the world and it's in very effective her
herb it's very cheap found easily it's
found in the form of teas also as in

dandelion over here because dandelion is
very very effective to keep our liver
healthy dandelion is going to give
strength to our liver it is going to
improve the health of our gallbladder
also it's going to improve the
production of B also that will help us
in digestion that is going to help in

also works as an diuretic so it's good
for kidney also and that's why it's
going to reduce the puffiness from the
face or from the body it will help to
decrease the fluid retention that's the
function of dandelion if it's in the tea
form the tea bag form just take one tea
bag if it's in the raw form just take
handful of this herb and and put it in a
glass that's 250 to 300 mL of water now
in this water add the second ingredient
that's cinnamon use good quality of
cinnamon try to find silon cinnamon
that's good quality of cinnamon that is
much effective than the ordinary
cinnamon try to go for that but if you
can't find that then whatever you have
use that cinnamon how much if it's
cinnamon powder you'll use 1/4 to half
teaspoon if it's raw cinnamon then just
break it into small pieces and put it in
the water how much about this much you
have to use put it in the water now boil
this water for about 2 to 3 minutes
after boiling just keep it in room
temperature and after 5 to 7 Minutes
stain this and your tea is ready just
two ingredients and the tea is ready if
you want to enhance the taste you can
add lemon or lime juice to it but if
you'll add lemon or lime juice the
temperature should be below 40 or near
to 40 not more and also you can add a
little bit of honey to it honey should
be organic good quality I says honey can
help you in weight loss how because it
will give you feeling of satiety you
will be full it will kill your sugar
Cravings honey has lots of good effects
on our body but only if you are using
only honey throughout the day you are
not eating chunk you are not eating
sweets or sugar then yes little bit of
honey in the tea you can use so see how
