play00:00

how do we survive a seemingly tyrannical

play00:02

two-tier Justice government for the next

play00:04

four years let alone the next 10 years

play00:06

if that's what sakir stama really wants

play00:09

now a few obligatory caveats I say

play00:12

seemingly because that's the opinion

play00:13

that I Garner online from Reading lots

play00:16

and lots of different messages and

play00:17

viewpoints from different people I say

play00:20

tyrannical because we've seen people

play00:21

going to prison for many months for

play00:24

things that they've written on Facebook

play00:25

that they didn't really mean probably

play00:27

anyway and yet they've gone to prison n

play00:30

less and I say Suit to tier because not

play00:34

withstanding we've seen people going to

play00:35

prison for what they've posted on

play00:36

Facebook we've seen people escaping

play00:38

prison for all sorts of really serious

play00:40

offenses some of which involving

play00:43

children and all sorts of serious

play00:45

assaults that I Won't Say on YouTube for

play00:47

fear of this video getting blacklisted

play00:49

and no one will ever see it but they've

play00:51

escaped prison for all sorts of silly

play00:53

reasons for example the prisons were

play00:56

overcrowded and there's an example of

play00:59

this in fact that I'll come to now I

play01:01

will be giving you some ideas on how to

play01:02

survive this seemingly tyrannical period

play01:04

for the next few years to keep

play01:06

yourselves out of trouble but I'll also

play01:08

be telling you some stories along the

play01:09

way just to bring this back to reality

play01:11

now the case that you've all probably

play01:13

read about where the chap was supposed

play01:14

to go to prison because of a serious

play01:16

assault is probably the best example of

play01:20

where the judges have been pressured by

play01:23

the system so I don't blame the judges

play01:25

because it's not the judge's fault but

play01:28

there's clear pressure upon the judges

play01:30

not to send certain people into prison

play01:33

where they should have otherwise gone to

play01:35

prison in the judge's own words and I

play01:38

quote from the judge's words if we had

play01:40

been in different times then it would

play01:43

have been virtually inevitable that you

play01:45

would have had to go into custody the

play01:47

only reason you've escaped immediate

play01:49

custody today is because the prison

play01:51

overcrowding

play01:53

crisis so he would have gone to prison

play01:56

because of a serious offense now if he

play02:00

hasn't gone to prison because of the

play02:02

overcrowding crisis then that does beg

play02:05

the question as to why people posting

play02:07

things on Facebook as horrible as those

play02:09

posts have been I don't condone and I

play02:11

don't agree with things that have been

play02:12

posted on Facebook or social media

play02:14

calling for violence and calling for

play02:16

people to be attacked and so on I don't

play02:17

condone those I don't support those but

play02:20

it does raise the question why have they

play02:22

gone to prison when others haven't

play02:25

particularly when we look at recent news

play02:27

now I did a video which I've unlisted so

play02:29

it doesn't kill the YouTube algorithm

play02:31

but I did a video where I described why

play02:33

the chap that threw objects at Nigel

play02:36

farage didn't go to prison now I'll re

play02:38

explain that here in the context of this

play02:41

not that I agree with it sometimes I

play02:43

give you the raw honest truth on this

play02:45

channel it's not necessarily what I

play02:47

agree with I'm just telling you as it is

play02:48

and if you like this fresh blunt brutal

play02:50

approach to what's going on please do

play02:53

consider subscribing because I am not

play02:54

mainstream media I'm not going to be

play02:56

mainstream media I've turned down

play02:58

Investments multiple times to ort of

play03:00

work with me on my channel here and

play03:01

become producers of my channel not going

play03:03

to happen because I promise you the

play03:05

brutal honest truth on this channel so

play03:07

please do subscribe if you want this as

play03:09

a fresh alternative but the reason that

play03:11

chap didn't go to prison not that I

play03:13

agree with it if you want my personal

play03:15

opinion on these things I reserve those

play03:16

for black belt Secrets my other channel

play03:17

Linked In the description below but the

play03:19

reason that he didn't go to prison is

play03:21

that he was in my view perhaps charged

play03:23

with something that gave the judge no

play03:25

real alternative but to give him a

play03:26

suspended sentence because it was much

play03:28

more lenient in the way that those

play03:30

offenses are charged and the sentencing

play03:33

guidelines provide for so he was charged

play03:35

with a bog standard section four public

play03:37

order offense which is just putting

play03:39

someone else in fear of immediate

