I say easy mode is because almost every
business model that anybody teaches
online either requires years of
experience or a ton of cash to get
started so this will require none of
that you can get started with $0 exactly
the way I did and you don't have to risk
a ton of your cash so whether you are a
business owner or you're not a business
owner you're going to get a ton of value
out of this video If You Are business

business owner I'm going to teach you
exactly how you can start and scale your
business through Instagram with
absolutely zero cash invested all right
so the first thing I do want to say um
and this is a quick disclaimer for
everybody watching this is actually not
a new opportunity in the space this is
been around for many years and it's
going to be around for many years to
come and the reason why I wanted to say
that is because a lot of people that
maybe clicked on this video you're
probably thinking oh like what's this
new opportunity I could jump on and make
a ton of cash quick well it's not new
it's something that we my partners and
all my students have been doing for
years and it's a business that you can
build that's going to be Evergreen it's
an asset that you can build for yourself
for your business and make money every
single month instead of you know making
$100,000 in one month out of the year
and then no money the rest of the year
right so we like to build Evergreen
businesses and that's what this is so
basically what I'm going to do in this
video is I'm going to walk you through
the four step framework that we are
going to use for this business
everything from how to find a winning
product to how to push out content that
gets you sales to fulfillment to payouts
and so this is the exact structure I use
to make hundreds of thousands of dollars
this year alone with just one of my
Instagram pages and basically what you
can do regardless of your Niche if
you're a business own are watching this
you're going to learn a lot all right so
the first question I'm going to answer
is what exactly is this so one thing you
have to understand is that this industry
that we're operating in there is more
Supply than there is demand and the
industry is going to keep growing right
and so the industry that I'm talking
about is the creator economy so I'll
explain to you exactly how money Works
in that industry but for now all you
have to understand is that right now
we're probably about here
2024 right here and by 2020 7 to 2030
it's going to double possibly quadruple
in size so right now we're at the $250
billion a year mark right here and then
here about 2027 it should reach about
half a trillion maybe less and then
towards the end of 2030 probably between
half a trillion to a trillion obviously
these are projections but these are real
statistics calculated by real analysts
on Wall Street so as you can see the
opportunity is absolutely massive and if
you get on now you're still early if you
got on 4 years ago you're probably
making millions of dollars already and I
may have mentioned this a couple times
in this video as well but basically the
vehicle that we're going to use to
acquire cash flow in your business is
Instagram right this is what we've been
using for years it still works it
actually works even better now than it
worked before 2020 because as soon as
Tik Tok rolled around Tik Tok got
billions and billions of downloads which
means that Instagram was trying to get
attention back on their platform by
allowing regular people just like us to
go viral right so this is something that
we like to call the attention economy
cycle where Tik Tok came into play now a
bunch of users on Instagram and YouTube
started using Tik Tok more and to combat
that Instagram and YouTube put out reels
and shorts just to get people back on
their platform so this is where we come
in so now you're probably asking
yourself how are we going to acquire
cash there's a bunch of different ways
to do this and I'm going to look at some
of my notes if you see me looking down
so the first one is going to be brand
deals right so brand deals are basically
companies coming to you trying to get
you to sponsor their product so I get a
lot of softwares hitting me up for
sponsorships and depending on how big
your page is you know these
sponsorships can be $11,000 per post
these sponsorships can even be $5,000
per post it really just depends on how
big your profile is and how many views
you get per real the second way to
monetize is through your own Brands
right and I'm going to show you exactly
how you can set that up but basically
with your own Brands you can create a
product it could be a digital product
like a course or it could be a physical
product like clothing and the Third Way
which is really great for beginners
actually is affiliate marketing right so
being an affiliate for a bunch of
products that already exist is a great
way to monetize because it comes with an
already built funnel and a really great
product most of the time so as long as
you can find a really great product that
you're audience actually wants to use
for example if you're creating content
about e-commerce dropshipping you going
to be affiliate for Shopify Shopify is a
multi-billion dollar company and they
have a really great product so you can
refer people into Shopify and get paid
out massive commissions all right so the
next thing we're going to be going over
is exactly what you need to get started
it's not much I'm going to just draw
this out really quickly so all you
really need to get started is number one
an Instagram account straight and simple
number two being able to edit so you can
edit yourself it does take some time or
if you have some casual available you
