some knee pads on elbow pads my shoes
and then I always like to roll out a

if I don't have my lift before my
practice and on this schedule I have
practice before lift
so gotta loosen up
great session today what'd we work on
punches and different kind of
moves to their stomach
to break them down really putting a lot
of pressure on their ribs and like just
tearing them down breaking a few ribs
you know no big deal fuzzy stuff here at
the peace
we also wash it back which is really
helpful it's like watching film and
volleyball you learn from your mistakes
you see what you did right because you
did wrong it's really great we call it
skull but
and volleyball we call the film same
thing now I'm heading
to get some decorations because it's one
of my best friends down here's birthday
tomorrow and so we're gonna get him like
a little birthday boy badge and stuff
we're probably gonna go to a Mexican
restaurant tomorrow to celebrate because
those are the best places to celebrate
birthdays they give you the little
Sombrero they play a little

also gotta keep the gains up because

almost like a pound and a half of muscle

really means not making it because I
already made it I already meal prepped
um I'm pretty much just gonna heat it up
and I like to keep my stuff up in a pan
um because I feel like it it's better
than the microwave so
here we are ladies and gentlemen
gentlemen boys and girls
this is the last little bit of my meal
prep so
we're gonna need to figure something
else out for tomorrow and Friday
this is tasting amazing right now
I think my nutritionist has me eating
like six
or eight grams of protein per like lunch
and dinner
so that's how much is in here right now
but
this pasta is also protein pasta it's
made out of edamame
and I think each serving has like 25
grams of protein
and saying I got it from Aldi's people
hate on Aldi's but the prices are right
and the products are good so come at me
I also grew up on Aldi's someone told
them into poor people place and that was
honestly really offensive
I've just been laying in my bed and
looking at tick tocks probably for the
last 30 minutes and it feels so good but
I need to get my butt up and make myself
a protein smoothie Bowl before I go to
lift like look how comfy this is like
the multiple pillows I just don't want
to leave one a two a three okay
doing it
my nutritionist told me to eat more
vegetables
and here we have our delicious and
nutritious finished product I don't have
any furniture out here yet but I do have
grass which is super cool my breakfast
and this are like the two favorite meals
every day no matter what happens no
matter where I go like I always look
forward to these two meals

it's usually not this green I think it's
I think I put more spinach than usual
but it's still really good

I usually don't have a ton of bruise on
my arms I guess like right here from

staying safe love her for that just went
to the post office
the sweetest little woman checked me out
there was no line I was just a free bird
and they're getting whatever I needed
just like nice humans that's all but if

people because it really does make a
difference in people's days like the
smallest thing could turn someone's
whole day around
so with that being said I'm heading to
practice
back like I never left
got a little leg session in did some
open rain your girl went ham did some
rolling around with different people

late and everyone was already starting

riddle is our instructor so he taught us
a few moves then for the last like 30
minutes we just grapple with each other
