difference

play10:52

between um the human manual way of doing

play10:56

things so yeah I mean the food in

play10:58

industry is really different to other

play11:00

Industries so there's so many variations

play11:02

with ordering and there isn't a standard

play11:04

format with how orders come in as as we

play11:07

all know so to overcome this we're

play11:09

adding a a human oversight element to

play11:12

the AI and that's that's mainly for for

play11:14

quality control um and to teach it um as

play11:17

it goes so this means that you know

play11:19

whilst you're sleeping you've got the

play11:20

confidence and peace of mind knowing

play11:22

that the uh the accuracy is as high as

play11:25

possible with the with the orders that

play11:26

are coming through so we've got someone

play11:28

from our team that reviews the AI output

play11:31

um and make sure that that its accuracy

play11:33

is correct and he's teaching it along

play11:35

the way um so also means that there's no

play11:38

commitment from your side um to train

play11:40

the AI which is a really really big

play11:42

piece of work so we do that we do that

play11:44

for you so probably at this point best

play11:46

if we jump in and uh and have a look

play11:48

under the hood and show every on how it

play11:50

works so uh people will be familiar with

play11:53

fresho this is uh a new screen and you

play11:56

can see it's got a source column here

play11:58

we've got Marketplace orders and we've

play12:00

got AI assisted order entry um orders

play12:03

that have come in here uh we'll show you

play12:06

this is sort of the inbox that we call

play12:08

it magic type of inbox um and these are

play12:11

the orders that are coming through and

play12:13

they've got a status on them in terms of

play12:14

how successful they've been read by the

play12:16

AI we'll go into a few examples and and

play12:19

and have a good look at what it does um

play12:22

under the hood so here we've gone in

play12:24

we've seen the first order that's come

play12:25

in it's a PO um from taste bud Delights

play12:28

it's all the products down here the AI

play12:31

on the right hand side here has picked

play12:33

up the correct customer all the correct

play12:35

details dates all the correct products

play12:37

and quantities so that's 100% accurate

play12:40

and that just goes straight through next

play12:42

order that's come through again just an

play12:44

example we've got a PO um it's got

play12:47

salmon fillets written down here the AI

play12:50

has picked up as a first first go at it

play12:52

salmon Stakes but it's highlighted that

play12:55

it's not it's not sure that whether

play12:56

that's right or or not so it's telling

play12:58

us that that needs to be uh reviewed we

play13:01

can come in and say no it's not salmon

play13:03

Stakes so we're going to select salmon

play13:05

fillets when we're teaching it it then

play13:07

asks us do you want to create a rule to

play13:09

always associate salmon Stakes with

play13:11

salmon fillets we can say yes across the

play13:14

board or we can say only for this

play13:16

customer or we can say no whatever we

play13:18

choose there next time this happens the

play13:20

AI will has automatically leared that

play13:22

and it won't make that that mistake

play13:23

again so we'll just click yes for now

play13:25

and that's successfully made that rule

play13:27

everything else was correct so we can

play13:29

submit and move on to the the next order

play13:32

this one's slightly different not a PO

play13:34

it's a uh it's an email that's come

play13:36

through free text email um you can see

play13:38

they didn't say where they're from uh

play13:41

the venue in the email and the body of

play13:43

the email here but the AI is picked up

play13:45

from the uh email address uh the the

play13:48

customer that it belongs to it's got all

play13:50

the correct products and quantities so

play13:53

that's that's 100% accurate

play13:55

there uh this is an example of one that

play13:58

is not an order so again AI can pick

play14:01

that up it hasn't put any products in

play14:03

and it's recommended that this is marked

play14:04

as no order so it would go back into the

play14:06

inbox for um you or your admin team to

play14:09

deal with customers asking what time is

play14:11

the earliest they can get a delivery on

play14:14

Friday go to the next one again another

play14:17

free text order um you can see here it's

play14:20

picked it up all 100% correct so that's

