time now a quick disclaimer is just

because the niche will never fail

doesn't mean that you can publish a bad

book in this Niche and still make money

a bad book and a good Niche will still

not sell so you always want to focus on

high quality books now I'm going to show

you the best niches for high content

books as well as the same for medium and

low content books all right let's start

with high content books the best three

niches that you can go into in high

content are health wealth and

relationships some sub niches within the

health could be how to lose weight how

to build muscle specific diets like keto

vegan paleo intermittent fasting bile

hacking longevity and different topics

like that now this book on intermittent

fasting guide and cookbook only has 73

reviews at 4.3 average so it's not the

best and it is still at 28 000 in the

BSR making 44 a day in royalties I have

little over twelve hundred dollars a

month now for the wealth Niche you can

series on this wealth Niche so this book

other books because you know people who

read one book would be interested in

another so she actually has a book on

Cell publishing as well and then she has

top home-based job and business ideas

for 2023 and then a book on decluttering

so not really in the wealth Niche but

she has it in the series and then

influencer Fast Track so how to be an

influencer now the good thing about the

wealth Niche is that there's a lot of

products and services you can sell on

the back end so you can actually acquire

leads from your books and then sell them

coaching sell them Consulting in

whatever Niche that you're specializing

right you can teach people how to

succeed as a real estate agent if that's

what you're doing and you can publish a

book on it you can teach people how to

build websites and you know build on

income online by publishing books on it

get leads to it and then sell a service

in the back end so it has a lot of

potential in that sense now for the

relationship Niche you can consider sub

niches like parenting guide dealing with

toxic people uh in the workplace in your

friends and family wherever dealing with

narcissists or gaslighting those kind of

topics this pen name right here pretty

much built up a whole brand on just

dealing with narcissists so we we have

narcissistic fathers divorcing and

healing from a narcissist covert

narcissists narcissistic mothers

gaslighting so pretty much just within

this Niche you can publish so many

different books on it all right let's

talk about why these niches never fail

the first reason is because it has

extremely high demand literally every

single person in the whole world is

always looking to be wealthier healthier

and have better relationships the second

reason is because these are evergreen

topics once again the niche will never

die because the demand will never die

everyone in the whole world deals with

these issues right so they're always

looking to improve on it the third

reason is that people who are struggling

with these problems are willing to

invest into books and different

educational resources to improve their

lives and the fourth reason is people

cannot stop buying books on these topics

you probably have personal experience as

well in buying multiple books on the

same topic it's not like you buy one

book on how to make money online and

then you never ever buy another book on

it again right you would probably read

one and then you go and buy another one

and another one and another one same as

a book on you know how to lose weight as

an example or how to improve your

relationship you probably have multiple

books on it so there's ongoing repeat

purchase potential so that was for high

content books now let's talk about low

and medium content books for these books

my personal favorite three niches are

log books activity books and coloring

books and what you want to do is try and

think of ways where you can tie in the

health wealth and relationship within

your low and medium content niches let

me give you some examples so we have

this book Vital Signs logbook so it is a

log book but in the health Niche right

so we're still hitting that health

wealth relationship Niche but in a

logbook right so this book right here is

a pretty simple logbook you can create

it's at 38 000 BSR it's doing 13 a day

okay so that is a little over three

hundred dollars a month which is very

good considering it's pretty easy to

make this next book right here is this

is my retirement coloring book so this

is a coloring book but it's hitting the

wealth Niche okay so it has a 4.5 star

coverage and it is doing 87 000 in the

BSR when I checked earlier it was a

little better but as I filmed this it's

a little higher and on bookbeam it says

two to five dollars a day in royalties

but still one book you could estimate

it's making around a hundred dollars a

month which is pretty good you can keep

making more of these books and the

income Stacks up and the third one is

just between Mom and me a mother and

daughter activity journal to create

meaningful conversations okay so this is

a activity Journal but in the

relationship Niche and this book is

doing amazing it is at 5959 BSR making

65 to 85 dollars a day so that is around

two thousand dollars a month so if you

look at the interior here it's a guided

journal with some images and some text

right and for the customers to fill out

themselves the majority of the book is

basically just questions and prompts uh

so that the customer can answer that and

the rest is just blank lines for people

to journal in these are something you

can easily make with a combination of

canva bookbold and creative Fabrica same

as a log book over here going back to

the vital signs logbook it's just this

page repeated over and over and over

again so you just have to create this

page once on canva and then that is the

whole book so how do you make these

books well if you're doing high content

books the good news is you don't have to

be an expert because you can actually

hire other expert ghost writers to write

the book for you you can just pay them a

one-time fee and then the book is yours

everything you make after that is yours

and you don't have to split the

royalties with the writer now you can

showed you earlier and once again you

don't want to copy paste this but this

is a great way to get started and then

create something unique of your own now
