board would have to be dozens of manual
actions daily whether it's sending out

of 100 if you're a team of just you
you're a solo person in the real estate
game we have seen this time and time
again where all of these daily actions
are super annoying sometimes it's easy
to do them sometimes they pile up and
you don't want to do them but no matter
how annoying they are no matter how many
things you have to do every day like
again logging data property showings
updating the CRM the success of your
company relies on these manual inputs
daily so you have to do them this is by
far like the biggest thing that we see
on real estate you just do dozens of
manual actions every single day two is
fragmented communication we've seen this
in seven figure companies million dooll
companies so if you do this don't worry
there's a better way that we're going to
fix this later on using AI but
fragmented communication where every
single thing is just in one inbox where
WhatsApp groups text message groups
buyers are in there sellers are in there
prospects are in there team members are
in there everything is talked about in
this group there's no method to the
madness and you go through each text and
call one by one sometimes you update the
CRM sometimes you don't sometimes you
forget sometimes you tell someone else
to do it and they don't do it so
fragmented communication is sort of all
over the place no customer support and
this is really big for the LTV of your
clients you do not check in with your
clients once they go through your
company whether they're buying or
they're selling you don't ask them if

testimonials store them post them to get
even more business and it's a pain to

you're like oh got to answer it it's

check-ins you sometimes have to check in
with prospects 1 three six months down
the road to get an update with them you

have just sent uh XYZ lead a text in 3
months they would have went with your
service but you never did because you

the sauce basically of all the different
things that you have to do every single

end of the week most likely you hire an

still just don't track them it's not a
big concern to you you track your

of software you manually check software

you had to see your sales close rate you
have to go to a software Salesforce cly
whatever it is and then check it there
there's no aggregated data place where
you could just check all all of it at
once you accept your metrics at face
value and don't see why they are
happening this is crucial you just say
oh okay my sales close rate is 2% and
that's all it is to you you don't look
further into it and finally all the
metrics are in different places so you
have to go to each single software every
single Google sheet to check them all
finally and this is probably one of the
biggest ones been the biggest pain
points that we see especially for
smaller teams is you struggle to book
and showings and calls you have many
prospects with no organization uh it
makes it hard to book in showings which
is you know a key step to closing deals
you have no followup method to squeeze
all the revenue out of your lead list as
much as possible you want to focus only
on closing deals these are all common

I just covered these are all common pain
points you're not alone but we're going

all right so without data you do not
have an idea of the reality of your
company you are clueless I a huge person
about data all right now if you're
tracking data and it looks like this
what are we doing it is 2024 we have to
track data in an efficient manner now
what that means is you'll have something
like this because what insights are you
possibly getting from something like
this this should be the standard whether
it's Google looker Studio you're using
Glide you're using Salesforce whatever
could visualize the data for you it's
great it's probably automated like it's
live data but it's not AI powered and
this is where AI comes into the play
with data there's a massive difference
between something that's automated
something that's automated and has AI
backing it all right using an AI powered
database of data you ask questions to
the data and get actionable insights on
what's Happening behind the scenes AKA
why the data points are what they are
you could talk with the data essentially
so you can ask questions like for
example you could talk with this Google
sheet using AI or talk with this
dashboard of data you could say why are
sales down for the week and you can
receive an answer from the AI saying it
seems that no show rates are higher in
XYZ City this is something that you
should look into possibly your follow-up
messaging right so this is just an
example of a a response AI could give
you when it has access to your data and
you can set this up one you have to
regulate for privacy you have to make
sure your data is private and two you
have to make sure it's a smooth process
and that the AI is looking at your data
properly and giving you actionable
insights on how to get the metrics
better or why the metrics are what they
are this is really cool we're going to
have a whole video coming out soon about
how you could talk to the data so you
can go from this to this because again
data is everything if you don't know the
data you don't know and next guys
is strategy which is proper preparation
preventing poor performance I love the
5ps I'm sure you've heard of that before
having a strategy is not to get you
ahead it is the bare minimum of success
if you don't have a plan of what you
want and then how to get there it's very
hard to achieve the goals you want to
achieve and here's an AI use case that
will help you cultivate a strategy and