play14:22

that's a great result and then this

play14:25

where it gets a little bit interesting

play14:26

this is voicemail it's quite amazing uh

play14:29

it listens to the voicemail translates

play14:31

it into free text as you can see on the

play14:33

left hand side here and turns it into a

play14:37

sales order um in this example it's got

play14:40

everything correct but uh the venue has

play14:42

ordered something a product that isn't

play14:46

um in our product range uh or or isn't

play14:49

something that you've sold before so

play14:50

there's no history of it um what what

play14:53

that'll do then it's it's had a go at it

play14:55

and it said rusted potatoes it said it's

play14:58

suggested is that Desiree potatoes we're

play15:00

going to say no it's not and then what

play15:02

it will do we'll make that into a

play15:03

miscellaneous item uh and it'll put a

play15:06

note underneath for your Pickers or for

play15:08

for someone in admin to to change it or

play15:11

to decide what to do with it and it said

play15:13

it'll say one box of rusted potatoes

play15:15

which has been ordered so um again that

play15:17

just that just got everything else 100%

play15:19

accurate um but it's amazing that it

play15:21

does the voicemail as well um into into

play15:24

free

play15:25

text then we'll come back to the the uh

play15:27

the orders tab in in fresho and all of

play15:30

those orders that have gone through the

play15:31

AI would just be sitting in your um

play15:34

magically sitting in your your orders

play15:35

tab um as approved orders that have gone

play15:38

through ready to be processed and picked

play15:40

and packed for the day it's really as

play15:42

simple as that uh quite amazing um how

play15:44

efficient that it is amazing all right I

play15:48

imagine some people might be wondering

play15:50

about the launch of this AI Tool uh some

play15:53

fresher customers are already using it

play15:55

is that right uh yeah that's right um

play15:58

we've ' got quite a few uh customers

play16:01

already using it um so far it's it's

play16:03

been amazing some of the results

play16:05

obviously there's a learning process

play16:07

with the AI but um it doesn't take very

play16:09

long at all all all of the customers

play16:11

that are using it are loving it U the

play16:13

feedback that they're giving is enabling

play16:14

us to um to to build it out further and

play16:17

to keep improving it we've got a whole

play16:19

development team um focused on this in

play16:22

Australia um locally based and the

play16:25

team's built this out and they'll

play16:26

continue to build this out um over the

play16:29

years to come so this is something that

play16:30

we've invested heavily in and we'll

play16:32

continue to do that um fantastic and for

play16:35

those who are interested what else is

play16:37

there to know well I think we we spoke

play16:39

about pricing a little bit um uh before

play16:42

as a consideration so uh really what it

play16:45

means is with with the automation that

play16:48

you get here and and the investment that

play16:50

that we've made as well it it means that

play16:52

it's cheaper than the manual alternative

play16:53

so that's that's something to to to

play16:55

really consider um from the setup

play16:58

perspective

play16:59

there there's free training and then we

play17:01

do all the work um with you to agree on

play17:04

the on the edge cases but then we train

play17:05

the system so um it's it's quite a it's

play17:08

quite a simple process to get it up and

play17:10

running there's also a flexible approach

play17:13

the AI can work in in shifts if you just

play17:15

say you know we just want the AI on

play17:17

between 8:00 P.M and 3:00 a.m or

play17:20

something like that then then that that

play17:22

that can be arranged um or maybe just on

play17:25

the on the week weekends or even just

play17:27

for certain uh groups of customers you

play17:30

might want to start um it's really

play17:32

flexible and it can it can be applied in

play17:34

that instance uh it's a new technology

play17:36

so we understand that that support's

play17:38

necessary and uh we provide that awesome

play17:42

all right um so we've got a bit of time

play17:44

to go through some questions uh there's

play17:47

already a few that have come through so

play17:50

first off we have Dave when is this

play17:52

rolling out for everybody good question

play17:54

Dave uh we're starting to roll this out

play17:56

