the time is it going to be instant it's
not always going to be during a method
right after a method it's not even going
to be within 3 hours of the method not
even within 2 days because sometime the
3D is delayed it takes time you are only
ever changing yourself your inner
reality
is what you need to focus on changing
nothing else you are not changing the 3D
around you it does that on its own based
on who you are within 3D reality around
you changes based on what your
assumptions are within what you are
aware of within it means you don't have
to worry about the 3D you don't not have
to worry about anything when you open
your eyes if you see your CR that's
perfect perfectly fine the only thing
you need to worry about did you feel
that you were in your Dr when you
imagined it yes or no that's it whatever
happens after you're done with the
method doesn't matter what matters is
what you know to be true within let's
give an example again but from my
perspective from my shifting journey I
visualized myself in one of my DRS one
night I imagine I was there I assumed I
was there because if I'm seeing it if
I'm assuming it then I'm there in
imagination I have to add and when I was
done imagining and feeling myself in my
Dr I open my eyes I go brush my teeth I
go to sleep I wake up go to work make
food clean my apartment go back to bed
do the same thing the next day and my 3D
around me is still my CR but I know that
within I became aware of my Dr so I know
within I'm currently in my Dr and that
is all that matters whatever is going on
in the 3D doesn't matter I'm just going
day by day in my CR doing whatever I
need to do here while still knowing in
imagination I am in my Dr and then the
third day I go take a shower I close my
eyes I just shower as Norm normal all of
a sudden I have a thought of my Dr and I
just think about it shower open my eyes
and I'm in my Dr I am physically seeing
my Dr in my 3D reality my 3D have now
changed to my Dr because I persisted in
the fact that I know within I'm in my Dr
and that is what matters I did not do
any method after that I just did that
one once knew that okay I'm in my Dr
it's done go about my day if I think
about my Dr I think about my Dr that's
fine if I think about my CR I think
about my CR that's fine what matters is
what state I am in within remember the
3D is not always going to be instant
just because it's not does not mean you
didn't shift does not mean it didn't
work it did
