eccoci qua eccoci qua sono tornato così
senza neanche avvisare ero sparito senza
neanche avvisare sono tornato senza
neanche avvisare perché perché un po
avevo perso gli stimoli un po per
mancanza di tempo adesso invece tanti
nuovi stimoli e adesso vi racconterò
anche perché come vedete anche un nuovo
set 9 luce nuova videocamera tutto nuovo
insomma ci stanno pensando no queste
persone
in questo momento sono dipendenti e
stanno meditando cosa fare del loro
futuro se a continuare ad essere
dipendenti essere assunti da un'azienda
che permette al lavoro da remoto
diventare free lance
oppure cercare diciamo la via di mezzo
quindi convincere nell'azienda con la
quale lavorano adesso a permettere al
lavoro da remoto
allora quello che io ho consigliato a
queste persone
o meglio prima ho cercato di capire
quali fossero le loro paure perché
comunque alla fine si parla sempre di
una paura se si è in una certa
situazione quella del dipendente in
questo caso stiamo parlando sempre di
web developer
remoto
proprio lavoro cose assolutamente
porno per lui oppure no semplicemente
community meetup conferenze viaggiare
esponenziale e quindi sostanzialmente io
queste persone le vorrei incoraggiare
comunque ad affrontare il loro paure
mi è capitato anche comunque di recente
di leggere classico dei classici padre
ricco padre povero e lì si cita come
tanti altri libri che comunque sbagliare
è nella natura umana
i bambini imparano a camminare cadendo
anzi certe volte bisogna andare in
quella direzione perché solo sbagliando
sappiamo che quella cosa fa corretta e
quindi possiamo metterci nella giusta
carreggiata
come dicevo prima se queste persone che
sono dipendenti ma in cuor loro dicono
cavolo però mi piacerebbe lavorare
viaggiando oppure continuano magari
ascoltare talk ispirazionale di persone
che parlano del lavoro da remoto allora
vuol dire che in fondo stanno pensando a
quel tipo di vita e quindi perché no
dovete
tra virgolette cercare ma può provenire
da questi contatti
state tranquilli che se voi siete
professionali rispettate le scadenze vi
mettete a disposizione come un qualsiasi
professionista e lavoro non mi manca
dovete fare un bel lavoro ventoux orchi
prima questo sì quindi non partite
domani dicevamo simona mi ha detto che
mi devo licenziare faccio la vita
freelance no perché poi non è che
militano a dirvi a dirmi ma tu mi avevi
detto no no no attenzione prima dovete
remoto at work fiber ce ne sono
quindi
sono tornato così in pompa magna
mancano mi devo anche abbastanza corto e
[Musica]
ce ne saranno altri su queste tematiche
vi preannuncio che comunque arriveranno
anche interviste ci sono parecchie cose
in ballo e di queste cose soprattutto
dalle remote working ne sentirete
parlare parecchio base niente da dirvi
un'ultima cosa visto che sono tornato
magari un like us polliciata non fa male
ciao
