between now and um Jif March beginning
of April that's the first commitment you
have to make is that you're going to do

we're activating adrenaline where we're
thinking that we might get hurt we're
thinking that something might happen to
us so when we're looking to reprogram
rescript our subconscious mind what we
want to do is first lower the volume get
calm so we're going to start right
now and again I'm going to invite you
into a challenge that my team came up
with yesterday to make sure that
everybody in my team um doesn't quit on
their goals right for this year in
health wealth relationships career
business funny money not funny all right
so here we go what I'd like you to do is
let's start with a very very simple part
of interise and that's we're going to
use the breath but I want you to
focus on two things number one I want
you to just be calm and get centered
right now stop typing stop doing
anything that you you you might be doing
on the side you can communicate with me
on social media in a calm state but the
breath breathing slowly in through your
nose deeply and slowly focus on the air
flow that's coming in through your
nostrils breathe as deeply as you
can hold it for one or two seconds and
then when you're breathing out what I
want you to do is breathe out like
you're blowing the air out through a
straw this is called take six calm the
circuits we always want to calm the
circuits first when we are trying or
when we are rewiring our brain for
Unstoppable success so breathe in
through your
nose I like to close my eyes when I do
this so I can do what's called
interoception focus
inwards and then I release the air
through my
mouth and I feel calmness as if I'm
blowing the air out of a balloon so in
through your nose slowly slowly slowly
and just feel the tension the worry the
anxiety the stress go away as you're
breathing out through your
mouth and back in through your nose
slowly the slower you do it the better
you're signaling to your brain
everything is okay get calm be relaxed
be in a state of
awareness now as you keep breathing pay
attention to my voice I'm going to lead
you on a little journey to help you
fulfill your goals and dreams this year
so what I want you to do is I want you
to imagine just
imagine that we are talking at the end
of this year it's the end of
2024 and you are sitting with me one
onone like we are right now and you are
telling me about all of the things you
achieved in 2024 you're telling me
you're projecting right now your future
and I want you to think about what are
you telling me John I achieved all of my
health goals I released my weight I got
so much energy I got so focused I
stopped doing I started
doing and now I am filled with so much

joy I developed the confidence and
certainty in myself to trust
myself feel that feel a level of
confidence and certainty right now in
this calm
state that you know you can achieve any
