einzubauen
das eisberg modell kennen einige von
ihnen sicherlich aus dem einen oder
anderen verkaufstraining oder
kommunikations seminar das ist ein sehr
wichtiges modell der kommunikation
zwischen menschen was zurückgeht auf dem
psychoanalytiker sigmund freud von ihnen
wissen sie sicher dass er viel vom
bewussten und unbewussten teil des
verhaltens von menschen gesprochen hat
und das hat es auch mit dem eisberg

letztendlichen erfolg ihres
kundengesprächs auch darauf zu achten ob

kunden am telefon dann zahlt es sich aus
vor dem gespräch mit dem nächsten kunden
noch mal in ner nicht zugucken wie geht
es mir gerade wie fühle ich mich bin ich
entspannt habe ich eine positive
grundeinstellung falls nicht der fall
ist einfach vielleicht innerlich noch
mal auf die reset taste zu drücken wie
sieht es aus zum beispiel wenn sie im
auto sitzen auf dem weg zum nächsten
kunden schauen sie aber nur wenn vor
ihnen nicht so viel los ist im verkehr
noch mal den rückspiegel
lächeln sie sich selbst an versuchen sie
eine musik zu hören die sie auch weiter
die eine gute motivierte stimmung
verschafft vielleicht auch noch mal beim
kunden vor ort kurz die schultern
strecken ein lächeln aufsetzen und am
ganzen merken dass sie mit einer ganz
anderen haltung ins gespräch gehen wenn
sie das nämlich nicht machen und mit
diesem jahr vielleicht möglichen gesicht
oder dem unguten gefühl ins gespräch
gehen er wird der kunde des merken
sozusagen ihren unteren teil des
eisbergs wahrnehmen und auch selbst wenn
das produkt und das angebot an sich sehr
überzeugend ist letztendlich
möglicherweise vielleicht doch nicht den
abschluss macht welche weiteren
möglichkeiten es gibt die
beziehungsebene zum kunden positiv zu
beeinflussen
