جماعه من اهل العلم الاجماع عليه منهم ابو

الحفيد فيحرم حلق اللحيه اجماعا والمراد

استئصالها بحيث لا يبقى شيء من شعرها اما
اخذ شيء منها فاهل العلم مختلفون في دخوله
في جمله الاعفاء والتوفير المامور به ام
لا والصحيح ان اخذ ما زاد عن القبضه صحت
به الاثار عن الصحابه كابن عمر وابي غيره
واما ما دون ذلك مما هو فوق القبضه فلم
يصح عن احد من الصحابه رضي الله عنهم
الاخذ منه وهذه المساله مما عظمت البليه
فيها في الازمنه المتاخره عند الناس فصار
من المنكرات الظاهره حلق اللحيه بالكليه
ومخالفه امر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في
التوفير والاعفاء واشد ما تعظم المصيبه به
في وقوع هذا المنكر اذا كان في من ينتسب
الى العلم
والتعليم وشيوع منكر ما لا يؤذن بغض الطرف
عنه فان المحرم محرم قل او كثر فشى في
الناس ام لم يفشوا فيهم والواجب على طالب
العلم ان يرعى هذا الامر في المنكرات وان
يمتثل قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم في حديثي
سعيد الخدري المخرج في صحيح مسلم من راى
منكم منكرا
فليغيره بيده فان لم يستطع فبلسانه فان لم
يستطع فبقلبه وذلك اضعف الايمان وتغيير
القلب يكون بكراهته الذنب وبغضي وهذا امر
يجب ان يطرده الانسان في جميع المعاصي ولو
كثرت وفشت وان يحرك داعي الانكار في نفسه
عند رؤيه
لها وعظمت المصيبه اكثر واكثر في الازمنه
الاخيره بتطلب مخارج لهذا المنكر وتشريعه
بين الناس واظهار هذه المساله من خفاف
المسائل التي يسع الامر فيها الخلق وهذا
من رقه الدين وضعفه في نفوس الناس وقد بلغ
الامر بمن ضرب في هذا المسلك بالتماس ماسي
بناء ذلك على دليل فقال احد المتكلمين في
هذه المساله وقد وجدت مخرجا لمن وقع في
حلق اللحيه وهو ان الاصوليين مختلفون في
دلاله افعل هل هي على الوجوب او الاستحباب
او للطلب الشائع بين الوجوب والاستحباب
وعلى ذلك تكون الادله السابقه في وجوب
توفير اللحيه وارخاء جاريه على هذا الخلاف
فيكون الامر فيها متسعا وهذا كله من رقه
الدين وضعفه في قلوب الخلق
و اهل العلم والمنتسبون للشريعه ينبغي ان
يبنوا تدينهم على العزائم لا على الرخص
ومن ظن ان بناء الدين على الرخص يجب له في
قلوب الخلق فقد زل فان ابن مسعود كان يقول
ان هذا الامر جد فاذا خلطت موه بالهزل
مجته قلوب الناس فمن يظن انه بتيسير للدين
كما يتوهم ببنائه على الرخص المجزوم بها
او المنونه او الموهمه فقد اخطى طريقه
الكتاب والسنه فان الله عز وجل لما امر
اهل الكتاب قال لهم
خذوا الكتاب بقوه فالدين انما يقوم وتقبله
القلوب اذا كان معظما في النفوس فاذا رقق
الدين لهم وحبب بهذا المسلك فانهم ينفرون
منه بل
ينفرون من الداعي الذي اختار هذا ومن
تلاعب الشيطان بالناس ما ارتكبه بعض
المنتسبين الى الدعوه من ابتغاء هذا الاصل
ظانين انهم يوصلون الدين بذلك الى قلوب
الخلق وهو خلاف طريقه الكتاب والسنه فان
الكتاب والسنه لم تنسج هذا في تقعيد الدين
في قلوب الناس
وتقليله فيهم بل جرت على طلبهم بالعزائم
والكمالات لان النفوس اذا عزمت وكملت قوت
على سلوك الطريق واذا اضعفت بمثل هذه
الرخص انقطعت عن سلوك الطريق فينبغي على
طالب العلم ان يلازم الاخذ بالعزيمه
المقويه لان الرخص
الموهن المتوهم تضعف دين الانسان فان
المراه يبدا برخصه مجمع عليها ثم يتسارع
الى رخصه مختلف فيها ثم يرتكب بعدها رخصه
متوهمه حتى يتلاشى دينه بالكليه كما ترونه
اليوم في حال الناس فلا تنظر الى من هلك
كيف هلك ولكن انظر الى من نج كيف نجا
واعلم ان اعظم الطرق المؤديه الى تعظيم
الدين في قلوب الناس هو تعظيمه لهم وبناء
فعلهم له على الكامل واما الناقص فانه لا
ينفعهم وما يجري عليه الناس من من ابتغاء
غير هذا السبيل لا ينفع الداعي ولا المدعو
وستنبت الايام عن حقائق ذلك ومن يسلك هذا
المسلك ممن يطلب رضى الجماهير يخسر
الجماهير حتما وقد سلكه قبله اناس فخسروا
جماهيرهم وربما رجع عليهم جماهيرهم باللعن
وربما هم انخلع من الاسلام بالكليه وانتحل
مذاهب الزندقه والنفاق رائجه في كل عصر
تحت اسماء مختلفه كالعلم انيه والليبراليه
وغيرها فليحذر الطالب هذا الامر وياخذ
نفسه بالاحوط ليسلم له دينه