play03:40

unlawful Violence by your words or

play03:42

behavior or insults and so on now was

play03:45

that correctly charged now I'm not

play03:47

criticizing the prosecutors here because

play03:50

they very often will charge something

play03:51

that they are more confident in securing

play03:54

a prosecution or a guilty plea or

play03:55

whatever not that we should condone plea

play03:57

bargaining I don't think we should but

play03:59

but very often it is charged much less

play04:02

so that they secure a conviction however

play04:05

had he been charged with violent

play04:07

disorder that would have been a very

play04:09

different story he would most likely

play04:11

have got a custodial sentence

play04:13

immediately of something in the region

play04:15

of 20 to 30 months because that's what

play04:17

the sentencing guidelines call for and

play04:19

that's what would have been in front of

play04:20

the judge to be able to pass sentence so

play04:23

enough about the seemingly tyrannical

play04:25

two-tier justice system government that

play04:26

we've got going on at the moment let's

play04:27

talk about what you can actually do do

play04:29

about this to keep yourself safe for the

play04:32

next few years I've got a short bullet

play04:34

point list of things here that I'm going

play04:35

to talk about so feel free to make notes

play04:38

pause the video come back bookmark it

play04:39

share it all that sort of stuff which

play04:41

also helps the YouTube algorithms and

play04:43

helps me out to grow my audience but

play04:45

let's get into a few of those now the

play04:46

first one will be really ironic the

play04:48

first one is don't base any of your

play04:50

decisions and your certainly life

play04:53

decisions and important decisions don't

play04:55

base them on what you learn on YouTube I

play04:57

know ironic because here I am on YouTube

play04:59

giving you guidance but that's the

play05:01

important Point here it is just guidance

play05:04

nothing that I tell you in my videos is

play05:05

ever intended to be nor should be relied

play05:07

upon as legal advice and you shouldn't

play05:09

rely on anyone on YouTube for advice

play05:12

guidance yes but go away do your own

play05:14

research go away get your own advice I

play05:16

get so many emails saying this is just a

play05:18

yes no question on this set of facts can

play05:20

you do a YouTube video about this now no

play05:23

I can't really all I all I can do is

play05:25

give you a broad overview and the

play05:27

guidance as to how things would normally

play05:28

apply in that situ ation it can't be

play05:30

taken as legal advice and you shouldn't

play05:32

be relying on anything you say on

play05:33

YouTube as legal advice or financial

play05:36

advice or anything else but if you want

play05:37

tips on how to make money I have another

play05:39

Channel which is Daniel shens Smith also

play05:40

linked in the description below but just

play05:42

case in point I've known of a few

play05:44

channels just recently I'm not going to

play05:45

name and shame anybody but a few

play05:47

channels have recently been demonetized

play05:50

because I believe they've had strikes

play05:53

for

play05:53

misinformation because they've been

play05:55

saying something as though it is

play05:57

absolute fact as absolute truth ET Etc

play06:00

which in my view could get people into

play06:02

serious trouble I've commented on some

play06:03

of those before um and I just believe

play06:06

that if people rely on those as advice

play06:09

and fact and they get into trouble that

play06:12

is why YouTube has these systems to

play06:14

demonetize channels that are making

play06:16

money off giving people misinformation

play06:18

so that's just casing point in fact I

play06:20

get lots of emails from people asking me

play06:22

to talk about this that or the other

play06:24

video because it seems to them to be

play06:26

nonsense and humbly they come to me for

play06:29

what they believe is going to be more

play06:31

helpful and more accurate guidance and

play06:34

I'm not saying I'm always going to be

play06:35

right I won't likely always be right

play06:38

which is why you shouldn't rely on

play06:39

everything I say but I would hope that

play06:41

it's more researched than most I

play06:43

wouldn't bring something to you unless I

play06:45

was absolutely researched on it so you

play06:46

always need to consider your own

play06:47

circumstances your own set of facts go

play06:49

off and get your own discret advice on

play06:51

all of these things but also not just

play06:54

around you but online as well because if

play06:58

you are online there's all sorts of

play06:59

horrific stories now there's one with

play07:01

apple I believe they dropped this uh

play07:04

system where they were scanning your

play07:05

photos for things that paaps shouldn't

play07:08

be there or that might flag some kind of

play07:09

alerts because they were planning to

play07:11

develop a system whereby they might

play07:12

