how this video is going to work is I'm
going to pick five automations to walk
you through step by step I'll do my best
to pick the five that are going to be
the simplest to follow along while also
having the widest array of commercial
application one really important thing
to note is that this can get quite
complicated I used to have a job where I
would just write content my keyword
research I would write I would edit a
whole piece took me like 8 hours I can
automate that now in about 15 minutes
that automation took me probably 20
hours to build and that sounds like a
lot but what it does is it saves me 8
hours a day every day year after year
the second thing you want to note here
is that not every single one of these is
going to be perfectly applicable to your
business that doesn't mean you shouldn't
go through them step by step because
success with this comes in a fundamental
understanding of how these things work
in understanding how this works then you
can tweak it to your needs so yes these
automations can get complicated they can
be timec consuming but they're
150,000% worth it it's okay if you don't
fully understand it the first time it's
okay to pause grab a cup of coffee
whatever you need to do to kind of get
through to understand understand it okay
let's go ahead and jump straight into
what is probably my most monetarily at
least valuable Automation and that is
the cold email Outreach automation I've
had a lot of different iterations of
this over the years I picked what is
probably the most simple one because
that's going to be the easiest to follow
uh basically we're going to start off
with a list of people I've gotten emails
using services like LM list social media
there's so many different ways to get
emails and it's going to be completely
dependent on who you are and what your
Market is so I'm not going to go over
that so we have a name we have an email
address let's go ahead and jump back
over to m/ integrat and and just to
remind you this right here is available
as a digital download download it and
then import it directly right here where
you say where it says import blueprint
you're going to be able to drag the file
that you downloaded from the description
of this video and import it directly
into right here and it will bring up
exactly all of this information now
you're going to have to log into your
own Google Sheets uh and your own Gmail
you can tweak it as you see fit but you
don't have to do it all alone so we're
going to go into Google Sheets right
here and essentially you can see that
it's connected to my Gmail account um
you will connect it to yours and then
you're going to create a new spreadsheet
all scanned emails that's what I called
mine doesn't matter what you call it can
be anything I'm filtering it based on
what there actually is first it's
checking to make sure that b column B
has something in it that's the name you
could also do the email address doesn't
really matter and you're showing that
the this is the more important one here
that e is not equal to one e right here
is email sent so if it equals one that
means the email's already been sent we
don't want to we don't want to go
through and send the same person
messages over and over and over again
right so this part right here this
second stage here is entirely optional
but basically what we're doing here is
we're taking this we're submitting the
name the email address the code if you
remember over here which I said is
optional the igc to my website picky
photo.com and what that does is it takes
that information and it Imports it into
the database so that I can do this when
I send them the email address and I give
them their unique code right here it
actually shows their name hey Isabelle
we chose you because you're awesome the
fact that I put these people's names on
this landing page increased our booking
rate I I don't know how much but through
the roof and again it it this is a bit
more complicated a bit more advanced
it's completely optional you don't have
to do this if you don't want to that's
the next step here is we send this email
we keep it really short and sweet really
simple I'm a London based photographer
for pick your photo we're doing an N NYC
Run Shooting Liv stop photos and cool
spots around the city we picked a few
people etc etc the all of my Outreach
has basically followed this same basic
script and last but not least we have
another Google Sheets module right here
which will set this as one email sent as
one if you remember this over here email
sent equals 1 and what that does is it
stops it from showing up in these
results again because we're only looking
for entries where e is not equal to one
so if we set it to one it will move on
to the next one now in different
iterations of this and in this one
actually as well I think uh we had
followup one followup two followup three
so we would follow up after X number of
days I'm not going to go through that
automation because it does pretty much
exactly the same thing as this one
except it will Mark follow-up one as one
follow-up two as one followup 3 as one
that's really the only difference
customer sign up/ acquisition if you
don't know anything about me I own an
Outsourcing agency called little
assistance where you can Outsource
pretty much any job that can be done
from a laptop now my outsourc staff they
run a whole bunch of companies some of
which I own and some of which are owned
by my Outsourcing clients one of those
companies is a Content writing service
called WR Ren which is unique because
