we're going to give it our absolute best
go in this video so the first place I
would recommend starting is chat gbt
because we need to think of a really
good idea that's going to actually sell
so I basically put a prompt saying help
me brainstorm a plan for a new SAS
business my target audience is online
entrepreneurs that sell B2B you would
replace that with whoever you want to
help as a niche and then I just said I
operate the online marketing sector give
me five important questions to ask my
Niche for market research so we're just
starting with some basic market research
um and I'm actually going to build
everything so keep watching it's going
to be pretty damn crazy but um
essentially here are five questions you
can pause um that you essentially need
to ask whoever you want to create a SAS
for because at the end of the day we're
just solving a problem you know basic
questions but these do need to be
answered um so you can see that I've
answered mine right here saying their
biggest pain point is client flow um so
that is a huge one in the B2B space just
not getting enough clients so that would
be great if we can solve that in our SAS
um the second one is just like what
common softwares do they use like what
marketing tools and I basically say that
they use uh platforms like many chat to
send DMS to engage leads so yeah
obviously number three is what they care
about the most so getting returnal
investment obviously from those
marketing tools um and then they spend
most of their time creating content
outbound PID ads finding high quality
leads is their biggest um pain point so
yeah now chat gbt has actually given us
some really really solid SAS suggestion
so we've got a lead generation
automation that is essentially a tool
that automates Outreach to high quality
leads in their specific Niche using AI
to personalize the message so that's a
really good idea um and we're actually
going to build one of these which I'm
going to explain in a second the second
one could be an AI powered audience
targeting pretty interesting campaign RI
tracker that's also really interesting
that's more like hyros if you don't know
the hyros is um Alex Beck's company I
think he sold that for millions and
millions like tens of Millions
um so it's actually giving some pretty
solid suggestions what all of the ideas
that we've got I think this one's going
to be the the one that we're going to
build in this video so let's basically
create a lead generation SAS for B2B um
companies so essentially let's go down
here and you can see that I said I like
the idea of starting the S around
automating leaden um please give me five
names for it so it's giving me lead
flow. that's a really good name Niche
targeter Prospect pulse lead stream
Target IQ and we could obviously get
more but let's just go with leadlow so
now you've got your SAS idea hopefully
if you go through this process and if
you need help with market research I
recommend going into Facebook groups
School communities um Reddit forums and
just ask start conversations and you can
even incentivize your Niche to answer
them with gift cards and things like
that is a really good way of going about
it um but essentially let's go with LEF
and now we obviously need to build the
design so if we go to canva you can see
that there's 20,000 different
software logos that you can essentially
use so you can literally take any of
this I think we can quite literally go
with this one and you would just replace
this with your name that chat GPT gives
you right so now we've got the idea
we've got the logo all we need to do now
is actually build the automation which
is probably the hardest part but I'm
going to really simplify it and make it
as easy as possible for you um so we're
going to head over to a no code platform
called make.com if you aren't familiar
with make.com it is essentially you can
build no code automation so you don't
need any experience you don't need any
technical ability um because it's super
simple and we're actually going to be
using another software that we're going
to integrate into make to actually build
this lead generation SAS it's going to
make $10,000 per month so let's quickly
log into this and let's quickly create a
new scenario right so the way in which
we're going to build this is we
obviously need to give make.com some
information about our customers so we
can automate then the scraping part for
whoever they want to Target so if we
head over to a website called T.O the
simplest way to create clean aesthetic
forms now you may be thinking Charlie
why do we need a form when creating a
SAS well you need to know what your
customers need so in this case we're
building a lead generation SAS so we
need to know who they want as leads
right so we can give the Cod leads to
them so we're essentially going to build
a really quick form you can very easily
just create a new form like this just
put um onboarding so obviously this is
after they pay but we're going to link
everything together in a second so

form yeah you can just put it as that
and you can essentially just start
asking questions who do you want
to Target perfect so obviously You' make
it a lot better you could add your logo
here you could add the design however
you want you can make it dark you can
make it light I really like T I'm not
not sponsor anything it's just the form
platform that looks professional so once
you've done that let's just click
publish you can see that you get the
link here so now what you need to do is
essentially link this up to make.com so
tally watch new responses select the
right one so you obviously need to
connect it form ID um obviously I think
it's on a different one but if we just
take like the uh let's do the onboarding
form as this is this is one I've created
in the past but it's a very similar
concept You' basically then now now you
get this with the answers that they do
and I'll show you how to link this up in
a second um we can then actually link
