launched OnePlus buds Pro 3 so after the

first two iterations OnePlus has come

with the third version of the OnePlus

buds Pro Series now these are premium

earphones and this should be priced

around the probably around the 11 to

12,000 price segment in India that's

where the OnePlus buds Pro 2 was priced

now we expect that to be continued with

the OnePlus buds Pro 3 as well now these

are premium earphones with excellent

sound quality and these are

co-engineered or tuned with d audio with

highr support and noise cancellation and

premium quality uh sound experience that

was with OnePlus buds Pro 2 now OnePlus

buds Pro 3 how does it work in terms of

the sound experience the clarity the

noise cancellation the base and the

overall quality experience that's what

we're going to talk about in this video

OnePlus buds Pro 3 so first let's talk

about the design and build quality how

refined this is in terms of build and

also is there any change in terms of the

design language that's what we're going

to talk about first so let's first talk

about the design aspect now in terms of

design you can see that uh previous

OnePlus butd series were buts Pro Series

were kind of a square in design with

rounded edges but now we have an oval

shaped design now what's more

differentiating is that now you can see

here a matte finish case and you can see

a pattern it feels like a leather finish

but it's actually plastic material only

but feels very nice and we have the D

audio partnership mentioned here and you

can see here sides have given a matte

finish and the overall experience this

is slightly grayish finish while this is

more of a black uh this color is called

the uh midnight opus color which is the

black variant now you can see a gray and

black finishing looks pretty nice

OnePlus branding here now here we have

the

option to uh charge the earphones this

USB type-c charging and LED indicator is

there and here we have a button to pair

it with the smartphone that's the one so

it's pretty uh neat in terms of design

it looks premium the material finishing

is also good and design is definitely a

welcome change so these are the OnePlus

buds Pro 3 in terms of design now let's

open this now let's open this earphones

you can see when opening these earphones

you can see it's very rigid you can see

the LED indicator and uh you can see the

magnetic mechanism is extremely strong

and rigid feels like a very premium

earphones and when you take it out you

can see that these are the twws we have

a glossy finish here kind of silver kind

of finish and we have a button here

touch area and the squeeze gestures are

continued here as well we have the left

and right di mention here and uh the the

ear butd design is more or less similar

and we have these ear tips left and

right these are matte finish here and

these are gloss a finish and we have

microphones on either of these so design

language definitely feels very premium

and looks premium as well and the

comfortable fit and finish is offered

here now next let's talk about the

Comfort aspect now I'm just wearing

these earphones and as soon as I wear I

can feel the passive noise cancellation

even though I not turned on the music or

active noise cancellation the passive

noise cancellation is itself is very

good and the comfortable fit and feel I

get when I wear this is pretty good uh

it's nicely done in terms of comfort

factor I don't feel any sort of fatigue

in my ears and looks pretty good as well

and the touch experience with the

earphones also looks good The Squeeze

gestures work really well the gesture

control is there you can actually

control the gestures using uh uh the app

we'll just talk about the app in a while

but the experience of using the

earphones is really good the comfortable

fit and finish gives a really nice

experience if you are listening to uh

the uh buds Pro uh for longer hour so

Comfort aspect is not an issue on these

earphones now moving on to the hardware

specification now the OnePlus buds Pro 3

comes with a dual driver 6mm Twitter and

11mm wofer now you might ask what is the

difference because the OnePlus buds Pro

uh 2 also had dual drivers now these are

more refined actually the Twitter and

the woer has been more refined for

Better Sound experience and obviously

they tuned with a d audio making the

experience better now apart from that

you also get dual act per earphones now

we have the digital to analog converter

two of them on each of the earphones

making the sound experience much better

and the noise cancellation is 50 DB

adaptive noise cancellation is included

and you get all the touch adjusters dual

pairing uh you can connect to two

devices at the same time inar detection

then fast pairing Bluetooth 5.4 support

all the things including fast charging

is supported so those are the hardware

specifications now let's talk about uh

the sound quality now these are

something which we really liked actually

if you look at the OnePlus but through

which was already uh something which is

really premium experience with a really

good base performance now with the

refinement the OnePlus Budz Pro 3 sound

experience is completely different level

it support lhdc 3.0 then you get a and

SBC codec uh so these are the codec

supported and uh the sound experience

when we listen to this earphones was

amazing actually the base had a really

good punchy experience but then it was

not overdoing and the mids and the

vocals also were really impressive so uh

there's a complete balance actually this

time around we feel it's not very uh

tuned for base but it's more of a

balance sound signature and that's

something which is really impressive

actually the sound Clarity was amazing

and the base experience was also uh

really impressive but then the vocals

also was amazing so it's kind of amazing

experience I would say uh much more

refined than the OnePlus buds Pro 2 so

if you are using the one OnePlus buds

Pro 2 uh when you come to OnePlus buds

Pro 3 you definitely feel an amazing

experience the the transition from buds

Pro 2 to 3 is really impressive and we

really appreciate how OnePlus has tuned

these earphones and with the newer

iteration so sound experience is amazing

the clarity the vocals are superb uh

this is one of the definitely one of the

good earphones in this price segment uh

uh from OnePlus so OnePlus has been

leading uh the audio segment with us uh

uh even the nbuds then the we have the

OnePlus buds uh nbuds 3 Series uh then

the nbuds in the budget segment so

everywhere OnePlus has been giving

something really good in terms of audio

experience and the OnePlus buds Pro 3 is

no different the sound quality is

amazing actually uh definitely improved

over the first and second iteration of

the OnePlus buds Pro Series so if you're

looking for premium experience with

amazing sound quality the OnePlus buds

Pro 3 is uh no brainer so it's really

amazing experience now talking about the

noise cancellation now this is adaptive