it's almost entirely automated now if
you were to go on WR r.com and click on
the free 7-Day trial button here click
on any plan you want you're going to
enter your name and you're going to get
an email with a code on the end of it
right here which not only logs you in
but also redirects you to the payment
page for the plan that you selected Now
using a stereotypical content writing
service there would be at least two or
three more back and forth and usually
some personal interv V vention but as
you can see this is completely automated
so this is how we do it we use three
different apps one called form Aloo
which is form building software much
like type form if you've ever used it
another one is called make.com formerly
known as integromat which allow you to
integrate a whole bunch of different
types of software very similar to zapier
if you've ever used that one before and
of course as you can see here this was
sent from Hello wen.com which means that
we're integrating that all with G Suite
this is coming from a Gmail email
address last but not least we did
actually use chat GPT to write a plugin
that generates this code right here that
allows you to get logged in so the first
thing you're going to do is you're going
to go into your form alud dashboard and
you're going to create a new form it's
quite simple it's going to have name and
email address but also a hidden field
called membership with
IDF this right here IDF is not going to
show for the client if you go over to
the signup form you can see that this
field doesn't actually exist basically
what it does is it allows us to notify
our code of which plan the user selected
so you know you can manipulate this
however you see fit but this is
basically what we're using right here
you can see in the lower leftand corner
the URL is r ends with RF equals 1 rfal
2 and RF equal 3 that's important later
you don't need to know that straight
away but basically we have to create the
ID field called RF okay so once we've
created our form here next we are going
to create our magic link our ability to
log in remember where we logged in with
just this code right here now I do
happen to be a programmer however I
created this entire thing with chat GPT
so I think that you can do the same
thing uh I will share this file with you
in the description below so that you
don't have to actually rewrite this
basically I'll also share this
conversation with you that something
like this is useful to actually have in
the background here how I started this
conversation is I need a PHP script
that's going to accept an email address
as a get value this right here is what a
get value is so it's like code equals
blah blah blah blah blah it's going to
create the WordPress user with that
email address and then it's going to
generate a magic code specific to that
email address which eventually is going
to log them in so it's might be worth
actually you know having a read through
this conversation you can upload this to
your website use it however you want I
really don't care and we are going to
use this as a web hook now if you don't
know what a web Hook is it's essentially
you're going to fire off a URL with
certain data that then is going to be
interpreted in some way that's
essentially what a web Hook is so we are
putting this file right here on our
WordPress website it's going to take in
all of the data that our formu form
sends to us and it's going to create the
user and create the login code Etc said
once we have this form you can go ahead
and take this upload it straight to your
WordPress website um it's got to be in
the root directory here and then you are
going to do something called add a web
hook so you're going to go over to
results and then integration and web
hooks you're going to view web Hooks and
you're going to put in your url.com
magic. PHP this file right here is
called magic. PHP and it's in the root
so this right here once that code is
generated once that user is created then
this is going to send that data onto
make.com if you haven't already go ahead
and create an account at make.com you
create a new scenario and you're going
to insert something called a web hook
remember we're going to keep using that
term you need to pause and Rewind and
start over ask any questions in the
comments below that's perfectly fine I'm
here for you we're going to add it here
custom Web book that's the one you're
looking for and then you going to add a
new one right I'm going to call this
whatever you call your
website new user something like that and
then you're going to copy this address
because it's looking for information it
doesn't know how to interpret the data
that you're about to send it just yet
but so we're going to copy it in
here

knows this is going to send the
information to this PHP file which is
going to create the user and then send
that information onto this web hook so
we're going to go ahead and give it some
data whatever you want just so that it
knows how to interpret it so once I've

data it should expect in the future we
go okay and now we want to send the user
an email with that information we're
going to go ahead and add Gmail or G
Suite or whatever we're going to send an
email now see these are the fields right
here this knows that from this code over
here it got sent the name the email the
magic code and the membership code I
already have all of the information that
I'm going to send this person so
basically it's going to be like name
this is how you increase your open rate
name uh something like confirm your
email and then hey name click on this