report them to the police but I did read

play07:14

of such a story with another online

play07:17

provider that when a chap was asked by

play07:20

the doctor to send photographs of his

play07:22

son to diagnose a problem in an intimate

play07:25

area so he took these fairly high

play07:27

resolution photos and took sent them to

play07:29

the doctor to diagnose the problem the

play07:32

doctor prescribed something and got rid

play07:34

of the problem but a few days later his

play07:36

whole account just disappeared it was

play07:38

locked access everything else and not

play07:41

only that he had the police coming

play07:42

around and asking him questions about

play07:45

what these photos were and why they were

play07:47

there obviously it was all resolved he

play07:49

just said well this was a conversation

play07:50

with the doctor the doctor confirmed it

play07:52

Etc but he didn't re we gain access to

play07:54

his account his access to his account

play07:56

his whole account emails everything was

play07:58

completely locked down and blocked and

play08:01

seemingly no response now I'm not naming

play08:03

who it was because I don't know how it

play08:05

ended I don't know all the facts and

play08:06

that's me being cautious because I don't

play08:08

know what the end tale of that story was

play08:09

so if I tell you all that as fact and

play08:11

who it was without the outcome then that

play08:14

might be defamatory so I'm not going to

play08:15

say who that was but also whilst you're

play08:17

online there are also lots of other

play08:19

risks as well such as visiting malicious

play08:21

websites even malicious adverts and

play08:23

malicious downloads and files and all

play08:25

sorts of things not to mention people

play08:27

tracking what you're doing for example

play08:30

visiting certain websites and things

play08:32

like that which is why I partner on my

play08:34

Channel with nordvpn I've been a partner

play08:37

with nordvpn for quite some time now I

play08:39

use it myself I paid for it with my own

play08:41

money even before I partnered with

play08:43

nordvpn and nordvpn will give you that

play08:45

piece of Mind knowing that there are no

play08:47

logs of any websites you visit any of

play08:49

your downloads your browsing history Etc

play08:51

they've been independently audited a

play08:53

number of times to show that they do

play08:55

really keep zero logs of your activity

play08:57

online now of course none of you

play08:59

watching or planning to visit a

play09:01

dangerous or malicious website but we

play09:03

have had people come to us that have had

play09:04

their identities stolen they've had

play09:06

their accounts taken over because they

play09:08

visited a malicious website and nordvpn

play09:10

will flag up those sites or downloads as

play09:13

you come across them of course as a

play09:15

partner to my channel I can get you four

play09:16

months extra free with the link in the

play09:18

description below in fact if you see at

play09:20

the top there it says your status is

play09:23

protected if you go to this website

play09:25

which is nordvpn.com BBB because that's

play09:28

the nickname you gave me and that wasn't

play09:30

intended to rhyme but if you go to that

play09:32

website it will show you that you are

play09:34

not protected it will show you your IP

play09:36

address and your location which shows

play09:37

you just how easy it is for these

play09:39

companies to find out this information

play09:41

about you in fact quite some time ago

play09:43

when I was browsing the internet without

play09:44

novpn I was shopping for office

play09:46

furniture a few days later I got an

play09:48

email to me my wife and my Clark to say

play09:51

that they knew because of their software

play09:53

that I'd be shopping for office

play09:55

furniture and they'd got all of our

play09:57

email addresses which means their

play09:58

software had taken the IP address and

play10:00

other search information whilst we were

play10:02

browsing online they tracked us down

play10:05

found us out and started emailing me and

play10:07

my wife and my staff but you can cut all

play10:10

of that out and maintain your privacy

play10:12

online using nordvpn which is one thing

play10:14

that I highly recommend you do in this

play10:15

very dangerous time moving forward to

play10:17

protect what you're doing online so

play10:19

check out the link in the description

play10:20

below and grab yourselves four mons

play10:22

extra free you get 30 days to change

play10:24

your mind but the peace of mind is well

play10:25

worth it now a few horror stories here

play10:28

I've had a few new cases come to the

play10:30

firm in the last few years which have

play10:33

really heightened the concerns that I

play10:36

have on certain things so I will give

play10:38

you these as a broad guidance so you can

play10:41

think about them moving forward probably

play10:43

things that you've never even thought of

play10:45

before now the first one is being

play10:48