now so this is um this is is available

play17:59

if anyone's interested please reach out

play18:01

contact us we can um we can talk to you

play18:04

about it give you a demo and and talk

play18:06

through how to get it up and running but

play18:07

basically we're rolling this out as of

play18:09

now fantastic and then Hayden's just

play18:12

asking what about the customer not

play18:14

speaking English clearly on the phone

play18:16

it's a good question we've had quite a

play18:18

bit of fun with this uh in in the office

play18:21

and and some good laughs listening to

play18:23

some of these examples but there there

play18:25

is a way or or the AI can listen to more

play18:28

than one Lang and translate it into

play18:29

another

play18:31

language you know AI is is really um

play18:34

it's limited with its languages uh at

play18:37

the moment so we haven't we haven't

play18:39

released this feature but it's it's

play18:41

something that's on the road map again

play18:42

we don't see this very often I think

play18:44

what we do see is um lots of examples of

play18:48

really heavy accents um or um a bit of

play18:52

mixed pigeon English and and the AI um

play18:55

has been great at picking that up it's

play18:57

quite incredible some of the some of the

play18:59

accents that it's picked up um so you no

play19:03

issue with with accents but language is

play19:05

is probably an iteration that's St the

play19:07

track um from Sarah can you program what

play19:10

customers or emails will be picked up or

play19:12

is it all or

play19:14

nothing uh no that that's that's a great

play19:16

question and that's part of the flexible

play19:18

approach so you might have um just one

play19:21

customer group that you might get 20 POS

play19:23

from a night and you want to start with

play19:25

that and see how it goes that's what we

play19:27

can arrange and and that's um that's

play19:28

what the AI can do we can just program

play19:30

it to just work on those those specific

play19:33

customers as a starting

play19:35

point uh so for Matt um they've got a

play19:38

few channels that customers order

play19:40

through like the owner's phone email

play19:42

fresher and a warehouse answering

play19:44

machine so would this be a module that

play19:47

we add on to capture all this or do we

play19:49

redirect customers through

play19:52

this yep so we we can handle all of that

play19:55

um our implementation team um get

play19:58

involved once once we go ahead uh and

play20:01

we'll talk with you guys about how to

play20:03

get that um all into one place we we've

play20:05

set that up we've done that with some

play20:06

suppliers that are um you know text

play20:09

message going to multiple people in the

play20:11

business from different customers uh

play20:13

fresho um answering machines emails so

play20:18

we it all gets collated into the AI tool

play20:21

and pushed into the AI tool and then um

play20:24

the output pops up magically in fresh as

play20:27

a as a sales order so yes we can handle

play20:30

that great and from Melissa do we need

play20:33

to link a specific orders email address

play20:36

to freser and how does it link

play20:39

voicemail the um the current process

play20:42

around that is that the AI will will

play20:44

will process all emails that come into a

play20:47

dedicated fresho AI inbox um the orders

play20:51

can get into that inbox in many ways um

play20:54

and auto forward our team or um in

play20:57

conjunction with with the suppliers team

play20:59

uh set up um set this up from the from

play21:03

the suppliers inbox and it can include

play21:06

uh voicemails that come through as well

play21:08

you can set that up now for voicemails

play21:09

to come through to to as an email so um

play21:14

that they'll all get collated and as I

play21:15

said earlier you can select only certain

play21:18

uh customer types or or certain customer

play21:20

groups if you want to start with that as

play21:22

well so it's quite flexible with how it

play21:24

works and from Lanna how does the AI

play21:28

cope with a photo of an order written on

play21:30

an order

play21:31

pad it's a good question as well we

play21:34

don't see a lot of that um at the moment

play21:37

we've only seen that in in a few

play21:39

instances uh the AI currently doesn't

play21:42

read images um to to an accuracy level

play21:46

that we'd be happy with so it's one of

play21:48

the more difficult uh things to

play21:50

interpret this is definitely on the list

