Transcripts
yo what's up we are now well I was about
to say in front of the house but this is
technically the back side of the house
and yeah uh it's a different video than
I would normally shoot and I I never
thought I would shoot a video like this
before but it seems like I have no other
choice
so um where do we start yeah I bought
this landan in 2021 in springtime or
yeah something and then uh in 2023 in
November the house was finished it took
2 and A2 years it's a big house I know
but you know we have two kids now and a
dog uh and I always wanted to have a big
house so we can have enough space you
know it's been gradually improving over
the
years and it was expensive yeah but we
we felt like we made the right choices
so uh you know I started when I started
my YouTube channel I live in uh an
apartment 42 square meters at hugood I
bought m in the
Falcon and then I I I was always a well
I wasn't always a hardworking guy I was
gaming a lot in the old days but I
stopped gaming and then I brought mil
the Falcon and I couldn't really afford
him but I went on these nimber trips uh
just went around Norway because I love
driving and I made money on nimber trips
and that could pay off millon the Falcon
so I could keep him otherwise I would
probably not be able to pay the the the
loan for it and I just had a regular
office job back then but then I was
lucky with the timing so that uh I
managed to build up my channel and then
eventually we well we had a little move
over to budha but we didn't like it so
we moved back to Oslo and then we bought
that house in arabu and we will stay
there actually for I think 7 years yeah
until we move over here but over there
on there were several things we didn't
like over the years like some some noise
you know the traffic and eventually we
wanted family and I figured out that
it's it's a maybe not the best place for
children to grow up grow up but over
here yes him it is wonderful we have a
dead end or I mean yeah there's like a
dead end Street around here so there's
no traffic D driving through I can walk
Isabel and do uh with basically almost
no cars passing by here it's a quiet
neighborhood uh you know everything is
so nice and tidy over here I love it the
house also is wonderful spacious modern
very
efficient
um yeah so that's just how the the stuff
uh eventually evolved but okay some like
many people will always
uh I don't know
like yell at me for for buying the pool
but you know I've been doing the whole
YouTube work
for I don't know 10 11 years or
something right yeah don't remember
exactly when I started let's say 10 11
years of youtubing so I gradually buil
up my
channel to the point where I felt like
okay I'm I'm making good money here I'm
working hard by making good money let's
just get the dream house which is what
you see behind us here
uh and one way to convince wifey to come
here was to get the pool I also wanted
the pool I was more interested in the
big well yeah the the
insulated part garage double garage with
uh like waterborne floor heating that
was my thing you know my man cave but um
yeah if we would if we wouldn't move
here we will actually end up in a place
in feton which is not the best location
lo location wise it's kind of clumsy and
also not that big lot around 500 square
met this is 1,000 square me lot so it's
a lot more space okay it cost more but I
feel like this was the best choice and
now after living here for 7 months I
feel feel like this is you know really
good choice I love it here and the whole
pool you can see say uh it's pointless
to have a pool well actually it is a
heated pool now in the evening I could
even take a swim days 27° C and also
I've done some measurement of course the
pool is 44,000 L according to the spec I
asked the pools no guy big thumbs up to
them by the way for getting everything
done finished and if you want to raise
the temperature of the water by 1° C on
44,000 L of pool water I calculate that
we need 50 KW hour of energy if it's
cop1 but then since I have a heat
pump uh I done some measurement and I it
seems like I have Cop 4 which means that
I need only around 12 KW
hour know electricity to heat at the
pool 1° C and 12 KW hour cost roughly 1
in Norway during summer and sometimes
I'm even lucky with the low price say
low spot price so I can get away with
almost half of that you know if I just
try to time it but once I've heated the
pool which I've done now then we just
have to maintain the Heat and another
thing I found out is that now the pool
cover is on I have it on always it is
for safety it is also for efficiency
because it insulate but also reduces or
actually almost eliminates evaporation
and actually during daytime when the sun
shines here I calculated that I get
around 7 kilowatt well actually I'm not
sure but I'm guessing around 7 kilowatt
of heat and I was seeing that the pool
even heats up during the daytime when
the sun shines there so when I talk
about the whole whatever we need uh on
sunny days we might need even less than
that to maintain the heat in the yeah
okay okay okay I measure that the heat
loss I mean how I tried to shut down the
the heat the pool uh heating for 24
hours and it was even raining during
that time and semic cold at night and so
on and I lost how many degrees cels per
24 hours one which means
that it would cost me maybe €1 per day
to maintain the heat in the pool yeah so
to all the haters out there say oh you
know L I can't wait to see the
electricity bill well €1 per day I'll
take it I'll take it
yeah but the pool and the garage and the
house is like my reward for working my
ass off for 10 years so I can afford
this yeah and now there is one problem
which is that we went overboard maybe
with some things and many people they
they're quick to draw conclusions and
blame the pool always blame pool you
know but there are lots of other things