there's other tools that you could use
these are just a few uh to get you
started using these tools you can
basically analyze the market for your
competition or insights into the housing
market in the financials of your
potential clients essentially you just
scrape a bunch of data and again data is
massive because it will tell you what to
do being able to recognize and predict
Trends will put you ahead of the
competition and more importantly allow
you to craft a strategy once you have
crafted your strategy and Outlook so
like an Outlook of what you want to do
and then the steps what going to take
your company to get there you can then
make a strategic move that aligns with
your strategy so you you have to stop
thinking and you have to start putting
stuff on paper and developing an actual
strategy because this guy is much better
off than this woman here that's just
very unorganized right having a Clear
Vision and strategy is everything
especially in a fast moving industry
like real estate having a clear non-
rigid vision of what you want to do uh
and what your strategy is is crucial and
I want to emphasize this non- rigid
Vision now in our 24 use cases AI use
cases video I go over what a non rigid
vision is essentially you want to have a
vision but you don't want to be so rigid
in your thinking where you can't adjust
where you can't adapt essentially to the
market because AI is always going to
come out with new stuff you're going to
have to adapt in the future so you can't
have a rigid mindset so don't be
stubborn about it but make a strategy
and then have Trends using an AI Market
Trend analysis that will tell you where
the market is heading where your clients
are what they're doing and that will
just give you a great data set to
cultivate a strategy for your company
now we're going to get into marketing
lead generation and sales which probably
the biggest thing that people will come
and talk to our company about for AI use

marketing Le gen and sales using Ai and
automation is great like there's a lot
of different things that we're going to
cover right now but it's much harder to
do and to nail down if you not have the
data and the strategy part locked in so
definitely consider looking at your data
and then doing some strategy research
for your company lock that in before
continuing so marketing is getting
eyeballs on your company your service in
your offer one of the greatest ways to
get eyeballs on your product or service
is social media guys so if you're not on
social media if you're not posting
consistently highly recommend you do so

seeing my face recognizing my brand um
and what I offer which is huge with the
right content strategy you can get

just want to be top of mind so if people
consistently see your videos and
eventually they have that problem of
eventually they want to sell their home

problem with content is that many
realists do not know where to begin or
what to film or what to post and they're

