Transcripts
you have no energy to do anything
productive you lay in your bed all day
and your screen time probably looks like
this well I've been there before so in
this video I'm going to show you simple
things you can do today to shatter your
laziness Skyrocket your discipline and
change your life let's begin make an
alter ego many successful people have
created an alter ego to step out of
their comfort zone and become their
highest self so what is an alter ego an
alter ego is a version of you that has
everything you want to become it's
basically your highest version so give
your Alter Ego a cool name and make your
weaknesses their strength your
insecurity their confidence and your
laziness their motivation so now
whenever you're insecure lazy or tired
you can do what your alter ego would do
if Fai with your exact situation
eventually you won't need to act anymore
because your Alter Ego will emerge into
you if you start doing what the higher
version of yourself would do obviously
you'll become her this is like very iCal
eliminate
distractions distractions fuels our
laziness shatters our productivity and
destroys our motivation so by
eliminating distractions you'll
singlehandedly cure your laziness
because you now won't have anything to
procrastinate with you now won't have
the option to be lazy you'll only have
the option to go after your goals and
finish what needs to be done so how do
you eliminate distractions on my journey
to become more disciplined I realized
that my phone was my biggest distraction
my phone made it extremely hard to do
anything worthwhile I tried to sit down
and be productive yet all I did was
mindlessly scroll for hours so what
helped me stop this is filling my
socials with people that inspire me so
whenever I end up on my phone all I see
are videos who motivate me into becoming
my best self who push me into doing what
needs to be done so start consuming
stuff that actually aligns with your
goals Embrace failure shifting our
mindset about failure is a simple yet
powerful way to Skyrocket our discipline
and eradicate our laziness okay why is
that so many of us stay lazy not because
we choose to stay lazy but because we're
Paralyzed by the idea of failing or
making mistakes we're Paralyzed by the
idea of things not going in our way so
we sit down and do nothing I myself
experienced this when I started my
YouTube channel i' had never created
anything before so the whole process of
making videos felt odd scary and
challenging what will people think of me
how do I start what if I fail question
questions like this were constantly
polluting my mind freezing me to in
action in the end I got tired of not
doing anything so instead of letting
doubt stop me I used it as a reason to
do it anyway instead of letting fear
control me I used it as a fire to
proceed and succeed shifting my mindset
about failure from bad to good
difficulty to opportunity and shame to
growth gave me the courage needed to
start making videos and now it's one of
my favorite things to do so don't be
ashamed of failing or making mistakes
they only help you identify weak points
you can improve on making you a smarter
stronger and more confident
individual
accountability so this is when you take
full responsibility over everything in
your life and the reason why it's so
important is because the second you take
ownership of your problems is the second
you start addressing them so if you're
currently stuck in laziness start
accepting accountability for the little
things in your life like making your bed
in the morning doing this little task
will motivate you to do another another
one and another one and another one
until you eventually have an overall
productive day use the 5sec rule many
times we just need that little push to
stop procrastinating and get started so
if you're struggling to do something
count down from five and when you reach
one take action
immediately so that is the end of the
video I hope this video motivate you to
go after your goals and become your most
disciplined self thank you so much for
watching and see you in the next video