careful as to who you invite into your

play10:50

home now there's a few stories about

play10:52

this one person had a few antique

play10:54

firearms in his home they were perfectly

play10:57

legal there's nothing wrong with them at

play10:58

all he had someone come in to do some

play11:00

work around the house and reported him

play11:02

to the police so before you know he's

play11:04

got the Firearms Squad at his house

play11:06

raiding his house to take these things

play11:08

away and long story short they worked

play11:10

out that they were antiques they were

play11:11

perfectly legal and there was nothing

play11:13

wrong but not before putting him through

play11:14

weeks and weeks of Misery the next story

play11:16

in my view is rather evil there was a

play11:18

plumber went to a house to do some work

play11:20

on the boiler and the heating system of

play11:21

this house little did he know that the

play11:24

person in the house had collaborated

play11:25

with the person opposite for whatever

play11:27

reason to get this plumber into trouble

play11:29

the person in the house suggested that

play11:30

the person opposite also wanted work

play11:32

doing on their system and Julie he went

play11:35

over to examine and do a little bit of

play11:36

work on their system the person in that

play11:38

house tipped them some money and off

play11:40

they went the person in house number one

play11:43

then reported this plumber to his

play11:45

employer who jully sacked him for

play11:48

Moonlighting doing another job on the

play11:50

job which just goes to show I don't know

play11:52

why people do this but why you just

play11:55

sometimes you can't trust people so

play11:57

always take this air of caution about

play12:00

every little thing that you do if you're

play12:01

out doing jobs for a company just don't

play12:04

do anything outside of your company's

play12:06

rules and things like that now this guy

play12:09

was just being helpful and was just

play12:11

given a tip for helping someone out

play12:14

which proves that good old saying no

play12:15

good deed goes unpunished another good

play12:18

tip of being very careful is when you

play12:20

are out and about in the street being

play12:22

mindful of who is around you who is in

play12:24

front of you who's behind you now I'm

play12:26

not victim blaming here but if you walk

play12:28

around with your phone in your hand like

play12:30

this you are advertising here is a £200

play12:34

or ,000 or500 piece of equipment that

play12:37

you can take off me very easily because

play12:38

my attention's focused on it and someone

play12:40

can yank it out of your hand now I'm not

play12:43

victim blaming this is just a sad fact

play12:45

of reality that if you are walking

play12:47

around like that people can take it off

play12:49

you very easily just like if you again

play12:53

with the helping someone out scenario of

play12:55

in someone's house this applies in the

play12:57

street as well a horrific Story video

play13:00

actually that I saw online just a couple

play13:02

of days ago someone was out and there

play13:05

was one person was on the floor looking

play13:07

like they' collapsed and in trouble

play13:08

there was another person standing next

play13:10

to them so Good Samaritan went up to the

play13:12

person on the floor and tried to help

play13:15

them out the second person actually

play13:17

walked behind this person and injected

play13:19

them with something to knock them out

play13:21

and then mugged them of all their

play13:22

possessions which again fairly evil but

play13:25

just goes to show you have to be very

play13:27

careful if even if you're trying to to

play13:29

help somebody out of the goodness of

play13:30

your heart just be mindful of who's

play13:33

around what they're doing and especially

play13:35

if you're alone but they're not alone

play13:37

you really have to think twice about all

play13:39

of these things every time you're moving

play13:41

around now when anyone walks around with

play13:43

me they'll know that I'm somewhat

play13:45

suspicious and paranoid in that I'm

play13:46

always looking around and checking

play13:47

different directions I firmly believe

play13:50

that I have stopped more than one

play13:53

mugging not just in myself but other

play13:55

people before now um one was absolutely

play13:58

certain because grabbed someone's

play13:59

handbag and because I was already aware

play14:01

of it as he was coming across the road I

play14:04

grabbed him took him to the floor and

play14:06

removed the bag from him gave it back to

play14:07

the lady called the police and he was

play14:08

arrested so you have to be very careful

play14:11

and mindful of what's going on around

play14:12

you and just on the subject of

play14:14

Technology as well we've known people

play14:15

that have installed cheap CCTV only to

play14:19

then hear a voice through the cameras

play14:21

late at night and somebody was talking

play14:23

to their child through the CCTV because

play14:26