that CA the
the house to you know to become more
expensive for example I did not foresee
that the municipality would charge me
250k Nook or let's let's say around
€25,000 for some kind of connection fee
to the sewer system and the whatever
like huh till coings are whatever they
call it no and and also the uh what is
again the fee for applying for building
or whatever huh quarter million nuk just
for that huh really and then okay the
price but the pool you know from pools
at and know the supply they had one
price okay fair and square but then you
also had to add pricing for digging and
some kind of whatever you know and the
big the shed and some of the other stuff
okay that added up but it's not only the
pool that blew the budget we have sigal
kitchen that cost 350k nuk you know 1/3
of a mill Nook or in Euros
30,000 um maybe we don't need that
because I've been using the kitchen for
6 months and we could have done it just
fine with an Ikea kitchen that c cost
half of that Ikea they actually have
pretty good stuff I just wanted Sig doll
because that's what they offered you
know they had the package and they say
okay we offer you Sig doll kitchen but
if you don't want sigal kitchen they
have to deduct something from the what
they were okay wait for S down but on
hindsight maybe I should have gone for
Ikea instead I could have saved maybe
100 150k nuke there right and then the
heated and insulated garage well guess
what I haven't actually used the the
garage heating that much at all because
yeah some of the circumstance but just
going to keep the story short but the
heat the garage with floor with water
born floor heating whatever that is also
connected to the har of the house also
costus 700,000 Nook extra you know and
also the house you see now it's nice
white but you can probably see that the
shed and the garage has a slightly
different tint than the house initially
the house also had that yellowish the
the prepainted panels on the house was
so thin that it's supposed to last only
2 years before you repaint the whole
house and we were like huh is supposed
to be like this yeah you could almost
see the wood stuff through that thin
paint so we paid extra around 100,000 no
around €10,000 extra to get them to
paint the whole house and now the house
is good for at least 15 years before we
have to do something so I felt like I
made the right decisions and I invested
in the right things during the building
process but that meant blowing the
budget and the only way to get the house
done and you know with the bank and so
on was that Aus would then give me this
private loan to me it was around 1 thou
1.4 million Nook around €130,000
and okay around Christmas hours around
Christmas time I managed to pay down
them in some big chunks around 100K 100K
Nook as I paid 300,000 Nook on that loan
but
then New Year came and then we were
still missing some basic stuff in the
house like some shower walls and and
some uh uh
Ikea what you call it wardrobe and some
other basic stuff we're still missing
lots of stuff here we don't have
curtains we don't have Sun blinds we
we're lacking lots of stuff by the way
the the balcony what you see there it
seems unfinished because that is in um
they call impregnated
wood uh and you have to let it dry for 2
years supposedly before you can paint it
that's why it is not painted yet but it
is supposed to be like that you know if
you paint it now it's not good um but
yeah so we um so after New Year we had
some things that I felt like okay we we
kind of need this so it was like 50k
Nook in the shower walls and some yeah
and the shower head whatever and then
the uh wardrobe okay another know 50k
Nook there uh some sun blinds in the
bathroom uh the flas okay 20K they were
expensive but that's okay end game we're
not going to upgrade or do anything
there so there's been stuff going on in
the springtime that I had
to decide to buy but eventually this
summer I said stop okay we we can't just
keep buying stuff uh we we can just live
it live in the house like this it is
actually perfectly fine yeah okay
without show wall that becomes a bit
cumbersome the water splashes all over
the place but now it is fine it's not
that hot so we don't really need sun
blinds yet we can live without it it's a
bit comfort but it still works I have
the portable air conditioner there you
know it's noisy but it works we have
extreme summer maybe just two one to two
weeks per
year so yeah and we have some some ugly
tinting going on there that's my
craftmanship
but the house works fine it's still
wonderful to live here I love yes him it
is um it is chill here it's not so fussy
like Oslo uh so overall I I experienced
that I made the right decision to move
to yes him yeah but the problem is that
loan to idus that okay I managed to pay
down a chunk of it it still had around
1.2 million Nook and it has now grown to
be almost 1.3 million Nook because after
first of
May initially we started with around 10
10% interest and then it jumped up to
12% after New Year and but after 1 of
May it jumped to 15%
because they don't
want me to have that loan and I fully
understand but I was unable to pay in
time I actually had no idea how to do it
uh but I didn't want to lose the house
because we we fought so long for the
house for 2 and a half years plus the
delay that idus caused it should have
been just one and a half year that's a
different
story
um and and but I feel like cannot fight
idus and get some compensation for it's
long it's complicated but I should have
moved into this house one year earlier
approximately and one year earlier in
2022 the interest rate was not that high
but when I sold the house in 2023 the
interest rate was going through the roof
lots of people didn't dare to buy when
we had the they call it buun there when
we sold the house there was like
actually Tech it was an auction there