can pay somebody $10 to $20 per video to
edit right and editing you don't have to
be a crazy editor you can use cap cut
you can use a bunch of free tools that
are out there I myself use an editor
just because it is a time constraint I
don't want to spend too much time on
editing but these are pretty simple
processes as long as you understand
retention which basically means means
how to get the most watch time on your
videos but I'll explain that in a second
if that's a little complicated right now
all right so step one is to pick a
product now picking a product is simple
all you really have to understand is
what Niche you want to operate in right
and Niche is very important because as
long as you pick a niche you kind of
know who you're going to be creating
content for so picking a product is very
simple and you can also change the
product as you go right so once you
start building that audience you'll
really understand what your audience
wants to buy and then that way you're
going to be promoting that product so if
you take away anything from this video
understand that audience intent is very
very important if you get millions of
views pushing out content about Golf and
then you sell a course about Finance
you're not going to get any people to
buy so make sure that the content you
push out attracts the audience that you
want to buy your product and that's as
simple as that so let me say it one more
time intent is literally everything if
you're taking notes take notes about
this it's very important Okay so just to
recap what I just said to make money
there are a couple different ways so
number one brand deals Brands will come
to you once you start getting views and
they'll want to pay you to promote their
own product the second thing is to
affiliate an already existing product
which is very easy for beginners and the
third thing is to own your product right
we're not going to talk about brand
deals too too much in this video for

on for the rest this video is your own
product cuz I know a lot of people
watching probably want to push out their
own brand or a lot of business owners
watching want to scale their existing
business and their own product okay so
when scaling your own product what you
need to understand is you are not
Reinventing the wheel here right so
there's products out there that are
already selling extremely extremely well
and you do not want to reinvent the
wheel because you just want to sell the
products that are already in high demand
so the great part about selling your own
products and building your own brand is
that there are a ton of products out
there that you can essentially white
label to get started right so I'm going
to talk about Zen drop here for a second
and if you want to sign up for Zen drop

basically what Zen drop does is it
fulfills and sources products for you so
once you sign up you're going to be able
to not only get a pre-built store on
Shopify for yourself but you're also
going to be able to go into their Hot
Products list and find a product that
fits your Niche so all you have to do to
do this is click on the link below and
then once you sign up go to the find
products Tab and you're going to be able
to click a product in your Niche right
so for this example let's do men's
clothing and then once you go into there
as you see there's a ton of clothing
that you can choose from and all you
have to do is pick the ones that you
think your audience is going to like and
then just mark it up and put it on your
own Shopify store the one thing I do
want to mention about this right here is
don't overthink right so don't overthink
the product that you pick right now you
can always switch it out later so once
you pick a product you're not married to
it whatsoever you can just completely
change it out if your audience doesn't
Vibe with it and then you could pick
another product to put on your
storefront in the future and the best
way to tell if your audience doesn't
like the product is if they're not
buying it on the storefront right so
what you can do is load your store up
with a bunch of products see which ones
are selling and the ones that aren't
selling or aren't getting a lot of
clicks you can just remove it from the
store and replace it with other products
and so this right here takes me to the
most important part about all of this
right and this is how the real money
comes in this is what separates the
brokies from the millionaires in the
space which is actually step two in our
process which is content content is
everything okay so this is what we're
going to be focusing on next so the
first part about our content is actually
going to be the research this is pretty
much everything once you get this down
you're going to be smooth sailing and
the reason is is because we don't want
to go out on our own and make content
for the first time and it not work right
what we want to do is make a list of
your top 10 competitors in your space so
the best way you can do that is search
up a bunch of hashtags right so if we're
doing the men clothing example you can
do # men's clothing # hype outfit and #
clo Brands right these are some simple
ones and what you're going to do is
basically go on Instagram go on Tik Tok
and type in these hashtags and then
you're going to want to filter by the
most views now since we're going to want
to be copying viral content you have to
make sure that the amount of views the
post you're copying get is over the
amount of followers that the actual page
has right so if the page has a million
followers but the post only got 50,000
views that's not a viral piece of
content you have to make sure that the
post got millions of views versus the