this was a cheap sort of off-brand CCTV

play14:29

camera connecting to a malicious website

play14:32

or it was hacked or something else and

play14:34

somebody was watching and talking to

play14:36

their child so this really goes to show

play14:39

you have to have complete trust in the

play14:40

company that sells you this equipment

play14:42

not that I guarantee that all of the big

play14:44

tech companies are completely

play14:45

trustworthy either but sticking with the

play14:47

theme of trust or lack of trust I have a

play14:50

couple of stories about local

play14:51

authorities and why I don't trust local

play14:53

authorities anymore one's a personal

play14:55

story and one is pinched from somebody

play14:57

else one of my own story is that whilst

play15:00

on the one hand there is no obligation

play15:02

to inform a local Authority when someone

play15:04

moves in or out of a property via V

play15:06

council tax unless they ask you the

play15:08

question of course if they ask you

play15:09

whether there's any change or if they

play15:11

ask you who is there for the purposes of

play15:12

council tax then you have to tell them

play15:14

because you can't be dishonest but

play15:16

you've no obligation to inform them of

play15:18

updates and things like that you just

play15:20

don't have to say that and that was

play15:22

decided in a case where someone was

play15:24

prosecuted for fraud for failing to tell

play15:26

them and the case failed on appeal I

play15:29

recall because they said that she hadn't

play15:31

been dishonest by not telling them that

play15:34

the situation had changed she was only

play15:37

found to be dishonest on those counts

play15:39

where they'd asked her the question and

play15:40

she didn't respond or she gave false

play15:42

information but on the counts where she

play15:44

just didn't tell them that was perfectly

play15:47

fine because there was no obligation for

play15:48

her to do so now despite that we did

play15:52

tell the local Authority that there had

play15:53

been a change and the local Authority

play15:55

officers told us that they froze the

play15:58

council tax on this property because it

play16:00

was empty and vacant and being

play16:03

refurbished and it was not inhabitable

play16:04

at that time and so they appeared to

play16:07

have some kind of consideration for us

play16:10

and said that they'd Frozen the council

play16:12

tax on the property until we got it

play16:14

refurbished so that we could let it out

play16:15

again but lo and behold later when it

play16:18

was ready to let again they then said no

play16:21

that was wrong the lady that spoke to us

play16:23

said I don't care what the other people

play16:25

said they shouldn't have told you that

play16:26

it's due you've got to pay it and here's

play16:28

a bill for it now you can understand why

play16:30

I was a little bit annoyed here because

play16:31

not only had they told us that council

play16:33

tax was frozen on the property but there

play16:36

was no obligation for us to tell them in

play16:37

the first place and we were just being

play16:39

completely upfront and honest even

play16:42

though there was no legal obligation to

play16:43

do so so again take formal advice if

play16:47

you're in a situation where you're

play16:48

wondering whether you're in a position

play16:50

that you have to tell them a certain

play16:52

thing because if you don't have to tell

play16:54

them and certainly going forward if I

play16:56

don't have to tell them I'm not going to

play16:59

tell them because they just don't have

play17:01

any consideration whatsoever even though

play17:03

you've done the right thing and told

play17:04

them the right thing which again comes

play17:06

back to my earlier point no good deed

play17:08

goes unpunished so if you don't have to

play17:10

tell them keep it to yourself I hate to

play17:12

have to say that as guidance you

play17:14

understand but that's just the way we

play17:15

are because they had no consideration

play17:18

whatsoever they didn't care about the

play17:20

situation they even went back on what

play17:22

they'd originally said so which in my

play17:24

view is disingenuous possibly

play17:27

challengeable in the court

play17:29

but it's a lot of time and effort and

play17:31

ultimately all they'll do is say that

play17:32

this is the law they're following the

play17:34

law and they are allowed to bill us the

play17:36

council tax and make that decision and

play17:38

so even though we might go around in

play17:39

circles maybe win maybe not but by the

play17:42

time we've done all that it's time

play17:43

effort expense stress Etc it's just not

play17:47

worth the couple of months worth of

play17:49

council tax to go through all of that to

play17:51

argue over it and to top it off they

play17:53

even recorded the calls and then refused

play17:55

to give us the copy of the call

play17:56

recording without going through hoops of

play17:58

to prove prove who we are and all of

play17:59

this sort of stuff even though they'd