was only one guy who was interested
which was my neighbor all the other guys
they didn't dare to buy it because it
was just too much uncertainty around the
high interest rate so the timing was
really bad and it actually caused me to
most likely to lose out on lots of you
know I could get a better price if I
sold it one year earlier that is my
prediction you know plus that I had to
pay for two loan the old house plus the
new here at least the lot here you know
and
so unfortunately that's how it ended up
it was out of my control wait oh the the
light fired up
now so yeah certain things happen in
life that is out of your control so yeah
that's just how it is right so I mean
I've been trying to save money but uh
things just kept happening and okay
we're like okay we have to buy this but
eventually I said stop we cannot buy
more okay it's fine the house is fine
but then idus email me and like yeah
okay uh how is it going with the loan I
said well I'm I I I can't I mean
I can I
cannot find I cannot win on the lottery
I cannot find that much money yet but
just give me time okay I know I can make
the money because just look in the past
like I've been buying this I've been
buying that over the year I mean every
almost every month and that was possible
so I have the possibility to save money
and get it there eventually but it just
need some time and I've been quite
unfortunate with some family situation
and some other stuff lately which kind
of makes it slightly harder for me to go
out and make good videos that can get me
more money so it's like a down spiral
I'm like in a deadlock I mean like in a
chest mate here like okay I cannot do
anything I'm pinned down I have to shoot
this video at night now when the kids
are
asleep so I have already asked ask some
of my biggest sponsors like is there a
possibility that you guys can loan me
€100,000 and they said well the answer
is most likely going to be no and I said
yes I know but I have to give it a one
last shot because I'm running out the
ideas and if I don't know worst case is
that we have to sell the house sell the
house and we we might get 14,000 Nook
for the house 14 sorry 14 million look
for the house but I spend more than that
on the house but because of their High
interest rate nowadays people are not
going to pay that much for the house so
yeah which means that I
will lose money on this house but that
is the the last solution if idus wants
the money ASAP then I have no other
choice you know they pin me down against
the wall and I can't do
anything uh I also asked the bank but
the bank already back then extended it
was 10 million nuk they extended it to
11 million Nook but then when I ask for
more they say it's not legal to go for
higher yeah the bank can legally not go
that higher so I'm like well okay
unfortunately yeah I mean I know I can
save money because I don't drink alcohol
I don't smoke I don't spend money on you
know useless stuff uh I I spend the
money wisely yeah but unfortunately
that's the rule of the bank if the bank
could only allow me to go 1 million more
that would be game over I mean that
would be yeah game over for this the
problem and I I no problem for me to pay
that much extra
so I'm just explaining to you guys how
it is and the I came up with a crazy
idea but I was like no no no no I can't
do that I I cannot bring myself down and
humiliate myself well now I'm sitting
here and I'm I'm going to humiliate
myself and I'm going to ask you guys if
there's anyone out there who is willing
to help me not to give me money but you
can loan me money I can go as high as
10% interest rate it is crazy but it is
better to give you guys 10% interest
rate and to give e day who's
15% and other options asking family
member uh I kind of done that but uh uh
the answer is unfortunately know over
there Ive tried it already there is no
other possibility
so it it is in a way
very I don't I don't know what to say
but it is such a shame I'm going to be
so sad if I lose the house I bought the
house I build the house for my family if
I live alone or if I live with just
wifey and a dog we could live in way
smaller house like like like over there
at Alo that was large enough for us
actually more than large enough actually
but I figure that for the future for
expanding my business for expanding the
family this is going to be really com
comfortable and I can afford it remember
that the house cost more than 14 million
Nook and it's just that top 1 million
look extra that causes the big problem
here you know so not it's not like I
couldn't afford it okay okay technically
I couldn't afford it I could afford 90
95% of this but it's that last five or
10% that blew the budget that causes big
baluba big macaroni right
now so yeah so uh I mean whatever I'm
going to be yell at big time that's fine
that helps the YouTube algorithm LOL uh
but if there's anyone out there who
wants to loan me money we have to sign
this contract we can just use the
contract from idus as a template I just
you know we have a written contract I
owe you this much you you know I have to
pay you this much in interest
rate uh and so on uh and I'm you know
I'm an honest guy I'm not going to run
away anyway I can't run anyway
anyway that would be really grateful uh
just you know small like if I can just
get let's say
even, 2,000 Euro loan here and there and
we have many of those it would actually
make a difference and especially if you
can tip it over and say that okay I
managed to find 500 or 600k no or
whatever and idus has then the remaining
little bit there or if way can then ask
the bank if they can just stretch it by
a couple of hundred thousand Nook you
know yeah but I don't know I'm this is
my final shot for the house and if
nothing works out then I have to sell it
but the crazy thing is that okay we sell
the house okay it's it's going to be the
