💪 Supplements for Combating Fatigue and Boosting Energy
This paragraph introduces five supplements aimed at reducing fatigue and increasing energy levels. The first supplement, Maca root, is highlighted for its benefits in enhancing both energy and libido, with a study showing its positive effects on men with erectile dysfunction. Ginseng is the second supplement, well-researched for its energy-boosting properties, with a specific study demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing fatigue severity. The third category encompasses micronutrient deficiencies, such as vitamin D, iron, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and CoQ10, which are crucial for energy production and should be considered if deficiencies are present. The importance of addressing micronutrient deficiencies is emphasized for significant energy improvements.
🌙 Addressing Cortisol Imbalances for Better Sleep and Energy
The fourth area of focus is cortisol, a hormone critical for energy levels, which should peak in the morning and decrease by night to facilitate sleep. The paragraph discusses the use of adrenal supplements to improve cortisol levels in patients with consistently low energy, suggesting a 3-month regimen to revitalize the adrenals. It also mentions the need for caution with these supplements to avoid long-term dependency and ensure the adrenals function independently.
😌 Managing High Stress and Sleep Issues with Supplements
The final paragraph addresses the impact of high stress and disrupted sleep on energy levels. It recommends ashwagandha and rhodiola as supplements to reduce cortisol levels when they are spiked, particularly at night, which can interfere with sleep quality. The paragraph advises taking these supplements at night to promote better sleep and, consequently, improve energy levels. Additionally, it touches on the potential for brain fog in individuals with low energy and suggests a related video for further information on supplements to combat brain fog.

Transcripts
these are the five supplements that
actually eliminate and will work with
fatigue now these aren't in any
particular order but the very first one
is Makar root a lot people see this as a
very beneficial for helping with not
only energy but also with low libido for
both women and males I've used this a
lot with my patients and if you're
someone that struggles with low libido
chances are you're also dealing with low
energy hormones do impact our energy
significantly and so Makar root is
definitely a great one to be using to
not only help with hormone imbalances
but also helping and contributing to
fatigue in fact there was a study done
with 50 men that had erectile
dysfunction found that treatment with
2,400 mg of dry Maca extract for 12
weeks significantly improved physical
and social performance compared with the
placebo group the second one is ginsing
which has definitely been heavily
researched probably then more than any
kind of herb when it comes to energy
boosting it has a lot of different
energy boosting properties and there's
been a lot of human trials with panic
Jens sing in fact this one study right
here had 90 subjects both men and women
and it was was a randomized double blind
placeable control group and they were
testing for different measurements that
they took jining for 4 weeks to measure
fatigue severity and they found a
significantly Improvement in panic Jens
sing Administration when there was
measurements of 1 gr ad ministered to 2
G compared to the placebo group only two
G of Jin sing significally reduced the
different score levels of the visual
analog scale they measured total
glutathione which also had a significant
Improvement versus the placebo group now
the thirdd category I'm going to give a
variety of different supplements and
this has comes down to micronutrient
deficiencies there are so many different
micronutrient deficiencies that can
impact someone's energy significantly
it's something that I see time and time
again with my patients and it can't be
overlooked these are some of the big
ones that can instantly improve your
energy if you do have a micronutrient
deficiency some of the biggest ones is
vitamin D which is a big problem across
the world about 50% of people tend to be
vitamin D deficient and so this could be
a night and day difference with your
energy if you have low vitamin D levels
another big one is iron iron definitely
can impact our energy significantly if
you have low iron or fertin levels
definitely want to have that checked I
see this time and time again that can
impact your low energy and can certainly
improve your energy levels if that is
the case along with iron another thing
to look at is definitely vitamin B12 it
could be another type of anemia that
could impact your energy levels but
overall in general vitamin B12 is
significantly important for energizing a
lot of our different cells throughout
our body but other different biochemical
processes throughout our body that help
with energy and then vitamin B6 is
another big one and on top of that I
would say also CoQ10 is something that
definitely is really important because
CoQ10 is really what actually creates
ATP it's definitely a very important
vitamin that helps create energy by
creating ATP in the mitochondria and if
you're someone that's really sick and
have a low immune system you're going to
have to be using your CQ10 to help use
as antioxidants and that's going to be
taken away for that so sometimes you
need to supplement something like CoQ10
especially if you're on a Statin that
will decrease your CoQ10 levels so
supplementing something like CoQ10 could
definitely help improve your energy now
if you're looking for guidance to have
all day energy and focus then you should
all not my all day Focus energy guide in
the description below now the fourth
area and I guess supplement I would say
that can really definitely eliminate
fatigue situation for you and I think
this is the biggest one out of all the
patients that I do see and it comes down
to really cortisol cortisol has
everything to do with energy it's what
actually gets us up in the morning it
should be the highest in the morning and
then kind of taper out throughout the
day and be lowest at nighttime to help
us go to sleep so if you understand the
importance about cortisol then if you
understand your energy level if you're
someone that has low energy very first
thing in the morning or even throughout
the day then you probably might have low
cortisol levels throughout the day you
need to be taking something that can
actually improve those cortisol levels
so one of my favorite ones that I use is
adrenal desicated by standard process or
another one called adrenal support by
vital nutrients now there's no
sponsorship on this video it's just ones
that I like using and the reason why I
like using this is because it helps
improve increase those cor levels it
helps really instantly help my patients
and clients have improved energy
sometimes within just those few days
because they had such low cortisol
levels now I will say that you want to
make sure you only take this for about 3
months because it's just helps to
revitalize the adrenals to help improve
those Corel levels to help get to a
point where your adrenals are
functioning on its own so you're not
have to be so heavily dependent on
adrenal desicated now the fifth
supplement or fifth category because
there's a couple on here that I want to
talk about is if you're dealing with
someone that has high stress and it's
impacting your sleep then it's kind of
the opposite of what adrenal desicated
would be doing and that' be if you
actually have spiked cortisol levels so
if you have spiked cortisol levels
throughout the day but typically at
night guess what that's going to impact
your sleep and that's going to impact
your energy so some of my favorite
supplements I like to use to lower
cortisol levels and you got to be very
careful with this because it also could
do the opposite effect to your energy is
ashwagandha and Roda both of those are
scientifically proven to reducing
cortisol but you want to make sure
you're taking it at night if you have
high spiked cortisol levels at night
that are impacting your sleep so by
taking that that'll help calm down help
lower those corol levels so you get a
good night's sleep and then you're going
to help improve your energy in a very
impactful way another thing that you
need to really kind of consider when
you're dealing with low energy is you
probably are someone that also deals
with brain fog where you have that hazy
brain and you probably forget things
maybe can't focus as well then you
should watch this video next we're talk
about the five supplements that actually
work with brain fog so watch this video
