O que incluímos nessa mini casa sustentável: primeiro, um telhado
verde. Você sabe o que é um telhado verde? Ele é um telhado onde a gente tem uma
impermeabilização adequada. Enfim, existe uma forma adequada de fazer esse telhado, mas a gente
tem plantas ali em cima desse telhado. Isso traz várias vantagens em termos de sustentabilidade
e vou elencar aqui algumas delas. Essas plantas que estão presentes no telhado
verde ajudam na fotossíntese, então elas ajudam a purificar o ar que está em torno dessa casa e
a purificar o ar do entorno do bairro, digamos se muitas casas tivessem esse tipo de telhado,
mais o jardim e mais árvores plantadas o ar desse lugar seria muito mais puro, digamos assim.
As plantas que estão presentes elas ajudam a purificar o ar, absorvendo os poluentes
do ar e ajudando na produção de oxigênio. Então só por aí já é uma grande vantagem,
mas tem mais vantagens. Tem a drenagem, porque a
água da chuva ali é armazenada para ajudar a molhar essas plantas em época de seca.
Essa retenção de água tem duas vantagens: ajuda a aliviar o sistema de esgoto durante as enxurradas
de água porque ajuda a absorver um pouco. Não vai toda essa água
da chuva para o esgoto público. A gente chama de permeabilidade,
quando a gente tem no terreno um solo que tem a grama, que tem a permeabilidade,
isso ajuda a aliviar um pouquinho o sistema de esgoto e diminuí aí o problema com as enchentes.
Por outro lado também poupa água que seria utilizada para irrigação das plantas.
O telhado verde, ele absorve sons também, então ele ajuda a diminuir a poluição sonora
e ajuda também a diminuir a temperatura porque a irradiação solar não incide em cima desse telhado.
Além de tudo isso, ainda ajuda no reequilíbrio da natureza porque esse verde atrai pássaros e todo
o entorno ali tem ganho com isso. Uma outra característica que
torna ela sustentável é a alvenaria. Ela construída ou foi projetada para ser
construída toda em tijolos ecológicos, que são feitos de resíduos de obra.
Foi projetado também uma cisterna, que é um reservatório para captação de água da chuva.
Então a água vem pelo telhado, desce pela calha e vai até a cisterna e essa água pode ser utilizada
para descarga do banheiro e também para regar plantas e fazer limpeza, por exemplo, na rua.
Além disso, a energia dessa casa é gerada através das placas fotovoltaicas no telhado.
Então ela produz a própria energia que utilizará. Outra coisa também que se pensou foi a criação
de iluminações zenitais, tanto no banheiro quanto ali em cima da cozinha.
Essas iluminações zenitais trazem a luz para dentro do ambiente, fazendo com que a gente
economize na utilização de lâmpadas, por exemplo. Então se a gente tem bastante iluminação nessa
peça a gente não precisará ficar acendendo luz durante o dia.
Por último, ainda a gente pode tratar o esgoto dessa casa através de biodigestor,
através de uma pequena estação de tratamento de efluente que existem em tamanhos bem reduzidos
para que quando a gente solte esse esgoto na rede pública a gente já solte um esgoto tratado.
