so I get a lot of people wning to get

started in property but haven't got a

clue how to go about doing this so I'm

going to break down within this video

how they can get started and how they

can go about building Financial Freedom

in essence is what everyone's looking

for Right Time Freedom location Freedom

Financial Freedom all the kinds of

Freedom they want to get right and I can

talk about this because I personally

have built a for mil P portfolio and I

start with no money no experience and I

just went for it right I didn't let my

limiting beliefs stop me from thinking I

can achieve this or nobody in my

family's ever done this before I just

thought you know what there's people

that out there that have done this and

if they've done it why can't I do it

yeah they might have had an upper hand

whatever Advantage whatever it was but

actually naturual fact all they had over

me was education they just were educated

they actually understood how to take

money put into a physical asset and let

it produce them income and that was a

skill that they had over me and so for

me I was like okay well that's an

advantage they have for me so what can I

do to in a sense have the same Advantage

as they do go and acquire that skill

unfortunately again I was in this an

environment where I could go and pick

someone's brain or someone's going to

just s sit there and just say hey you

know Alfred I'm going to teach you all

the skills you can go out there and do

it for yourself and bu it for yourself

so I had to go out there and

unfortunately invest and that's not

unfortunate but for me invest was best

thing I ever did because it allowed me

to gain the knowledge and fast track my

learnings and be able to actually get

started rather than trying to figure out

myself what YouTube videos and trying to

learn from YouTube videos cuz ultimately

YouTube videos are good but they're not

sufficient enough to give it a full end

to end blueprint of here step one here

step two here's step three and

unfortunately to be able to get that

level of detail in Dev of coaching or

support you need to invest into a

program which means obviously invest in

the Harden money you have but my belief

system is hey look there's no point

having money in the bank account if all

I do is just stare this money thinking

and says oh all the money I have is so

precious to me while

why should I spend it on getting

educated and stuff for me it's as no

good as it's as good as having zero

money in your bank account being in debt

because you're just I mean you're not

valuable you haven't got a way of able

to produce more you're still scarce

about money and so rather what you

should be doing was what I did was I

invested that money into myself and just

knew that if I could learn the skill of

how to invest in property correctly and

more importantly cuz I had no no money

left to learn how to raise money so how

can I access more Capital how can I go

to an individual who has money and says

hey I am someone that knows what they're

doing when it comes to property

investing that knows how to go about

finding good great investment areas

great property deals and actually

there's a value proposition where you

can earn some money from me doing what I

do and my investors earn a higher rate

of return than they would if they were

to leave the money in the bank and

created something that was worth them

wanting to invest in myself and for that

reason allowed me to get the access to

the capital I needed to to get started

if I was just again limit myself to oh

who the hell is going to brow me money I

don't know what I'm doing I'm starting

off all these are limiting beliefs

you're literally trying to self-sabotage

by telling yourself that you're not

worthy of someone wanting to give you

their money like if you have value to

provide someone will trust you their

money and I want to burst bubbles right

people have come through my program have

learned how to raise hundreds of

thousands of pounds from complete

strangers because they understood that

once they became valuable once they

gained the knowledge that was needed

people actually more willing to listen

to what they had to say and we're

actually more interested in literally

what they were doing because they're

like oh I can see this person's like not

just talking to talk they're actually

walking a walk they've invested into

education they're doing all the work

they're mean they're doing the leg work

which is required to achieve the thing

that they want so now there's actually

substance behind what they're asking for

it's not like hey I need I need money

can you help me no there is nobody's

ever going to give you money because you

need help like people people hate beggar

right no one likes being begged for

money or being asked for money so

actually when you're trying to get from

the people you're trying to lead with

value cuz that is the only determining

thing that allows them to say hey you

know what yes I've got 50 Grand in the

bank account and I've been G 2% return

my money and I'll be interested in

seeing how he can help me get more on

that if that's what you doing your

investors now there actually

conversation is no longer hey I need

money it's actually no there a value

that Alpha can provide to this person

and therefore they're interested in

hearing what you have to say and so look

for me getting started is is difficult

I'm not going to make it sound like it's

easy but you have to stop trying to make

all the excuses in the world as to why

you can't get started why you're not

worthy of getting into property because

you haven't got money in your bank

account ready to go why you just I don't

know whatever you go in your

head like just we need to eradicate that

you are not going to make progression if

you keep telling yourself why you can't

do something I'm too busy with a family

I haven't got time work is taken up all

my time and I don't have time with the

kids and I can't listen that will be the

case if you carry on on your current

if you want to see something different I

you have the next 12 months 24 months

having a different future you've got to

do something which might be

uncomfortable which is sacrifice the

time to go and build this thing so in

the future you can spend all the time in

the world with these individuals that

you want to spend time with like to get

to Great Heights unfortunately you have

to sacrifice something and it's

uncomfortable but we can complain about

situation or do something different to

get a different result so for me I want

people to kind of switch this on their

minds like hey there is a possibility

this can work it's worked for others why

can't it not work for me that is all you

need that is all I needed to to take a

bit on myself say you know what yes I've

got this money yes it's all the money I

have to my name but it is something that

if I was to invest into it I can clearly

see there's a clear plan that allows me

to go from point A to point B and get

the outcome I want so for that reason

it's worth me going all in on this thing

and that is all you need guys you don't

need to know exactly step one step two

step three step four before you make a

jump sometimes it's just knowing that

people have been through the process it

works and you have to take that like

literally that that bet on yourself to

say you know what I am someone if I was

to be given the information I can go

ahead and get the same results there is

no reason why I can't because people

have been for it people been through

that same exact process and got the

outcome they want so that's the only

belief you need to adopt cuz that's the

most empowering belief system you can

have if you try and take the negative

belief systems guess what you're just

not going to make any move you're just

going to stay where you are so don't

over complicate this um like look I just

got up today and and I just decided I

want to shoot I just turn the camera on

I'm in my office I I normally have a

different setup right I just go up and

say hey let's just click click record

and just talk from the mind like this is

just me just just dropping something on

you and saying look guys I see time and

time again people want to come into my

my Mastermind group and they have this

limiting belief and unfortunately like

some people are just I just know if they

came in and and were given the guidance

there's no reason why they wouldn't

succeed but they just sell themselves in

their current of like I'm too

busy life is hard this all I have left

around me I'm like well you can't talk

about wanting to have the time location

things are the Finer Things in life and

aren't willing to literally make the

sacrifices and invest in yourself you

can't be serious about that like you

want to mass millions of property but

you you're not willing to invest in your

education you want to raise money from

individuals who are strangers or people

in your network but you're not willing

to invest in yourself why should they

invest in you like it just won't doesn't

make sense why would they you're showing

up in a way in which you're you're

basically telling them to show up too

which is I'm not willing to invest in

myself so why should I the person sross

table will invest in you like just

logically think about it like I know a

lot of people kind of sitting there

maybe listen to this video and saying

hey like what is stopping me getting

started you are cuz the data is there

that people who go through the program

do the work get the results time and

time again that is the only difference

between you and someone that's got what

you want they did the work they bet on

themselves are you willing to bet on

yourself are you willing to do what it

takes to be able to go out there and get

the thing that you want or you just

going to sit back and keep making these

excuses that you're not good enough and

all the world is against you and

nothing's going right nothing's going

right for you like unfortunately we

can't help people that are just stuck in

their ways and

want to be negative because to be honest

I don't want negativity around me I want

winners around me like we have a strong

community of people that are in there

with a winner mindset have a big belief

system that they can achieve the thing

if they put their mind to and do the

work there is no reason why cuz theyve
