Transcripts
you see the Bible says that God so loved
the world that he gave his only begotten
son that whosoever believeth in him
shouldn't perish but should have
everlasting life did you know that the
UK actually banned one of the most
famous evangelists of our time Franklin
Graham Bann that is what the mayor of
Liverpool England is saying tonight
Graham was supposed to make a stop there
the summer on his tour of the UK but now
leaders are saying not so fast well the
Church of England is full of prises not
only has the church B Franklin Graham
for preaching the gospel they've also
now banned the word church they have
dropped the word church from their
vocabulary the Anglican Church appears
to be increasingly avoiding the word
church when discussing the creation of
new worshipping communities and
congregations a report has found the
center for church planting Theology and
research have they asked the author the
founder of the church for his permission
before they did that have they asked
Jesus Christ I don't think so yes you
heard that right Franklin Graham the son
of the legendary preacher Billy Graham
was banned from speaking in the UK but
why what could have possibly happened
that led to such drastic action WCNC
Charlotte's Rachel Lumberg explains why
so evangelist Franklin Graham has been
banned from this event center in the
United Kingdom actually a couple years
ago there was a petition to deny Graham
a Visa we're hearing from a spokesperson
of the Event Center the ACC Liverpool
saying that this has caused a lot of
division in their Community look at this
Putin attacks Church of England for
considering gender neutral God that
revealed himself as a he in the
masculine form so I'm guessing this was
not good enough for the Church of
England so they decided to do away with
the he in the Bible for God and to go
with a gender neutral God hello everyone
and welcome back to another video of the
gospel of Christ if you haven't heard
already well here's the news the Church
of England dropped the word church from
devil vocabulary all together at first
as you saw at the outset of the video
they banned Franklin Graham believe it
or not for preaching the gospel he's
been banned from going to the UK and now
I don't know if you're surprised by that
they have entirely B the word church
from their vocabulary now it's
interesting that an organization with
the word Church in front of its name
would do such a thing you would expect
that from an entirely worldly and uh
evil and Antichrist
organization but for the Church of
England to do that this was a little bit
surprising however the Bible tells us do
not be surprised about these things
because evil men will grow from worse to
worse in the last days right evil men
will walk from worse to worse but I can
understand and sympathize with
Christians in the UK we would hope that
the Church of England one of the long
longest uh in in terms of existence
churches in the world in the western
world for that matter would have some
vestage of morality some vestage of of
respect and dignity for for the word of
God but at the very least for God
himself I mean I I know that judgment is
coming they have just in a way signed
the death contract to go to war with God
to go to war the Church of God the
Church of Jesus Christ Jesus himself
says in the Bible that he would build
his church he will build his church in
the Gates of Hell the devil will not
Prevail against it no one will prevail
against the church if you take a look at
it from the book of Acts up until now
2,000 years Emperor after Emperor would
go after the church kill Christians by
the thousands and thousands if you read
read the book of uh Fox's book of
Martyrs uh for instance you would see
how Christians have died they have died
for the word of of the Gospel they have
died for their faith and
convictions we know based on history
that nothing can Prevail against the
Church of Jesus Christ now the the
Church of England would try anything
anything to be appealing to to the
culture to be uh um uh gracious to
unbelievers gracious to any other
religions as you'll see in a minute they
would do everything to stay in the favor
of the world and other religions and
disrespect Christianity and the word of
God in the church as a whole as an
entity that is really sad it's it's a
sad day I would say in the history of
the UK and uh even unbelievers as you'll
see think this is utterly evil and
stupid take a look at this clip the
creation of a new church group is
traditionally referred to as a church
plant but the report found that while
900 new churches had been started by the
dases in the past decade none of them
had used the freas church plant instead
they'd use words like worship
congregation and Community now Connor
Tomlinson is with me as a Scarlet
McGuire political commentators both
Connor um I know you're a religious
person but for for the the Catholics
rather than the anglicans um does this
matter uh I think it speaks to a broader
symptom of a lack of faith of the
British in themselves so Professor David
starky likes to joke that the Anglican
Church is English Shintoism it's the
English worshiping themselves the
problem you have is when English culture
is denigrated especially in recent years
when we seem to be blaming ourselves
uniquely for historical injustices like
racism and slavery then the church falls
in line with that that's why the church
adopted that strange acronym yuk rather
than b the other year to say like UK
minority ethnic Global majority Heritage
they're just jumping on whatever the
latest woke intersectional bandwagon is
and then the other broader Trend that's
concerning is if you notice the language
K starm is used to mitigate the tensions
between different groups in these riots
he keeps saying communities we are that
I he that we're all part of the same
Community I I don't want to be I don't
want to be a different Community than
anybody else who lives in this country I
want to be part of the same Community
well that that's the that's the
perception though it's that Britain is a
kind of blank slate upon which different
communities are added to add better and
more diverse food groups or religious
tolerance and things like that and so
the only time the host population
culture their religion now is
acknowledged is when it is uniquely
demonized for racism and for slavery and
so they feel the need to self erase in
in fear of causing offense but what this
actually happens is by saying they're a
community it means more ethnic and
religious actions that have competing
interests and will fight and so the
underlying tension which has driven the
recent riots I think this is a symptom
of a broader Trend and things like this
things like social unrest things like
ethnic and religious tension will
continue DAV and Southard has been in
touch says can I ask if the Church of
England are going to drop church what
are they calling it just England says
Dave in Southport well as I've said you
know um these words like Community
congregation and so on uh as well uh CLA
says good morning Peter it doesn't
surprise me that the Church of England
wants to stop calling their Church a
church one of their archbishops doesn't
believe in God I believe of course