play18:01

been corresponding with us anyway so

play18:04

that just goes to irony really because

play18:06

if they've been corresponding with us in

play18:08

the first place then that would have

play18:10

been our personal data and if they

play18:12

didn't know who we are it would have

play18:13

been a breach of personal data and data

play18:15

protection but then when we asked for

play18:18

more information because we wanted a

play18:19

copy of the call where they had told us

play18:21

that it was frozen they said no we can't

play18:23

give it to you because of data

play18:24

protection so make up your mind are you

play18:27

corresponding with us and your happy

play18:29

with that and you're happy that you

play18:30

satisfied who we are to tell us to

play18:33

correspond with us or have you now

play18:35

changed your mind because we asked for

play18:36

something this sounds a little bit

play18:38

familiar a little bit my previous story

play18:40

with uh an insurance company who uh on

play18:43

the one hand said they didn't have any

play18:45

of the records that I wanted and yet

play18:47

relied upon them when refusing my

play18:49

complaint and so I said well if you're

play18:51

relying on them to refuse the complaint

play18:53

surely you've got the record so please

play18:55

hand them over they can't have it both

play18:57

ways and so that's another little final

play18:59

tip that I'll leave you with really

play19:01

document absolutely everything because

play19:03

you could always refer back to it a

play19:06

court is always going to prefer the

play19:08

contemporaneous documentary evidence who

play19:11

said what when and where word for word

play19:13

if possible recorded if possible there's

play19:16

nothing against you recording your own

play19:18

telephone calls if it's for your own

play19:20

contemporaneous notes and Records your

play19:23

household purpose so that you've got an

play19:24

accurate record of precisely what was

play19:26

said just record the call and then

play19:29

annotate it perfectly um there's an app

play19:32

that I use called Mac whisper this is

play19:34

not a sponsored portion of the video it

play19:36

was I think1 or $15 and you can dump a

play19:39

recording into there and it will

play19:40

transcribe it just like that very

play19:42

accurate very useful and if you want to

play19:45

keep a contemporaneous record of all

play19:47

those uh conversations I strongly

play19:49

recommend that you do that because if

play19:51

you get into these arguments later and

play19:53

they say no we didn't say that or we

play19:54

didn't agree to that if you've got it on

play19:57

record your own records then a court is

play20:00

more likely to believe that particularly

play20:02

if you've got the recording of it but

play20:04

there we are there's my final tips so in

play20:06

summary be careful of who you invite

play20:08

into your house be careful of when

play20:09

you're out and about look in front look

play20:11

behind think twice before helping

play20:13

somebody um don't trust anybody

play20:15

necessarily make sure you take advantage

play20:17

of my offer with nordvpn to keep

play20:19

yourself safe and secure and private

play20:21

online with a completely secure and

play20:23

private IP address which keeps no logs

play20:26

of what you're doing while you're online

play20:27

be careful of what photo graphs you

play20:29

store on the cloud and things like that

play20:31

particularly with whom you share them

play20:33

and don't trust local authorities I've

play20:35

found or some insurance companies for

play20:37

that matter because it turns out they're

play20:38

not on your side they'll use what they

play20:40

can against you they'll go back on their

play20:42

word they don't care about your

play20:43

circumstances and they'll do everything

play20:44

they can to basically screw you over is

play20:47

my experience and so coming full circle

play20:49

I can wholeheartedly understand why

play20:51

people believe online from the opinions

play20:53

that I've read that this is a tyrannical

play20:54

government that is on the face of it

play20:56

operating as a two-tier Justice system

play20:59

it's technically not for reasons that

play21:01

I've explained different offenses

play21:03

different sentencing guidelines judges

play21:04

are doing what they're supposed to do

play21:06

but it does beg the question why some

play21:07

people are not going to prison for

play21:09

really serious offenses because the

play21:10

prisons are full when other people are

play21:12

going to prison for things that just

play21:14

because they was caught up in something

play21:15

else that was really serious and that

play21:18

does raise a really serious question but

play21:20

leave me your thoughts and comments uh

play21:22

being careful about what you say

play21:23

Obviously given everything I've said in

play21:24

this video please do subscribe if you

play21:26

like this brutal raw analysis of what's

play21:28

going on and as always thank you for
