this video is for you. My name is Mikael  and I worked online for years and I love  

the flexibility it gives where you can work  whenever you want to basically and wherever  

you want to. And many people have asked me if  I can recommend any platforms you can use to  

find remote jobs. And therefore, I decided to  record this video where I will show you three  

methods to do this. And I will also talk about  an alternative way you can use to potentially  

create an online income so you can find the  best opportunity for you and your preferences.

So before I show you the three  platforms I want to show you, I just want to make  

it clear that these are not freelance platforms  that you can find in most other videos where they  

say like all work from anywhere, just show you  freelance platforms. Freelance platforms can be  

great but they are very competitive and they can  be very hard to get started with. And it can take  

a long time before you will start seeing results  because you need to build a foundation and find a few  

clients that will give you good reviews. So it can  be very very hard to use some of the freelance  

websites. It can be a way but that's not what this  is about. These are remote job websites that are  

specialized in helping you to get remote jobs  where you from the moment you get hired, you can  

actually get a really good full-time income. And  some of the ones you know I'll show you examples  

of where you can earn for example like $50,000 per  year. I've even seen examples of jobs that get more  

than $300,000 income per year. So it's like we're  talking real full-time income jobs here. And there  

will be options no matter your background, also  no matter where you live. But we are talking about  

finding real remote jobs so you need to get hired.  So there will be an application process and it  

will of course take time. The platforms that I will  show you here will some of them give different  

tools that can optimize this here and help you go  through this whole process. They're easier because  

applying for a job like this whether it's remote  or whether it's, you know, in your local area. So  

it is bit of a numbers game. You should not expect  to just you know get the first job you apply for.  

So that's why I'll show you three different  platforms that also offer you these tools to  

optimize your resume, your application process, all  these different things there. So you get the best  

possible chances of finding a high-paying remote  online job so you can work from wherever you want  

to. But let's now then go over the first of the  methods that I want to show you. So the first  

platform is called FlexJobs. And I have tested a  lot of different platforms and this is one of my  

favorite platforms when it comes to finding  remote jobs because it has so many great search  

options here also. And it also has a really good  vetting process so you know that the jobs you find  

here are really legit and safe. Because there are  many of these job posting platforms and things  

like that job boards that finding just the  legit jobs is like a jungle. And there's so many  

scammers there. That's not the case here. They have  a really good process to filter all that out you  

know what is here is actually legit there. And  you can just go there many search options. They  

also have different tools to help you with this  process and everything you can see here work from  

anywhere in the US, work from anywhere in the world  there. You can see all these different categories,  

job categories. You can search within different  entry levels and all that. So you can just search  

right now, for example, you see if I choose to work  from anywhere, they have like more than 700 jobs  

there. You can also search like based on job type  there. Schedule full-time, part-time, flexible there.  

Career level, entry level experience, manager,  you know all these different ones. They have  

a lot of really great jobs there. You need to  then click it read it and then go through the  

application process for the ones you like there.  Just be aware that the best remote job platforms  

like this, they do have a small fee also. Let me  just show you the fees that are for FlexJobs.  

So I just jumped to my website where I have all  the information about the fees that FlexJobs charges

or want to join, I'll leave a link to this below. So  then you can go there and check that out there. But  

you can see there you actually get a two weeks  trial there for only around $3 and then monthly  

it's only $6. And and you save 77% if you pay you  know upfront for a full year. So it actually gives  

very good value for your money because you know  that get only good jobs here, legit jobs you can  

see there. It actually has a money back guarantee.  So overall, it really gives you good access there  

also to all features like unlimited job, skills  test, webinars, all kind of things that makes the  

whole process of finding a good remote job easier.  So you know, you can see if you end up getting a  

job that pays you like $50,000 a year, $100,000, or  $200,000 whatever a year, you know paying for a few  

months however long. Maybe you're lucky you get it  within the two weeks, you know. Then you pay $3. Even if  

you pay know for full year, you pay like just above  $70. But you know if it can help you with all the  

tools. But I would recommend to do the trial first.  You can test everything and see if you like it  

and then you can decide for yourself. But this is  definitely a great platform to find remote jobs.  

So the next platform is called Job Hunt app. And  this is actually an app you can download. It also  

has a website but all the features are actually  inside the app. So it's an app that keeps track  

of the different places where you can apply for  jobs. So it doesn't give you know as good options,  

in my opinion, as as FlexJobs but it still has  a lot of options. It makes it possible to keep a  

track on all these different things which can  be quite confusing when you are going through  

a job application process. And it also has some  different AI tools that can help you easily and  

quickly adjust your applications and resumés  depending on the specific job. So I do like that  

aspect of it. Just be aware that this one also  does have a fee. It has a free 3 days trial at  

least at the time of recording this video here and  then after that, it's around $15 per month. The last  

platform I want to show you before also just giving you an alternative if you are interested  

in a full-time online income, but don't want to get  hired, then I'll just talk a little bit about that  

after but this platform here is called Well Found  here. You can see, it is also a platform where you  

can find a lot of different jobs there. You go  there to candidates, there you can find jobs.  

You can, even without logging in, go and browse the  jobs there and get just an idea of what they have.  

You see the different categories. You can see here,  for example, they have this job here. It would be  

more than $200,000 yearly there. This one also here  $90,000 to $150,000 there you know. So there are some really  

really high paying jobs you can find here. Also  this one more than 300,000 as you can see. I'll  

just jump inside so then I can also show you how  it actually looks and how you can filter it in  

there because not all of these are remote that  it just shows here but inside you can actually  

easily filter that. So when you actually have a  profile, you can see you can go here and search.  

And you can, for example, go here and say this. It  has to be worldwide for example and then you can  

also just well choose your location. But you can  just say only remote jobs. And then currently at  

the time recording this video here, you can see, it  has more than 1,400 different jobs. This one $75,000  

to $85,000 yearly there. This one doesn't say there.  This one $300,000, more than $300,000 there you know.  

See many of them remote only. Some of them might  still have requirements to your nationality or  

work permit all those, you know. But you need to go  through it then click them. You can read all about  

them the different jobs there, the hiring process,  and then apply for them. But as mentioned, you are  

applying for job here for all these platforms. So  it will take some time and effort you know. Unless  

you really lucky, you're really really great, maybe  you will get hired just by applying one or two  

places you know. That can happen. But overall, for  most jobs, there are many applicants. So there is a  

process with several interviews and all these  different things there. But let me just also  

quickly talk about an alternative you can consider  if you want a remote job. So all of these platforms  

can be great ways to find remote jobs. And the  advantage of that is once you get hired that  

of course can be a long process, but once you get  hired, you know exactly what you will earn and you  

will start getting paid from day one. But you are  still getting hired. So you still need to work you  

know based on their terms and all that. And if  you're tired of that and want complete freedom  

to work completely on your own terms, you can also  consider starting your own online business. That's  

what I did. I used remote jobs, freelance platforms  but I prefer like completely controlling where and  

when I want to work without having to get hired  and all that, you know. That all depends on personal  

preferences. And if that's what you're interested  in, you can start your own online business. Just  

be aware that of course then you will not start  earning from day one. There will be a long process  

of building the foundation, learning everything,  all that. But if you're interested in that, that  

can also give you the ultimate freedom. But whether  it's for you or not that really depends on your  

personal preferences. It requires you to be willing  to work hard to learn and to implement and all