course we don't want to offend other
religions do we I'm not sure about that
Bishop but I I'm certainly interested in
the evidence around that um certainly
there are lots of questions around this
I mean the Church of England is a very
powerful but nonetheless quite small
institution given the number of people
who actually go every week Scarlet are
you one of them or are you are you uh
like me a Hellbound heathan oh I'm
afraid I'm a Hellbound Hellbound heathan
but I'm old enough to have been through
Decades of the church trying to make
itself relevant I mean I mean that's
always been the problem for the Church
of England and it used to be called the
Tory party at prayer yes and then during
Mrs Thatcher um there was a big falling
out uh and and since then they haven't
really known what what they
are and and it it does seem that you
have to go back to God I mean either the
Church of England believes in God or it
doesn't and that's what it's all about
and I and but you know it it I I I I
disagree with Connor I think I think he
was getting far too sociological about
all all of it I mean I think I think
that the the Church of England is is is
very diverse politically I mean it has
everything from very very conservative
people I mean the whole race to get the
whole campaign to get women Bishops
right um was the gay of as well with the
with the Anglican Church more across the
world as well as a
very and in England as well AB it's been
divisive within Eng but but I mean and
also you know I mean if we're um
stereotyping a poing you know the black
churches actually are different from the
white churches in in that the black
churches tend to be um uh against
homosexuality whereas the white churches
are sort of more liberal and that's in
Britain itself let alone around the
country around the world so it is very
difficult for the anglicans to sort of
um
it's about being relevant whereas
whereas the Catholics have always been a
bit different and have not worried about
relevance I mean partly because they've
been so badly treated in the past
actually uh Connor uh i' I'd like to
bring up a quote here from the venerable
Falon Sheen who said that if the church
Weds themselves the concerns of this
this age they would be widowed in the
next so we shouldn't have a heart attack
here and that I'm agreeing with Scarlet
they should go back to scripture rather
than try to chase the tale of modern
politics in terms of the Catholic church
not being as concerned I wish that were
the case believe me there are some
schisms at the moment with Pope Francis
taking some more Progressive lines on
inviting a cohort of transsexual sex
workers to dinner within the Vatican
which was a strange thing there was that
whole kafuffle I think it was earlier in
the year it might been late last year
about same-sex and transgender blessings
in the church that caused a bit of
division between the more Progressive
German Bishops and the return to Latin
mass traditionalist types so I think
you're seeing a contention as to whether
progress or tradition is the direction
to go in in many churches and I will
point out that the more traditional ones
are the only ones with the thriving
congregations they might want to take
note of that if I didn't know any better
I wouldn't know that those people are
talking about the church apparently this
is the state of the church we live in an
age where our society is upside down and
uh people are looking for Hope people
are looking for guidance people are
looking for leaders people are looking
for a light at the end of the tunnel and
that light is Jesus Christ and Jesus
Christ has given to the church a mission
and the mission is to go to all the
world and preach the gospel and Make
Disciples of those people and baptizing
them in the name of the father and the
Son and the Holy Spirit that is the will
of the church today to preach the gospel
now if the church especially the Church
of England is turning around and say
that you know what we are no longer a
church we are a community and uh we
don't want to offend people we don't
want to say things or do things or have
a name that would be offensive to other
religious groups then we no longer have
a church I hope that many people many
Christians in England start to rise up
and truly hit the ground running with
the gospel and let those people know
that they have just signed their death
contract right so if you're dropping the
word church from the church as the
Church of England then what should the
Church of England call itself so if one
thing is sure though is that it doesn't
really matter how work a society is it
doesn't really matter how evil those
quote unquote church leaders have become
or will be in the future the truth of
the matter is that Jesus Christ said
that he would build his church in the
Gates of Hell will not Prevail against
it so far for 2,000 years the devil and
the forces of Hell have not been able to
take over the church it may seem dark
but Jesus Christ is still in control one
other thing I want to bring up is that
President Putin was giving a speech and
he talked about the Church of England
and this is what he had to say about let
me see if I can share the title with you
here guys look at this Putin attacks
Church of England for considering gender
neutral God I'm guessing at one point
the Church of England considered a
gender neutral God God reveals himself
in the Bible as a he for instance God so
loved the world that he sent his only
begotten son God the father and God the
son God revealed himself as a he in the
masculine form so I'm guessing this was
not good enough for the Church of
England so they decided to do away with
the he in the Bible for for God and to
go with a gender neutral God so they're
trying to make up their own God make up
their own Society they're trying to just
wipe out everything that has to do with
morality and Christianity Al together so
let's take a look at this this is in
wasan I believe but listen to the first
few minutes and I think something is
going to pop up I don't speak Russian
unfortunately I don't think many of you
guys do but take a look at
this for
[Music]
Putin said it's all said there including
the fact that family is the union of a
man and a woman so so it's talking
against the Church of England for their
acceptance of the whole LGB agenda which
we saw in the video uh prior so if you
go back at the very beginning of the
video you see Putin has condemned the
Church of England in a state of the
nation speech in mascow is condemned
them for considering a whole work agenda
and by doing that they go even so far as
to wipe out God from scripture or
whatever they consider as scripture so
ladies and gentlemen brothers and
sisters we are not surprised by any of
this the Bible tells us that evil men
will grow from worse to worse and worse
and worse right so uh what we can do is
to preach the gospel in these times is
to continue to tell people that there is
no other hope in the world apart from
the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and
that hope can only be found in the
proclamation of the gospel of Christ and
the church Christians around the world
who make up The Universal Church of
Jesus Christ has been given the duty and
the power to do this lastly if this is