the more streamline the better AI comes
into play with repurposing editing
script writing and even AI avatars uh
this will get you the eyeballs and then
lead generation next is nurturing those
eyeballs and turning them into clients
uh this is just your key to subscribe if
you want to much more valuable content
comes out every single week on this
channel but lead generation so turning
eyeballs into interest and potential
cash for your company we're going use AI
automation to turn those eyeballs into
showings and close deals because we're
talking about real estate AI follow-up
texts and even calls now calls AI calls
are are 100% possible um so we going to
get into that right now so here's one
use case when you run a Facebook ad or
organic content to a form so a lot of
you guys are doing lead forms so you run
an ad for people in your area that want
to sell their home for example or want
to buy a home and they'll fill out your
form name email when they want to move
out by what they're looking to do why
they're moving out what their budget is
all these different questions to qualify
them essentially right very basic stuff
you can now use an AI call to dial up
these leads and make sure that they book
a showing right you want to have sticky
leads because if they fill out a form
you don't answer them within you know 5
to 10 minutes you're going to lose that
sale like you must contact these people
ASAP an instant touch point is used
through AI or you could have ai be used
for an instant touch point I should say
all right it makes it possible to scale
and increase ad Spin and it's all AI
powered this is huge right because if
you guys are running ads say you're
doing like few hundred a day in Adin
which is a lot and you're getting a lot
of leads there's no way that you're
going to be able to handle all those
leads calling them up every 5 minutes
unless you have a massive team and for a
massive team you have to hire a bunch of
people and hiring a bunch of people is
expensive AI is much cheaper and does
the job just as well so for example
you're a real estate agent and you're
running ads through Facebook to generate
leads through a lead form you're going
to set the lead information to an AI
caller and the AI caller will dial up
the lead and then book them in for a
call right very simple or that you can
have an instead of an AI caller you
could have an AI text messaging system
or an email system that reminds them to
book in a call so you don't have to
manually do them yourself now the person
calling like if you're hire a person it
might yield better results but for the
leverage you get of setting up a system
once like an AI caller once to contact
your leads it's worth it in the long run
for efficiency and saving time and
making money all right this can be done
over text and email as well like I
mentioned it's insanely powerful way to
book in showings and turn marketing
eyeballs into lead and here's a bonus to
wrap the two together essentially you
could have an AI automated content
creation system for marketing then use
the AI powered caller to book and calls
for people that showed interest from the
content creator which is really really
cool you can do this into addition to
anything you're already doing and
massive growth so this is another thing
a lot of you guys already have like a
successful business in real estate you
already closed a few clients you already
have deals flow you already have
referrals you have a good rep in your
town your state your city you could add
this AI system onto what you're already
doing and experience even more growth so
if what you're doing is already working
that's super exciting because you could
just add on one of these systems it take
you not too long to build or someone
could build it for us like our company
uh and then you could experience massive
growth because you're complimenting what
you're already doing that's working with
something else that is super leveraged
uh and working as well so that's really
cool now we're going to go into sales so
turning interest Into Cash collected and
Deals closed the chances that you close
a deal however you rely on the quality
of the prospect um and if they are
qualified it's much easier to qual to
close someone that's qualified than
someone who's not qualified might sound
super simple like a stupid thing to say
but it is very very very true and
sometimes goes over people's head the
more qualified someone is the more
likely they're going to buy all right
now the AI automation use case here is
AI lead scoring you use this your CRM
make.com and open AI to do this first
you're going to create your ICP which
your ideal client profile what is their
budget when do when do they want to buy
when do they want to sell what the type
of property is the demographic location
size of family again budget bedrooms
bathrooms like what is your ICP who do
you want to sell to right who is your
client now you're going to use AI to
match your current leads and your
prospects to your ICP you're going to
create a score of How likely this lead
is going to close now you can pursue
only the highest quality of lead so for
example if you're looking for males in
their 20s that want to rent apartments
that is your ICP you could load that
into an AI algorithm the AI algorithm
now knows who you're looking for and
every single prospect that comes in will
be matched up against this ideal
criteria so say a woman comes in that's
in her 40s that want to buy a house the
AI is going to take that information
reference it against what you want your
ICP and it's going to spit back a score
like two like this person is not
qualified yes you should have a
conversation to see if you can help out
but they're not really what you're
looking for they're not going to be easy
to close let's push that back and the
schedule but if someone comes in that's
24 they want an apartment in New York
City they want to do it quickly that is
a very qualified lead the AI will
recognize that and then tell you hey
let's book in this person as fast as
possible let's get them on the call
because you want to take all the people
that are qualified you want to take all
those calls as fast as possible all
right so lead scoring is super super
cool and again you can automate this
process by hooking up to your CRM and
calendar so when the lead is scored is
automatically sent to your slack or text
so you can send it to your slack say hey