play21:53

uh and we're aiming to to be able to do

play21:55

this down the track for sure cool and

play21:57

then from Dave if customer sends through

play21:59

a PO with prices does it pick up those

play22:02

prices and update or use the pric prices

play22:05

set in fresher already it's a good

play22:07

question uh probably saw that in the uh

play22:10

in in the demo there uh so with the

play22:13

current iteration fresho is the is the

play22:16

source of Truth in terms of the pricing

play22:17

that are there and the Assumption there

play22:19

is that that suppliers decide what they

play22:21

charge their customers not not the other

play22:23

way around what comes true on a on a PO

play22:25

or an or a free text email obviously

play22:28

this this some exceptions to this and

play22:29

it's something that we're we're we're

play22:31

working on and and looking at because

play22:33

there are edge cases around this we we

play22:35

realize that there are some suppliers

play22:37

with large groups that might might

play22:39

dictate prices as as an example and that

play22:42

they just want to want to go ahead with

play22:43

whatever price is on the PO so we're

play22:45

working through that now and um and

play22:47

taking that into consideration for uh

play22:50

for future uh

play22:52

development okay and from Sophie is fres

play22:55

AI a standalone product or part of the

play22:57

whole fres eco system uh fresho AI is is

play23:01

a standalone product outside of of

play23:04

fresho so it can you don't need to be

play23:07

using fres o uh to be using fresh o AI

play23:11

um but we've got you know plenty of

play23:13

supplies that use fresho and then it's

play23:15

just a Bolton attachment to that and the

play23:17

orders flow through to Fresh o um but

play23:19

we've also got other suppliers that use

play23:21

their Erp system and fresh o Ai and it

play23:24

just just um converts the orders into

play23:26

sales sales orders into their their pay

play23:28

system um that's all the questions so

play23:31

far I guess one last one uh James what

play23:34

about the future where do you see AI

play23:37

potentially taking

play23:38

us I think uh the mind boggles with what

play23:41

AI could be used for in our industry in

play23:43

the future um in the short term it's

play23:45

really about focusing on those

play23:47

repetitive tasks that um that that we're

play23:50

talking about like the order entry but

play23:52

it could certainly move to more complex

play23:54

tasks in the future things like

play23:56

Predictive Analytics that can can

play23:58

forecast demand from your customers uh

play24:01

based on historical sales and and um and

play24:04

different factors like weather and

play24:05

things like that um another one could be

play24:08

data analysis uh and real time

play24:10

information about certain actions that

play24:12

you could take to improve margins in

play24:14

your business so things like you know

play24:16

picking rates and error rates or or not

play24:18

available items um delivery rates diot

play24:22

margins uh you know on different

play24:25

products it could aler send alerts and

play24:27

and and advise what you need to do in

play24:29

those instances based on customer

play24:31

purchasing behavior um and another area

play24:34

where AIS uh could be really well suited

play24:36

for is is Inventory management and

play24:39

pre-ordering of your your purchases so

play24:42

um that's that's something that we think

play24:44

uh that will be quite effective with

play24:46

AI awesome all right um oh we've got one

play24:50

last another question we actually got

play24:52

two more coming through Melissa when

play24:54

will pricing be

play24:56

available uh we can pricing available

play24:58

now we we can talk to to you about that

play25:01

on an individual basis if you contact

play25:04

us cool and then there's Craig as well

play25:07

also asking does the cost of this work

play25:09

for a smaller business with 50 to 100

play25:11

orders per week absolutely this tools

play25:13

designed for every business in the food

play25:15

industry awesome thanks um I'm sure

play25:19

there's going to be a lot more questions

play25:21

so if you have any or you are interested

play25:24

please just email us at hellofresh.com

play25:26

um

play25:28

that's it thank you so much for joining

play25:30

us today um it's been great to have you

play25:33

and we'll send a recording of This

play25:35

afterwards thanks everyone thank you bye
