you're you're going to keep the sword
coin forever and then once Shield coin
activat wa that's going to be forever

attack damage and 15% attack and also 5%
HP here this is like insane huge buff to
2B and I'm wondering if there's a future
unit upcoming soon that's also going to
be scaling on HP this is the unit that
we've been waiting for on 2B now there's
some concern or some people that was
saying oh what if like we can we can
remove Blanc now or Noir with the with
the bunnies now right the and that's
actually still a possibility you can
have Rouge with Blan and then put Noir
in like the shotgun team that's still a
possibility she doesn't necessarily need
to be in the bunny steam but she can
also support Blanc so you can have like
Rouge with Blanc and then like other
units she is more of an HP buffer though
but it's not like the attack and attack
damage are super bad and the biggest
thing here is the cool down and I was
worried that you might need a another
bunny together with her to work but she
doesn't need to be with another bunny so
Blanc and AAR can still be the duo and
she can move out of that and she can be
a team five and this will be a really
solid team five especially if we decide
to use the shotgun team with the bunnies
and it doesn't necessarily have to be a
team five again if there's other DBS
that's like scaling on HP now obviously
like there's giltin there's Scarlet
drunk Scarlet but the the damage on them
there's still a limitation on it but 2B
is the one that scales harder with the
more HP it is Guillotine so you might
you guys are are misunderstanding
guillotin a little
bit the more HP guillotin has does not
have anything to do with how much attack
guillotin
gets because guillotin attack increase
is based on
her HP loss and it's for every percent
HP loss so yes like yes it will make it
scale but up to a certain point the
scaling that she's getting from Rouge is
not that much so you guys are Mis stting
this there's a limit to how much attack
percent increase guiltin is getting it's
a percentage loss so she doesn't scale
that great with Rouge and mass
together yeah guillotin is not going to
be that crazy with
Rouge because also guillotin is also
reducing her HP and then mass is
reducing her HP the main thing the main
good thing about it I would say is if
there's a Healer
then that's a good thing Rouge and
guillotin and then Mast and then like
maybe like Helm or something like a
Healer then then that would be okay
because the good thing about that is she
drops down Rouge and mass will drop down
guillotin even though guiltin like Max
HP so that's the main thing that uh that
Rouge would be good at but let's say if
we're not running in a
Healer guilin's damage is still to a
certain degree has a cap compared to
like say 2B 2B is a little bit different
because she has like an pretty much
based on Final Max HP scaling volume
will still be used in fact the one that
will likely be replaced is dhy the
biggest struggle with dhy is actually
her cool down reduction requires her to
be partnered with another unit typically
dhy is partnered with dala or Sumerel or
like Sakura or priv to make dh's cool
down very effective because if you don't
have another unit that's partnered with
dhy that assist her cool down reduction
typically you would lose some some burst
at by the end and so that's the issue
with dhy she she's good as a burst one
cool down reduction but she does need
another unit to get her with it and so
if there's anything that she is going to
replace it's actually Dy rather than
volume a lot of top players value volume
a lot more compared to dhy yeah if you
don't have
another supporter that can assist dhy
for ammo reduction or additional cool
down together with dhy when you're fast
charging you have like 3 seconds and
that 3 seconds on the span of what like
10 12 bursts that's 30 seconds DPS or 30
seconds loss without being in Full Burst
you it's like 20 20 30 seconds loss
without being a Full Burst right
especially when there's cue and is she
isant shooting yeah and the thing is
like dory's damage is not enough to
really offset using her and so this is
actually a huge downfall for dhy
especially with Rouge coming in and will
this make Tu be really relevant she
could be one of the top teams that
people have been using a lot is using 2B
and Mast with volume and this is a more
con consistant buffer I wonder if
there's going to be another electric DPS
that's scaling with HP scarlet and
guillotin have some electric scaling HP
also and mass technically is increasing
this Max HP also so I wonder with Rouge
I wonder if there's another electric
just you know just to have that insane
Synergy is shotgun team retired no no
shotgun team is not retired it's
actually one of the more consistent team
as of recent I wouldn't say it's retired
and a lot of people would like to opt in
to shotgun team because they're very
simple to play Noir feel feels
retired uh no I don't think Noir is
going to be retired though cuz Noir I
mean it's not like we're going to use
Rouge with Blanc and the Blanc Noir
combo is still valid like we can do that