page that only has a million followers
and that's how we know the content is
viral so this ratio I call it the ratio
is very very important when doing your
content research that tells us how much
the algorithm actually push that video
to non-followers and non-followers is
basically people that aren't following
the page but still see the content so
I'll put up a screenshot of my Instagram
page right here and basically as you see
these posts have pushed out to more
non-followers than actually followers I
do have meaning that the algorithm is
giving me free views and free customers
right so once you have your list of
viral content that you're going to copy
and you can put this in an Excel sheet
right so you have 1 2 3 you can even you
know you can have 10 you can have 20 you
can have 30 you're just going to have a
ton of videos here and then you're just
going to go and start creating the
content you're not going to copy this
content exactly you're going to want to
basically tweak it right so you can use
the same sounds you can use the same
editing style but if you're talking
about men's clothing then maybe take
some clips with clothing that you sell
on your own store and so this is exactly
what we do to get millions and millions
of views on our page so Instagram is
like a database think of it as a
database there are thousands tens of
thousands possibly millions of posts
going out every single day which means
that we have all the data in the world
to see what's actually pushing pushing
on the platform the reason why creators
you know that do dancing videos stay
relevant is because they consistently do
trending Dance videos with trending
music right so they're up to date with
all the trending sounds and all the
trending dances and they just copy from
other creators and then they keep
pushing their profile but I'm not asking
you to dance here I'm just trying to
make a point so before we move on to the
third step just understand this inputs
are everything right so if you're
clicking that post button every single
day and you're trying your best to copy
viral content then your page is going to
get pushed and then you're going to get
viewers to possibly buy and this goes
for anything this doesn't mean that you
have to sell clothing this can work for
softwares this can work for agencies
this can work for drop shipping stores
it doesn't matter this is essentially
the same process we follow for all those
types of businesses all right so moving
on to step
three so step three is the done for you
funnel so if doing affiliate marketing
the funnel is already completely done
for you and it converts High because if
you're affiliating for a company like
Shopify they spent tens of millions of
dollars on their marketing on their
sales cycle so you don't even have to
worry about converting anybody they're
just going to get converted
automatically within the funnel right
but if you are running your own store
like I just described with the whole Zen
drop Shopify integration then you might
have to do some work here so like I said
before if you click that link below for
Zen drop you're going to be able to sign
up and a Shopify store is already going
to be created for you the only thing you
really have to do is start optimizing
the landing pages for the products that
are getting the most traction and very
similar to what we did with the content
we're just going to go and copy
competitors that are doing extremely
well so if you're selling clothing go to
your top clothing competitor and check
out their landing page and essentially
copy that structure because they're also
spending millions of dollars optimizing
their conversion rates on their site and
what you can do to find out what the
bestselling products is on competitor
stores is use this Chrome extension
right here on your competitor site and
then you could see which products are
selling the most right and what you have
to understand is there's usually about a
3% conversion rate for Shopify stores
right e-commerce Brands usually have
around a 3% conversion rate and you can
look at this up on Google right I'm not
lying so what you have to understand is
if you get a 100 of the right people
onto your site you should only see three
sales right and you have to understand
that those three sales are coming from
the 100 people that are coming on your
site and these people should have the
right intent because you are creating
content about your clothing so if you
wanted to make 30 sales or 300 sales you
just have to keep 10 Xing this number
and this all goes back to step number
two which is putting out really great
content that gets a lot of views so if
you want to make more money you just
have to put out better content it's as
simple as that and a lot of people over
complicate this they see their business
dying off because because they get a
couple viral videos and then they don't
get another viral video they see a
decline in sales and they find another
opportunity to jump on to and I'm a
victim of this myself I mean I've
started many different businesses that
all made me a lot of money but if I just
focused on one business and one funnel I
would have been making a million dollar
a month at this point all right so let's
move on to step number
four all right so step number four how
are you going to get paid right so for
the affiliate model that I spoke about
usually with the affiliate partner such
as Shopify you're going to be able to
get payouts directly to your bank
account now Shopify affiliate is
integrated to a site called impact right
so you're going to have to apply to be a
Shopify affiliate on impact.com and then
you're going to connect your bank
account right but if you do the Zen drop
