the most challenging barrier for me
personally I think was engaging in in an
employment relationship with a company
that at first at first entry into the
industry
I was excited by I I jumped headfirst
into the industry and I worked really
hard to you know level up if you want to
call it that and through that process I
built network networks and relationships
and knowledge I invested in myself only
to later discover that the the value my
personal values didn't align with that
industry and it took about essentially a
decade for me to come to the conclusion
that I was involved in an industry that
didn't necessarily create value in the
sense that I was trying to achieve as a
human being to create value for my
fellow citizens so ultimately I made a
difficult choice and left that industry
altogether because it couldn't reconcile
some of the things that I was doing on a
daily basis and I couldn't tie it back
to the relationships that I wanted to
have with my neighbors or fellow fellow
colleagues and other industries