link it's your url.com magic. PHP code
equals magic code which is the one that
came from this code over here uh and ref
equals membership so that's how our code
knows to redirect the person to pay for
their chosen membership this is a link
to confirm your email address and
continue your registration you're going
to have to confirm your email address
the one that you're going to be sending
from let's go ahead and just send it to
hello it l send it from Hello list.com
send it to this email address that came
from this code over here um and then
we're going to go ahead and do this and
let's just give it a little whirl here
so we have name Christian at C aw
gmail.com and enter and there it is
right there you see the new email hello
lense.com that's the one we chose click
this link to confirm your email and
continue registration and there you have
it that's pretty much it okay on to the
next automation so if somebody signs up
for WR r.com then they have the ability
to order content you might be tempted to
think that you can just go into chat GPT
and tell to write you an article about X
and it would be you know reasonable has
to be optimized for Google Chat GPT
can't do that without a little bit more
specific instruction so I've devised
this automation to basically take care
of that entire process now this
automation is not just useful for a
Content writing service if you're any
type of business you need to be writing
search engine optimized content even if
you're not you know an online business
you could be using this process to write
social media posts create a faceless
YouTube channel I mean there are any
number of applications after somebody
signed up for WR rent they're going to
get to this order content page and
they're going to be able to enter their
information over here I'm using the same
form Alo I don't think I need to walk
you through how to make an a form cuz
yours is probably going to look totally
different anyway you make a form um you
go through the process here and
basically you're going to do exactly the
same thing that you did before with the
customer sign up or customer acquisition
automation where you're creating a web
hook to send the data from the form to
another file that's then going to
process that information in this case
our file is called scrape PHP it is
available in the description below as a
digital download just like all of the
other ones uh but let me just explain
what it's doing here first it's hooking
into a service called data for SEO you
will have to sign up for this service
and it does cost money but it's really
cheap every time I run this it's like 21
of a penny or something basically what
data for SEO does in this case in this
file specifically is it takes the term
that somebody wants to rank for and it
grabs all of the websites that rank in
the top 10 spaces for that term the next
part has nothing to do with data for SEO
but later on it basically downloads
those pages those web pages and it tells
us what keywords we need in order to
rank for that specific term it separates
out title tag H1 tag h2 tag H3 tag those
are basically like the the title and the
subheadings of each file type and it
puts them all together and it sends it
to make see this is another web hook
exactly the same process that we did
with the with the customer signup
automation it takes all of the that
information it processes it and then it
sends it on to make and now this is what
that make automation looks like it
accepts the information and then it goes
on to generate a whole bunch of
different things so this first one right
here is going to perform something
called an NLP analysis NLP stands for
natural language processing that Google
has their own API for NLP but I found it
to be not as useful as chat GPT chat GPT
actually does a fantastic job of doing
natural language processing analysis I
have separate cards here it's going to
do NL P analysis one for the H1 all of
the H1 tags from all of the websites
that rank in the top 10 for the given
keyword basically what it's going to
export here is a list of keywords
keyphrases that should be included in a
top ranking blog title slh1 tag H1 tag
is the title uh for the given Target
keyword and then the next one right here
it does the exact same thing for the H2
tags which are the subheadings basically
NLP analysis for all of the keywords
that we should be included if we want to
rank number one for that given key
phrase then the next one we're using H3
tags which are essentially like bullet
points underneath the subheadings
they're like sub subheadings a fourth
section right here that says come up
with five of the most common questions
that someone Googling this keyword and
look at that I just found a typo right
there I've been using this for probably
more than a year and I've just found a
typo so we're going to try to come up
with the five most common questions that
somebody who's searching for this
keyword might have might want answered
here we set what we wanted the word
count to be and then right here we're
going to come up with the number of
sections that the blog article should be
now I say this is completely random and
you can decide whatever you want but I
say that a section should be roughly 320
words so we're setting the number of
sections as the word count divided by
320 so the next section here is we give
J GPT all of the H1 all of the H2 and
all of the H3 key phrases as well as the
questions that it came up with first
things first here write a title for a
Blog article that ranks number one for
