verstanden habe hat die Klage nicht mehr
Sinn ergeben aber mit Anwalt zwang uns
vor Gericht ziehen ja danke hätte der
Kläger sich nur ein bisschen darüber
informiert was für ein Haus der sich da
eigentlich ersteigert dann hätte der
halt auch direkt gesehen dass da eine
wohltätige Stiftung ansässig ist mein
Vater ist eine Person der Öffentlichkeit
und das ist alles öffentlich einsehbar
die Gesetze die die Kunst meines Vaters
und seine Stiftung momentan beschützen
gibt es ja auch hier nicht ohne Grund
ich persönlich denke auch dass ist der
Grund wieso sich halt auch kein anderer
getraut hat auf diese Immobilie zu
bieten der Kläger hat mit dem ersten
Gebot die Immobilie für den Mindestpreis
erhalten und das waren auch nur 15% des
Preises was meine Eltern überhaupt
gezahlt haben um das Haus bauen zu
lassen und der Typ schwiwingt jetzt die
moralkolle dass wir ihn verarschen ich
hafte nicht dafür was mein Vater macht
und trotzdem versuche ich mit jeglicher
Energie zu helfen und jetzt werde ich
mit anwaltsfang vor Gericht gezogen ja
danke also ehrlich gesagt fühle ich mich
auch verarscht