you have a n out of 10 qualified lead
hop on this person immediately call them
get them in uh scheduled or just have
the AI schedule them uh themselves which
really cool this AI automated system
will allow you to sort through the
business and clutter uh and the busyness
and clutter and focus on the best
opportunities at the moment to close
more deals and it's all automated all
right so I highly recommend you to start
lead scoring take only the highest
probability people that are going to
close first and then after take all
those other people that might not be a
good fit we should still talk to now
next we have something that is very very
slept on it will allow you to make a lot
more money from the business that you've
already brought in in this is
relationship management and Service
delivery so delivering the service in an
organized manner is very important for
the experience of the client and then
the experience of the client which is
relationship management will dictate if
that one client could turn into other
clients with testimonials in uh
referrals or even future instances of
that same person using your service
twice or three times now this is where
the process of automation comes into
place when a deal is closed it is not
over a contract must be stored contract
must be generated and then stored CRM
must be updated you have to C A
testimonial and then you have to ask for
a referral or some feedback in general
from this person that used your company
like when they buy or when you offboard
them the service is not done like
there's so much other stuff that has to
be done if you want to increase the LTV
in the lifelong value lifetime value of
uh your customers to make more money
from each single person that you do
business with now the excitement of a
sale can make you forget that these
events up here must happen they must
take place for you to again increase LTV
and run a business that is very
efficient because you'll just be wasting
money if you're not asking for a
testimonial not asking for referrals and
stuff like that you already got you
already did the hardest part you got the
client ask for a referral you might as
well do so right and you could automate
all these processes without backend
process Automation in place it'll be
hard to stay organized as your company
grows and scales and you could use these
tools these are automation platforms
that our company uses uh that you can go
ahead and learn if you want to will take
a long time but you could definitely do
it these tools will allow you to
automate the process of creating signing
and storing contracts or setting out
referral messages or collecting
testimonials and posting testimonials to
your website a lot of stuff that you
could do there this will compound the
success of one deal Clos so again if you
close one person that one person can
turn into three other deals but you
never would experience that benefit
because you never asked all right and
again it could get hard because as you
scale there's a lot of stuff going on
you'll forget to ask but compounding one
success into another is where you want
to be at this will allow you to stay
organized by automatically creating
client folders follow-up sequences and
more now finally guys finances in
bookkeeping I cannot explain how
underestimated this is to a lot of
business owners this may not be sexy but
is very very necessary to do for your
company you do not have a company if you
not turn a profit and data is everything
again so finances and bookkeeping a lot
of it is just seeing how much money is
coming in how much going out it's
basically the data of the companies that
you've worked with the people that
you've worked with the deals that you've
closed and the money that you have made
or lost all right knowing cash flow
profit and leg gen is insanely important
very crucial especially because AI can
now perform predictive analysis meaning
you take current data and then use that
data to forecast the future of what may
happen BAS B on the data that you give
it but beyond finances and tracking
financial data bookkeeping is insanely
important for just having a record of
everything that's gone on in your
company especially if you're doing a lot
of deals every single month you want to
have a booking you want to have a a
record of everything that's going on for
example here's a seven figure real
estate company use case we actually
built this out for real estate company
so we have a form that basically allows
this company to generate quotes and
contracts when they want to and then
send out these quotes and contracts to
the potential client it's really cool so
this goes this takes the whole process
of creating a contract from what it used
to be which is the person would have to
go in type out all the Dills you know
this person this address this price this
that and this to now they just fill out
a form those custom variables are
automatically input into a quote or
automatically inputed into a contract
and then they're just sent out right
away so it takes it from like a 10 15 20
minute process to a two-minute process
that happens instantly and again the
last thing that you want is to do all
the hard work to get a sale and then you
just don't send them a quote in time and
you know the the lead gets cold and then
you don't close the sale all right so
you want to make this process very
simple because you're basically at the
finish line but you don't want to Fumble
before you reach the end now these
contracts and quotes are also stored
storage happens automatically for
testimonials deal details and
commissions again you should also be
collecting testimonials video on that
coming soon all this information is sent
to Bookkeeping on a second's notice so
all this stuff is just sent over to the
bookkeeping email on a second's notice
as soon as it happens having a
structured organization in your company
leads to Peace of Mind room to grow and
scalable processes you want no leaky
pipes the smallest leak can cause
permanent damage just like your home you
have the smallest leak in the worst
place and it'll cause massive damage in
your home same thing goes from your
company you want airtight pipes no leaks
there uh and some of this stuff again
although it might not be sexy you should
definitely definitely do it now we're
going to move on to the five biggest AI
automation use cases that we've seen
with livetime demos which I'm about to