but we don't have to like you can use
Rouge with Blanc and then like three DB
yes right that's the good thing about it
but it doesn't have to be like that
overall 100% get this unit because she
is going to fill in that last burst one
Standalone also for like team four team
five and she doesn't have to be the team
14 te five especially if we do get a HP
scaling DPS in the future more because
that again that's something that they
haven't really explored as much ever
since TB came out and I feel like they
should export that more like if we are
going to replace someone so for example
this puts Rouge into the top three team
with litter D killer wife and then Rouge
and then volume would be the next one
for burst cool down burst one cool down
reduction and then the last one would be
Dy but technically because we're using
shotgun team dhy gets kicked out
everybody almost everybody else is using
volume primarily just for her cool down
so we're going to kick out volume first
before we even kick out
Rouge if there's another burst one coold
down reduction that comes out first say
s again it's not like Dorothy will be
completely irrelevant I do think that Dy
will definitely be seen use especially
for water raid team and uh I don't know
like maybe if there's other ways to kind
of buff her but again the biggest flaw
on dhy is just her cool down reduction
if there is a solar raid that would be
using dhy plus privity that would be a
possible team also right like that
that's that's a team that we can use get
at least one copy I can see top players
getting multiple copies because of that
Caster's HP scaling on the plus side for
a lot of you for a lot of people's
usage skill one is more than enough to
skill up likely this skill one is going
going to be scaling based on how much
cool down she's going to be reducing so
for a lot of people scale one is just
the backs that we'll likely need to do
and the skill to is it's also good but
because of the amount of the attack
damage in here it probably not as big
and unless you are entertaining the HP
team in particular right now only really
2B you don't have to upgrade the skill
two and burst skill immediately so
that's the on the plus side for this you
could kind of think of it like you would
for a lot of people they would probably
use her more for cool down on the burst
one category because the burst two is
filled with a bunch of top tier deep
buffers and buffers that but that they
don't have cool down right and so this
burst one will fill in that Niche is
really good so and and the attack here
on the burst is relatively on the lower
end and it's based on Caster's attack so
I don't think you guys will need to go
crazy on the skilled books for a lot of
people now like the top players are
going to have to the top players are
going to have to like spend a lot of
skill books because these are probably
they're probably going to take advantage
of these HP things right and some people
are probably going to start Reviving to
be she's not limited so you can still
get future copies this is actually
really good and does open up okay we did
say this back when tub came out it opens
up a possibility of like scaling the
same thing we did for for Mass oh it the
the HP scaling oh my God it opens up a
possibility of future HP and now finally
we have another one it only took them a
year it's so long any case even if
you're not going to use her for Max HP
it's not like she's completely useless
right she has attack damage and she has
like a little bit of attack it's not
like she's completely useless for that I
mean eventually you do want to Max them
all out but if you're really really
starving for resources you can just use
her for cool down another big thing that

reset and then you have to manipulate
make sure that your your teammates are
loading fast and loading slow it's like
you have to throttle your PC so that you
log in when you queue up you make sure
they log in in like a particular
order but Co-op who plays Co-op a lot of
the people in our in in our community
actually does Co-op if you guys by the
way if you guys want to do na Coop I
mean we do Co na Co-op whenever there's
Co-op I run with a lot of a bunch of
viewers now obviously we'll try to maax
and try to do some good runs but uh we
do some carry runs so if you guys want
to get like top 10% easily by the way so
I just want to point out this cool down
reduction is actually the better
compared to litter this is the best cool
down reduction type the biggest issue
with litter and especially for top tier
players is that the cool down reduction
doesn't scale to the max immediately we
have to burst like two three times and
for top players this cool down
reduction is actually a detriment for us
because we're reaching the fastest cool
down rotation right the burst cool down
radiation and it actually loses us like
a half to a Full Burst rotation in the
in the full duration run in a solar raid
that is actually
extremely bad because it think of it
what if you missed like a one full
rotation of scarlet back Shadows
burst right it's a huge damage