biggest uh biggest uh disappointment in
my career
but we can actually afford a relatively
spacious house if you want to buy
another one well actually or yeah or if
we can rent we can we don't have to rent
a small apartment we can actually get OK
space and so on but it's just the fact
that I'm going to lose so much money and
to lose the whole it's it's a principal
case yeah this just but whatever
so yeah uh I think I'm done uh talking
now
and I will actually have to go inside
and shoot some and edit some videos and
then I'm going to uh do a range test at
night because that's the only time I
have time to do something because
nowadays it's I okay short story
nowadays I I almost cannot do anything
because oxel just happened to be a baby
that cries a lot when he lays alone so
we have to carry him a lot so that's
puts a big strain on one of us occupies
one of us quite a lot and then Isabelle
is also a bit grumpy is from time to
time uh especially when oxus run
something about you know Big Sisters
little brother and you know yeah mother
giving attention to the little brother
instead and Sh like like that right
plus that wife is still recovering from
the C-section so she has some limitation
when it comes to carrying heavy you know
toddler or stuff like that so that's why
I have to take my part of the
responsibility as a dad to also help
here but it's going to be things are
going to be better fortunately because
Isabelle will start kindergarten from 1
of uh August so I just have to survive
now for the next month is plus the te
Ving stock whatever they call it yeah in
the beginning so so once Isabell is that
in the kindergarten I should have way
more available time in the office hours
Monday Friday to get some work done but
yeah okay I also need to maybe tell you
guys that I need to do I can't just
getting a loan is not the solution the
solution is to bring more cash flow into
my business and in the past I have been
kind of reluctant of getting something
but for example tber approached me and
they wanted me to make videos about grid
rewards and I was like hm okay after a
little bit back and forth they said
they're going to pay me money I'm like
well usually I don't do that but I mean
why not so yeah they paid me money to
make the T video I'm going to make two
videos one is already out the second one
will come out soon and I figured why not
because I love Tio I've been using t for
many years and uh just talking about G
rewards to get
money why not so I I should take more uh
sponsored videos out there but I have to
see what it is of course but actually
okay let's try it I'm open for it many
Chinese companies has has approached me
before asking me to review some products
I have to see what it is but if there's
something interesting that my viewers
would like to use I don't know
accessories for cars or whatever like
inflated bed okay they can ship me the
items for free but they also have to
maybe send me money pay me for reviewing
that product because like some of my
friends have told me who also runs other
businesses they said B don't sell
yourself too cheap keep I'm like huh
really well it is true um you know MC
Hammer I got full ppf on him plus
ceramic clothing it cost get on o design
around I mean uh the the customer price
would be 50,000 Nook for the full repap
for them it probably cost way less
because of whatever right but they gave
it to me for free and in the following
years when I had MC Hammer they made
made something like 3 million look in
they call
itting they they at least you know they
sold uh rap service for you know tens
time several tens time more than what
they invested in me and I was like wa
really and I've seen now the numbers
when I promote uh like sexy buttons I
actually get the commission when I
promote sexy button those those guys are
nice to give me commission you know so
so I realized that wow okay there is a
lot of untapped resource here I should
actually promote more of the stuff and
other channels are doing it I'm actually
almost not promoting any products like
that so maybe I should balance it and do
a little bit more of that you know
because I heard that other YouTube
channels they actually get more cash
flow from that than just the YouTube
income which is the main income for me
right now so okay I'm going to try that
but I have to do something to get the
cash flow going
higher uh at least temporarily and once
I clear the big ass loan I mean not the
biggest loan but I clear that that top
loan you know that 1 million the 100,000
Euro loan like after one two years
whatever then I can lower my shoulder
and go back to more normal stuff or I
could just keep it up who knows you know
we'll see how it goes but yeah so that's
just how it is um I think now I'm going
to stop talking because the video is
already too long but um thank you guys
for watching my channel for supporting
me all this year I highly appreciate it
and no matter what happens if I sell the
house I'm still going to make YouTube
videos of course it just that it might
not be as smooth and
uh and comfortable as it is right now
but I I can always hire rent a place
where I can have my banana boxes or I
can have it in the basement but it's a
bit cumbersome but usually like a Mini
Storage like I did initially will work
you know I can still do my range test I
can still do this and that but we will
either way if we sell the house by the
way we will still live in yesim because
we already got the Isabelle's um
kindergarten in yes him so moving to
another place would be kind of
cumbersome yeah okay but anyway yeah I
think I'm just going to end it now so
thank you guys for watching and Wait I
messed up that but I hope you guys enjoy
the video as always thank you watching
and talk to later and this is going to
be unedited videos I will just upload it
right like it is now okay bye-bye