AI automation use cases in real estate
so as I mentioned we have worked with
six and seven figure real EST real
estate clients implementing Ai and
automation solutions for just regular
brokerages luxury rental places
realators abroad and here's what we have
seen work and provide insane
organization times saved efficiency and
tens of thousands of dollars saved
Within These different verticals within
the broad category of real estate I'm
not here to gatekeep so feel free to
skip to the one that will help you most
and here are these right now I'm going
to go through all of these right now but
if one seems more useful to the other
feel free to skip in the video if you
want to all right so one is lead organ
ization and assignment this is actually
something that we drew up for a seven
figure client essentially what happened
here is we're mapping out the processes
of organizing their leads so all the
leads would come in from calls texts
emails Zillow other platforms Instagram
we would get them through an AI agent
right here and then what we do is send
that information to a Google sheet and
store all of this stuff now people might
be saying well a CRM would do this well
in some cases yes but it's not as
customized as a solution as this company
you needed they needed something that
would be able to handle calls that they
got and texts and then put it all in an
organized place and then this is the
kicker send out those leads to people in
that business to employees of that
business like real estate agents and
brokerages and stuff like that that
would want to see this information so a
lead comes in the lead would meet XYZ
criteria and then be sent out to a
specific person given a criteria which
is really cool it's custom lead
organization automating data from all
sources into a massive database and it
is is assigning leads to a person or a
place or a company or an entity based on
custom criteria right given the source
of the lead the location the need the
lead will gets automatically assigned to
an agent on WhatsApp and the summar is
automatically sent out from lead to
store to assigned to close hopefully as
soon as possible uh using Ai and
automation this is a really cool use
case second is a property availability
calendar which was super hard to build
this is very hard to build this is very
Advanced it's not done yet um but using
the same workflow we use Ai and
automation to make a livetime property
availability calendar in the rental game
there are many properties and there's
also a lot of people inquiring about
those many properties having a
centralized calendar for properties to
schedule showings and send quotes is
massive so you want to basically a
database of all your properties and the
availability over all the platform so
for example if you're listed on Zillow
and Airbnb if those things aren't
updating constantly you're always going
to have to reference different places to
see if your property is available and to
give accurate quotes to people and
timing and stuff like that cuz the last
thing you want to do is provide a
potential client with inaccurate quotes
about when they can rent your place all
right now having a centralized calendar
is huge for showings again and sending
out quotes this reduces efficent and
sending out quotes and estimates to
potential thousand clients like some of
the companies that we work for they're
charging two to three to $5,000 a night
for their properties so these are high
tick of clients that want to know ASAP I
can't snap on my left for some reason
but being able to pull out an
application and get real-time data is
invaluable and using AI we scrape the
availability from each place the
property is listed and then automated
these times and D into a central
calendar again this was insanely hard to
build like this is a very hard build but
is super useful three is a deal
organization Automation and again guys
the demo videos are coming down below uh
we're going to get to I think we have
two of them or one of them down below
that I will show you but the deal
organization automation as we mentioned
earlier is for backend automation which
is super super important and we
automated it through every time a deal
is closed a form is filled out and that
form goes into a data of Master sheets
and that form is also sent out to
whoever to a bookkeeper to the CEO
whoever needs to see it now deal details
are stored commissions are tracked and
organization is all automated saving
tens of thousands of dollars in just
time saved and you could even go one
step further by making some type of app
so every single person inside the app
whether it's a client whether it's an in
internal team member whatever it is a
referral they could all have their own
Pro profile in the app and this could
all be automated if you guys again need
any Clarity of how Ai and automation