this to the scraper so what we're going
to use for the scraper is a website
called apify if you've never heard of
apify it is an amazing tool for no code
sort of automations cuz I don't know how
to code but this gives you the code done
for you so if you go here you can see
that there's actually a bunch of
different like SAS ideas that you could
have so you could create a SAS I think
this is another a really good idea if
you're watching this I haven't seen
someone create a SAS for helping
creators with content using AI so
obviously they could hire you to do
research right of their Niche and what
content's doing well and what Hooks to
use what titles the scripts All That
Jazz but it would actually be a sick
idea for you to create like a a SAS
that's like $50 a month or $97 a month
where it basically takes their Niche and
content that's performing well by
scraping it and giving them personalized
AI scripts for content and maybe
accountability I think that would be an
amazing s idea which you can do like
using appify um so there's so many
different things you can do here
Instagram scraper Facebook post scraper
um so yeah I absolutely love appify I
think it's a must-use platform if you
are creating a SAS let's just take this
one for example um it's really simple
how this would work is basically
obviously it needs to know what you want
to Target but that's why we had the form
here um for allowing us to have data for
what they want to Target but um if we
just do like I don't know restaurants
we're going to change this in a second
I'll show you why but restaurants in New
York can increase this to more than five
you do like a thousand depending on how
much you want to give them in terms of
leads but what you're going to do is
copy this Json file cuz I don't want to
make this video too long and you're
going to copy all of this head over to
make.com and you're going to search for
appify here and then you're going to
essentially run an actor running an
actor basically means that it's going to
start scraping so all you need to do is
just select the right actor this one
Compass SLG gooogle Maps extractor so
make sure that's yes but that basically
if we go here that just means that
that's the name of the scraper very
simply so now you're just going to paste
in the Json file that we basically have
got have gotten from Appice you don't
need to code or anything you just quite
Lally copy this code code into make.com
right here and then all we're going to
do now is actually replace this with
their answer for who they want to help
so who are you looking to help right
here have the location here as well but
you could ask that in the form and then
put that as the uh the term You' have
there now what this looks like is
they're going to fill out this form and
I'll show you how to integrate this onto
a landing page after they pay the stripe
invoice but essentially they're going to
fill out this form very simply it's then
going to trigger running this so it's
going to scrape leads for who they want
to Target dependent on what they put in
this form your name email who do you
want to Target so when they put who do
who do they want to Target it's
literally going to replace that right
here with who are you looking to Target
essentially um so that is super simple
hopefully this is making sense and you
can even put a sleep module here which
I'd recommend doing let's put
sleep sleep and let's put 30 seconds
this is just because in case you get a
lot of customers you don't want it to
run make sure you save it all the time
you don't want it to run like too much
at a time because it's going to crash so
now that's amazing and obviously once
it's gotten the output of the the
results um you're going to want to send
an email so send an
email to subject line your leads are
here and obviously I had to speed run
this but you could literally make this
like really good if you spent a good
hour or two on it for Content you you
can just have like what you want as the
make sure for the recipient we're
essentially putting what they put as
their email so thanks for filling out
the
form
here are
your results put the results of the
actual appify actually you want to put
it into a Google Sheets here so the
results go into a Google sheet all of
those results into a Google sheet and
then you're going to send them an email
automatically with those results so that
is a very simple automation of an AI s
and in terms of like actually
integrating that because that's probably
your biggest question right now is like
Charlie how do you actually integrate
this with stripe so it automatically
works and I would recommend using go
level or another CRM so what this looks
like
is very simply you would have a better
landing page than this with who you want
to help at the top you would have your
offer and you could even have a v a vssl
like a video sales letter and then You'
basically tell them to buy below you
would put all the value that they get so
You' value stack it and then you would
even do a price anchor but in this case
let's just say it's a 497 a month SAS
once they put in their details and buy
it's then going to take them to this
page basically the onboarding portal and
this is where you'd have the tarly form
on the landing page so once they fill
this out it's going to automatically
start this because immediately as data
arrives it would start running this
make.com Automation and scraping Le for
their business once they have filled
that out they're going to book a success
call which would look like this they can
book their call to get onboarded and
everything and you can even ask for a
referral you can ask for feedback on the
onboarding call onboarding calls are
amazing and then welcome this could just
be like a a welcome video on how to use
the leads and how to I I would recommend
combining this with like a community and
everything so that's just a quick tip
but yeah obviously you want to Value
stack what they get so leads Community