Google for the given keyword you
utilizing the H1 key phrases that you
came up with in your NLP analysis the
article should be catchy and Visually
engaging while also being informative
mind you I've done trial and error on
this so many different ways the language
here that I used was very intentional
and then basically we do the exact same
thing here but instead of a title now
we're generating an outline please write
an outline for such a Blog article
utilizing H1 H3 key phrases and the
questions that should be answered use as
many of the terms as you can and here
the outline should have exactly this is
random number this is the name of the
variable where we decided how many
sections it's going to be um in our
outline so then we say it should have
exactly that many H2 tags SL sections
including the introduction we're not
going to De we have to be very specific
we like chat GPT don't you even dare
think about deviating from that number
any other under any circumstances and
this is where things get really tricky
and this is why it's so difficult to
actually automate this entire process
but basically we tell it to put a dollar
sign before each section so that because
we're going to use that dollar sign to
split the result basically into the
different sections and remember this
entire thing is like available as a
digital download right here this entire
automation all you have to do is
download what's in the description of
this video and import blueprint we're
still going here so now this right here
this is a Formula that allows us to
split based on those dollar signs
remember when we told that to put the
dollar sign at the beginning of every
section this this is going to split
based on that right there when this
splits this result it's called an array
an array is a programming term it
basically means that it's split into a
whole bunch of different sections um in
a predictable format so this right here
this is called the iterator it's going
to take that array and it's going to
produce a brand new result for each
little piece of it so where we split
each section because we split each
section by the dollar sign here uh it's
going to have each section is going to
have its own iteration of what comes
after the iteration then right here we
give chat GPT writing an article that
ranks number one on Google for the
Target keyword the article is titled
because we already have the title mind
you and the entire outline then we give
it the entire outline here then we say I
only want you to write out this section
the one that's coming from the iterator
that's been split it should be visually
engaging think impactful but also
concise and factual with no fluffy uness
or unnecessary language this is really
this is key right here uh because chat
GPT this is a a prompt that's going to
chat gbt and chat gbt loves putting in
that fluffy language that just has
absolutely zero meaning and then down
here we are we're telling it if you're
writing the introduction it should be a
Max 100 150 words and then the rest of
the sections should be you know a
maximum of it's kind of confusing but
this formula right here basically sets
the max word count for each section and
then we get the result here and we copy
the whole thing into Google doc from
here you can take it any direction that
you want I mean you can import it
directly into to Wordpress you could
generate an image based on the text
that's in here to create like a featured
image depending on what you're trying to
do here you could you could send it
straight to your Facebook page you could
post it directly on Twitter I mean check
this out you can even set it up so that
it gets sent out as a push notification
imagine how loved your wife would feel
if she got daily love letter sent
straight to her phone okay so this next
automation is totally different than
anything else that I've shown you so far
in that this is not an automation that I
actually use for any of my businesses
I've kind of put together a bunch of
much smaller ones that I use for
different purposes and combine them to
create essentially what is a fully
automated social media channel in this
case a Twitter uh we're autogenerating a
video that's going to go on Twitter you
could put it on YouTube Tik Tok
Instagram wherever you want again if you
download it from the description below
you can import the blueprint right here
tools that I'm going to use are cat
gbt's uh text generator the their image
generator Dolly 3 as well as whisper
they text to voice so she I'm going to
actually get a person to speak to me
Google drive this section right here
kind of gets the all the files in the
right format and then this one right
here is actually a file that I wrote

the description below upload it to your
own server replace this with your URL
and this is actually the file that
combines the image and the audio into a
video that's going to be posted on
Twitter you could make this like a fully
automated YouTube channel for example
yeah I mean really the sky the limit on
what you could actually do with this so
I'm going to go head and run it I forgot
to mention um while while this is
running here we are also using Vista
Social which is getting pushed from make
this is that's this one over here Vista

if you've ever used either of those
before essentially it allows you to post
to a whole bunch of social media
channels uh schedule it however you see
fit and let's go ahead and see how our
video turned out I don't really use my
Twitter that much waves kiss the shore I
recline at ease tasks off my plate to
