The second paragraph continues the discussion on supplements for executive function disorder, focusing on motivation and task initiation. Dopatone active is introduced as a supplement that can enhance dopamine levels, which is crucial for motivation and planning. It contains phenylethylamine and DL-phenylalanine, which are key in the dopamine pathway. Additionally, the paragraph discusses the benefits of essential oils like Rosemary and lavender for learning and memory retention. Rosemary is noted for its ability to improve blood flow to the brain and aid in long-term information retention, while lavender is recommended for its calming effects, which can help reduce anxiety during learning and studying.

Transcripts
if you're someone that's been suffering
with executive function disorder you've
probably been looking at different
random supplements to see what could
possibly work for you well these are
five that have worked with my patients
and clients that have ADHD or memory
issues or porcus issues if you're new to
this channel I'm Dr l Grant I have ADHD
and dyslexia and I've been able to
manage my own ADHD in a more natural way
and now I help adults across all over
the world to help with their ADHD and
their memory and focus issues in a more
natural way so the very first supplement
to help with executive function disorder
there is several different symptoms that
I'm going to break down because
executive function disorder has several
different symptoms that we need to look
at that needs to be addressed
differently with each type of supplement
so the very first one is if you've been
experiencing having trouble with
managing your emotions whether that is
dealing with having high anxiety stress
depression and you just can't regulate
those emotions of yours the supplement
that I particularly look at and that I
found that's been very helpful for my
patients and clients that deal with this
is first off is looking at Min checks
now Min checks is from Standard Process
that's not a sponsored video but the
reason why I like Min checks and why
it's been so effective is it helps with
both depression as well as with people
who deal with high anxiety and the big
benefit of this one is because it is
that it deals with a lot of the
different neurological imbalances that
can happen when someone has these
irregular emotions now additional one
that I do like on top of this I want to
mention is tension ease by vital
nutrients is because this one can be so
beneficial for people who deal with high
anxiety so I will typically prescribe
this to my patients when they can't
manage their anxiety in particular
moments so I'll have them take it in a
period of time probably about three
months and then use it as a maintenance
dose if needed now the second supplement
goes along with this symptom with your
executive dysfunction if you have
trouble with listening paying attention
or even just focusing when you're in
class or at work is that we need to be
looking more in depth to see really
what's going on here and typically when
I see this as a particular symptom it
has a lot to do with really what that a
function disorder is is that typically
they see that the prefrontal cortex of
the brain tends to be a little B more
deficient not functioning at its optimal
levels so when this is the case things
that have helped especially for me in
the past in college when I had a hard
time paying attention or listening or
focusing is some of my favorite ones
that I also use with my patients is Gino
baloba or bopa Maneri both of those are
known to increase blood flow to the
brain and has been known to really
benefit helping with focus and paying
attention even with learning now the
third one has to do with an executive
function symptoms such as dealing with
short-term memory issues so if you've
suffered with not knowing where your
keys are or forgetting where you put
something or you go somewhere and you
forget why you're going to that place
this is probably for you you probably
are definitely needing to look into
something that could be possible
deficiency and I see this as a problem
with a lot of my adult EDC patients that
are 40 and above where they tend to have
deficiencies in things like colding as
well as searing both of those those are
critical for helping with memory when we
see those starting to decline memory
issues start to creep up so the two
supplements I like to recommend for this
is fosil till searing and fosil till
cooline both can be really beneficial if
you are deficient in it and especially
if you are 40 or above and having these
issues now supplements can be great it's
a great stepping stone but it takes a
lot more than just taking random
supplements you also need to look at
certain Labs that could be a possible
issue certain different foods that could
be an issue other things that could
possibly be contributing to this so you
should download My Free adg Health guide
in the description below that goes over
all of that the fourth supplement has to
go along with if you're dealing with
issues with starting something being
motivated and driven planning organizing
or just initiating tasks if this is the
issue I think of a certain pathway that
can be contributing to this in fact a
couple that could be contributing to
this and the main one is dopamine so
dopamine is the thing that does get us
to be motivated driven moving forward
initiating tasks planning stuff like
that so if that is the issue then a
great one to implement is addressing the
specific dopamine pathway but not just
dopamine but every different amuno acid
and every type of neurotransmitter that
contributes to dopamine and so one of my
favorite ones to use I've been currently
using with my patients and clients is
dopatone active now the reason why I
like this one a lot is because there's a
few things in here that address
typically the issues of these typical
symptoms and that's because dopatone has
phen ethyl alamine which is the very
beginning of the whole dopamine pathway
it's an excitatory neurotransmitter
which does ignite the whole dopamine
process that can help with motivation
Drive nine tasks it also has DL phenol
alanine which is an amino acid that
helps build tyrosine dopamine elopa
those things are very critical for
helping improve dopamine levels it also
has mukuna Pines which mukuna Pines has
a good percentage of lopa in it so
therefore elopa directly helps build and
modulate dopamine so that is definitely
one that I've seen very beneficial for
my patients and clients is dopatone
active now the fifth area and the
supplement that I would recommend is if
you have symptoms with your executive
dysfunction disorder of learning new
things especially processing new
information and having difficult time
doing that now back in college I
definitely struggled in this area a lot
and one of the things that I found so
beneficial for me and also very
beneficial to my patients and clients
using something like Rosemary now I
found it more beneficial when I actually
inhaled it more so using an essential
oil and I would use a diffuser right
next to my desk where I would try to
learn stuff because Rosemary also
increases blood flow to the brain and
has been found in research that it helps
retain information and learning
information for long-term use so you
don't just like remember it for one
second and then forget it the next day
so I always use that while I would be
studying and then when it came to exam
day that could be another reason why
you're also not retaining information
because of anxiety setting in so another
one I'd like to use is lavender lavender
is great for calming you down so I use a
lavender scent oil as well so those two
can be really great for if you're
struggling with processing and learning
information and keeping it for long-term
use but like I was saying before
supplements are really only take us to
One Step it's like the first initial
step to get things helping with our
executive function disorder our memory
issues our Focus issues and so really
what it requires is diving in deeper to
understand really what is the root of
the problem so you should watch this
video next where I go over my three-step
system of how to eliminate your ADC
symptoms naturally so watch this video