loss so this rotation the main thing
about it the this burst cooldown
reduction this is actually the best type
of burst cooldown reduction out of
everything because it's immediate it you
you ramp up to the maximum ideal cool
down reduction at the burst first burst
so R Rouge cooldown reduction is
actually the top tier type of cooldown
reduction especially for a lot of top
tier
players you guys don't realize sometimes
we just use d as a cool down reduction
the top DPS on mirror container is using
de as cool down
reduction because it's reducing the cool
down by a lot and we opted out like not
using dollar or volume I think this guy
just have like a really good role but
see almost everybody has used like Vol
uh d as the cool down reduction yeah see
almost like the top parses for a lot of
people have used the as the cool down
reduction
and that's just using d as a cool down
reduction and so this will actually
replace the top Elemental electric team
with Rouge this is actually really good
I like I like this
overall her kit is very packed it might
seem like a little bit of lower numbers
on the attack damage and then the
casters attack but then there's a really
good scaling HP that makes up for it and
she will be open for those HP units that
you know hopefully they're still going
to keep
releasing they're so slow at releasing
these HP units man come on and very the
first electric top tier top tier unit
pull at least one 100% don't miss out on
a cool down B one cool on reduction Al
this one since she's not going to be a
limited you can just get one copy and
then just get duplicates of her later
down the road especially with the
anniversary upcoming soon right if you
guys don't have a lot of resources
top tier players probably will get a lot
of multiple copies of this for the cope
that there's going to be more HP units
that are scaling but uh in the immediate
like near future for now doesn't seem
like there's a lot of HP that they would
benefit from the HP so you don't need
that I would probably for me as a top
wron career I would try to get like at
least MLB on it but that's me right like
it's competitive again you guys never
really need like multiple copies I've
managed to just scrape by with just not
few copies oh man I I I'm a little bit
glad this does make me feel a little bit
better because I skill resetted my TV
and then re-up graded her and skilled
her back to skill 10 10 10 again so a
little bit a a little bit
glad I don't feel as bad now but
this is giga Bay but she have to trick
people through res skill Tov uh I mean I
don't think she will be crazy crazy
great immediately right and the biggest
reason why a lot of people have used to
be is for the tank right like the
highest attack damage tank but this
damage taken does really make to be a
lot more effective one of the biggest
struggle for low investment to be is she
doesn't she cannot tank enough so this
damage taken would help to be kind of
survived that also so again like there's
just a lot of good things on this unit
100% no
doubt and because I'm not going to be
able to make a video when she's out this
is just what I'm going to say get one at
least one copy of her priority skill
would be skill one obviously for the
cool down reduction and you definitely
do want to Max that out so that you have
like a good rotation on your burst skill
two and burst skill I have a feeling
that they would have small
scaling and if you don't have that HP
scaling unit you can kind of like just
upgrade them slowly obviously you still
want to upgrade them max out right
attack damage even if they're not HP
scaling attack damage percent is still
even though it's small amount of value
it's still a good amount for example for
units that doesn't have have attack
damage increase so give an example would
be like 2B Alice Red Hood they don't
have attack damage increase on their kit
then this is actually relatively good
and same you know that just additional
little bit of extra attack so obviously
you still want to skill up skill two and
burst but I just say like if you're
really starving for resources you can
max out skill one uh you know just
upgrade between four to seven on skill
two and burst eventually you do want to
Max him out and yeah she does open up a
lot of different team building I already
told you about the highest like electric
team she can belong to that uh she can
be with Blanc and then move Noir into
the shotgun team separately or she can
be with Mast or the HP increase so Rouge
Mast and tub and maybe there's going to
be another future unit that's scaling on
HP holy crap that would be absolutely
broken I just want to say
however I do say I don't think though
that that means that future units that
are scaling in HP will probably be
balanced around Rouge and Mast so that's
just something to keep in mind I have a
feeling that like they're going to take
into consideration Rouge and mass buff
for those that are units that are
scaling in HP I wouldn't say that the HP
team is that huge though that crazy but
yeah overall I really good unit pull at
least one
copy I would say 1044 is like the budget