noise cancellation and you can filter

out actually up to 50 DB of noise now uh

as I said before there is a good passive

noise cancellation even when you are

turned off the active noise cancellation

there's good amount of passive noise

cancellation which helps in getting you

the combination of active and passive

noise cancellation and you can actually

change the earbuds there are three

options available so making it a really

good seal when you wear the earphones as

well and active noise cancellation also

works pretty good there's also

transparency mode you can change the

active noise cancellation options we'll

show you when you show the app so once

again noise cancellation works really

well and these are really good in terms

of filtering out unwanted noise around

now talking about the audio quality

while receiving calls so we received

around some 5 to 10 calls in the last

few days when we wearing these earphon

so the sound qualities or rather the

voice call qualities once again really

good and works pretty well it filters

out the noises when you're uh using and

then uh the call uh quality also works

pretty good because the vocals were

almost as good as when I speak so there

is no Distortion no issues whatsoever

when you're making calls so once again

OnePlus has done a pretty good job with

the audio quality while making calls

when receiving calls there are three

microphones making the experience really

good and there is also vpu voice uh uh

pickup bone sensor which makes the audio

experience simply superb so that's the

earphone experience while making C now

next let's talk about the app experience

now as you know there is a Hy LED app if

you're using a OnePlus smartphone you

don't need the H LED app it's included

in the Bluetooth setting but if you're

not using a OnePlus smartphone if you're

using an iOS or an Android smartphone

you need to use the Hy Melody app so

let's quickly have look at the Hy app so

this is the Hy Melody app you can see

that the OnePlus buds Pro is connected

we have the noise cancellation you can

go with the smart noise cancellation Max

moderate and Mild then you have the

option to disable noise cancellation

then transparency mode is also included

then you can also see that there are

equalizer options so there are plenty of

options to customize you can see here

there is balanced option bold serenate

base and Dine Audio these are the

options available then there is base

wave you can enable it and increase the

base performance if you want stronger or

weaker base you can go ahead with that

and you can also add your own custom

equalizer so these are the options so

these options make the earphone

experience really good we have been

using the balance sound signature that's

one of the really good if you want base

you can go with the base option as well

then golden sound as I said before it

will scan your ear canal and give you

the best experience uh you you can get

for the ear canal then spatial AIO is

included that's something which makes it

really good then we have the fixed one

then head tracking it actually works

quite good I would say it's much better

than the ones which we are available

right now it works pretty good head

tracking is also good then we have the

game mode which will uh improve the uh

the low latency then there is dual

connection as I said before you can

connect to two devices at the same time

then earbud fit test then uh you can go

with the controls left control uh

squeeze option play and pause then we

have triple tap then triple squeeze

actually uh slide on the left ear bird

volume control you can uh increase or

decrease the volume using them and the

same applies to the right option option

as well so uh you can you can see here

uh squeeze the squeeze and hold the

earbud stem also included so there are

plenty of gesture control available and

these works really well so that's the

control then you have the option to

update as well update the firmware so

it's a really good app and uh you have

plenty of options to play around

especially in terms of equalizer now

these earphones are ip55 rated as well

and it comes with Bluetooth 5.4

technology now talking about the battery

life now these earphones come with a

really good battery life now uh if

you're using uh it's it's actually has a

566 mAh battery and if you're using only

uh the earphones with adaptive AMC

turned off you can get up to 10 hours of

music playback at 50% of the volume

that's OnePlus claim and if you're using

earphones plus cases without active

noise cancellation you get up to 43

hours which is really good and if you're

turning on thec obviously uh it will

reduce the battery life because AMC will

uh take up more battery you get around 6

hours of music play back on a single

charge for the earbuds withc turn down

and at 50% of the volume now if you

again crank up the volume to max volume

obviously this will reduce to probably

like 4 hours then uh with lhdc support

now if you're using lhd support again

this is hus audio uh you get only 5

hours with uh thec turned on and you get

up to 21 hours on the case and the

earphones so again it depends upon what

you're using uh uh again talk time is

around 4 hours if you're using these

options so again it depends upon what

kind of options you are using whether

it's active noise cancellation whether

it's lhdc or if you're not using active

noise cancellation battery changes based

on that then you have uh fast charging

10 minutes of charging will give you

around 5.5 hours of music playback so

just quickly charge in 10 minutes and

you're good to go for around 5 hours on

an average so again fast charging is

included on these earphones it takes

around 70 minutes to charge these

earphones

uh when it is wired there's also

wireless charging iner that will take

around 2 hours 30 minutes to charge you

just need to place it on the wireless

charger uh the wireless charging is also

included that was my experience with the

OnePlus buds Pro 3 so summing up the

OnePlus buds Pro 3 is really good

iteration over the last year OnePlus bus

Pro 2 and now the sound experience is

improved actually the base quality and

the sound quality is simply superb on

these earphones the noise cancellation

is good then you get plenty of options

good battery life then set of options to

pair with the app support and app has

also really good options to tune The

Equalizer uh there are plenty of options

available so OnePlus buds Pro 3 is

definitely one of the best options

available right now uh if you're looking

for Great Sound experience so that was

my experience with the OnePlus buds Pro

3 so if you're looking to buy a new uh

premium twws around the 10 to uh 15,000

price segment we highly recommend the

OnePlus buds Pro 3 uh which has Superior

sound quality and uh you don't feel

missing out on any feature at this price

segment so it's definitely highly

recommendable uh buds or other ear

phones from OnePlus so that was my
