was overwhelmed I was just with mind

Valley I had so much stuff going on and

I didn't have a system that enabled me

to basically take all these things out

of my brain and put them into an

organized place and organized for my

entire life not just mind value but

everything that I had going on now mind

value one of the most amazing things

about mind value

is how they're able to organize and

coordinate 300 people I don't know if

you ever thought about that but how do

you actually manage 300 people and get

them to do step-by-step follow the

instructions to create these insane

courses they have online and this insane

business that they've built now they use

a tool called air table which everyone

can go in and everyone has everything

systematized there's these these these

big air tables for every single one of

their um divisions inside of their

company but air table is a lot like

spreadsheets and I really didn't like it

because I'm a Creator I'm a writer and

that just kind of sucked my soul out of

it all these Excel documents so one of

the people at M Valley had this tool

called notion and he showed it to me and

it was his life was a built out amazing

he put had a place for everything he had

to do all of his Visions he had a place

for everybody that he knew he it was an

insane dashboard that he had built out

really like notion it's very creative it

is it has Excel databases also but it's

Evernote for eight years I finally moved

off it to this and it's so much better

and I'm so much happier to be on

writing down your life and what's
