if you could become that guy too from

and a loving girl but it's finally time
for you to understand that if you do
what most people do you will get the
same mediocre results as everybody else
but winter is the time for you to do

you want to be in life is your
productivity and the way you've been
ruining it your whole life is by
overeating junk food this is a very
overlooked topic but more and more
experts are starting to know this diet's
influence on productivity you know that
there are foods which make you feel
tired and unable to work and on the

which seem to not affect you at all so
during the winter Ark you will not eat
spaghetti if it makes you feel lazy you
will only eat chicken and rice if it's
