marathon runners you see that in people
who do CrossFit the wrong way you see
that people who workout twice a day less
is more it is all about chemistry and
hormone communication between yourselves
so looking at the right kind of sleep is
one of the most important things when it
comes to weight loss especially for
women looking at your levels of
emotional stress yes again I know what
you're saying I'm sorry look we have
problems you have emotional problems

we all have it I have it but what are we
doing to address it are we investing in