247 lead qualification and generation
Bots that also doubles as a customer
service bot and I'm going to go through
a demo of this in a second but
essentially this lives on your company's
website or some other platforms and has
two main functions one is customer
support and two is lead generation the
AI chapot has livetime property
recommendations and property listings
from the MLS and was able to spit out
property recommendations B based on
budget Beds Bath location and a bunch of
other stuff if the user of the bot liked
the property then the bot went to Le gen
mode so again first it started out as
customer support people would ask
questions about the property it would
provide customer support if there's
interest detected then it would turn to
lead generation it would qualify them
ask him for a name and a contact and a
contact information and then try to book
them in for a call which is really
really cool and again I want to mention
this had a lifetime connection with the
mlso so if you're in the US you know
what the MLS is this is really cool and
only Realtors can get access to the MLS
API which you need to build out a system
like this now again it went to lead
generation mode it would collect a name
email and even schedule in a time for a
person to book XYZ property it was a 247
lead qualification and customer service
machine it was really cool and note this
does depend on a website traffic so this
is not something that you need if you
get zero visitors to your website or
social media this is something where
people are coming to your pages your
Instagram social media YouTube and they
could use a system like this to see
what's going on and see what your
company is currently offering uh and
stuff of that nature and here is a demo
of how that actual system looked like
now I do want to mention that this is a
very quick demo video A lot's going to
be happening really quickly here I'll do
my best to explain it I just want to
make a quick demo video for the sake of
time here but you can see starting off
with the person in blue which is like a
user like me this is me talking to the
bot and the AI in Gray here and this
person asked an open-ended question
saying what services do you offer so
let's play the demo video and I'll walk
you through how it works and what you're
seeing and you'll basically be able to
pick up on this so let's hit play right
here Boom the AI will think and then it
will tell the person an answer and then
the person it will go into let me pause
it it will go into a mode where it will
tell people and ask people if they want
to buy or sell so this person wants to
buy he wants to buy for himself and then
you could type in a property location so
this person wants to buy in Utah wants
three bedrooms three bathrooms he has a
maximum budget of $2.15 million minimum
budget of $600,000 and then boom
lifetime property recommendations based
on this person's budget and based on
what they want to see which is really
really cool you can ask for more photos
of the property more info on the
property this is a summarized AI
generated summary of the property which
is really cool and again it goes over
like everything on the property Beds
Bath acreage square footage all this
stuff at an instant it summarizes the
property for this person and then it
goes into lead generation mode so if
this person wanted to visit the property
then it would ask them for their name
ask them for their number why they want
to go ahead and buy a property why
they're moving when they want to move by
all this stuff are they Pro proof for a
mortgage one they want to move by and
and you can see how this works it's
insanely powerful and then they can go
ahead and book in a demo here as well
it's insanely powerful because again it
goes from customer support showing
lifetime properties to okay it detects
interest now go into lead generation
mode ask for a name ask for an email ask
for a number and get that person to book
in a call and again this works 24/7
across your website and other social
media channels you just have to send
traffic to the Bots and then it will
take care of the rest and finally guys
we have personalized quotes and
contracts which I went over earlier but
it's a huge use case that again you
should know the warmer the lead is the
better a chance it closes the faster you
can send a quote or a contract to this
warm lead the better a chance that they
pay you it might not sound like a big
deal but every single second counts
again real estate is super competitive
if you're not sending over information
as fast as possible it's really hard to
get a deal with all the people that are
hunting every single lead all right so
again this is sort of how it worked we
went over this earlier the client will
fill out a form this form will automat
automatically generate a personalized
quote or personalized contract and then
it will send it out through docu sign or
it will just send the quote to the
client all automated which is really
cool this saves massive time for
business owners you can fill out this
form in 2 minutes create a personalized
contract or quote then automatically
send it out via a signing software like
DocuSign again the faster you send the
agreement the better the chance you get
at the deal and every second counts it's
the truth especially in real estate and
how fast it moves you have to have stuff
that's being efficient you have to have
stuff that's increasing productivity and
