client look in my first year I was a
struggling freelancer and I didn't know
anything and now I make over
$21,000 per month in profit from this
business and the best part is I've been
growing this business while traveling
full-time in the past year I've been to
Colombia Brazil Mexico just to name a
few and you definitely can't do that if
you are a doctor or if you have some
kind of web design business and you're
operating it the wrong way I'm only able
to do this because of this new business
model so the first thing we need to do
is nail down your your web design
packages and your pricing how much
should you actually charge so look as a
web design agency we work with business
owners and create them professional
websites that help their clients find
them trust them and then pay them for
their services I like to have two web
design packages the first one is a
custom website and you can charge
anywhere from4 to
$6,000 for this kind of website we build
and we launch the website for the client
and the way we charge for this is by
charging 50% UPF front and then 50% upon
completion meaning they have to pay half
of the fee right up front and then we
have their credit card on file and as
soon as we're done and the websites live
you automatically Bill the second half
of that fee now if someone can't afford
it it doesn't always mean that you
should lower your fees for example
sometimes we'll divide up the payments
into many monthly payments I have a live
sales call on this channel where I
pitched a client a fourth ,000 website
and he couldn't afford that so we broke
it down into 4 months and he was paying
$1,000 per month until that website was
paid off so I'm going to show you how we
automatically build clients in step four
but here's where the problem comes in
most people just have one package they
have one high ticket website that's
thousands of dollars and the problem is
sometimes the client is not a good fit
and they cannot spend that much money
which leaves them to go work with
someone else and the sad part is in this
business most of the time the hardest
part is actually getting clients
interested so you have them on the phone
and just because they can't afford it
you now have to let them leave back into
the market when you did all the hard
work of getting them on the call so
instead of moving on let's create a
second package that we can offer
virtually anyone this way you're
ensuring that you're never wasting your
time doing Outreach and trying to get
clients this website package is called
the website inad Day program and all
you're going to do is have three to five
website templates already pre-built that
you can offer your client for a low
monthly maintenance fee and they can
just use that so what I like to do is
charge $150 per month for a website
template that looks like this now I had
my team build four website templates
like this that we like to use and

tab and now once you're here everything
is drag and drop and it's very easy to
use and all that we do for each client
that we want to import this into we just
click clone and we clone it to their

hit duplicate and then once you're in
here all you have to do is just replace
the logo and these custom values
automatically pull so we just go in our
account under settings and we add in the
email we add in the phone number and now
it changes that logo that email that
phone number everywhere on the website
and if you're struggling with content we
just use gbt and you can do that for
every single page on this website and if
you're working in one industry let's say
you're working in Roofing you can have a
roofing template that you can use for
every client as long as they're not in
the same city and as long as you're
upfront about that and you say hey this
is our templated website in a day
program I've never had a business owner
that has a problem with this plus of
course you do want to swap out a couple
images on the about us page include some
of their actual photos from the things
that they do and now you might even be
wondering well why would a client pay
$1150 per month for a website like this
and the truth is having a copypaste
website like this still is better than
having no website or having a completely
garbage website some people you can't
even find their phone numbers on their
website let alone their emails or their
services or even some photos of what it
is that they actually do and I promise
clients don't care as much as you do
once you show them the final result and
how good it looks it doesn't matter
matter that there's a bunch of other
people that are not their competitors in
the US or in whatever country you work
in that have the same template we just
reuse these four and use them for all of
our clients this can take you 30 minutes
to actually do and set up and swap a
couple images and content and I've had
clients that have been with me for years
paying me
$150 month in and month out and
sometimes they ask us to update photos
or add a staff member or add some kind
of Bio but most of the time it's set up
and then you're done if you're worried
about Google rankings don't be take a
look at this screenshot right here it
seems like Google doesn't actually care
that much and AI content has been on the
radar for a while you can research this
yourself the third package you can offer

business category or business type that
you want to go after this is also known
as a niche and this makes getting
clients and servicing those clients so
much easier when I started my business I
was signing on everyone that would
freaking pay me one month I'd have a
massage therapy client then the next
month I would have a roofer and then I
would have a chiropractor I was all over
the place and every single time it's
like I had to start a new business I had
to learn about that industry I had to
understand their pains their struggles I
had to understand what they actually
want their clients to know I had to
learn the industry but if you focus all
of your effort and energy on one
industry it makes you an expert let me
explain what sounds more powerful saying
to someone I build websites do you need
one or would it be better to say I build
High converting basement remodeling
websites that get you more leads more
booked appointments and ultimately more
estimates and service cost I already
built you a first draft do you want to
see it and now as you can see I can use
the industry language anyone that's in
that industry knows that I'm a part of
it I'm using things like service calls
leads booked appointments estimates this
is industry language and now I'm not an
outsider this builds a lot of trust and
puts you as the top option even if
you're more expensive Plus plus it
builds so much trust they see on your
website your portfolio they see your
website templates that you already have
built and it's all revolving around them
if you have case studies the case
studies are everyone that are just like
them so they're way more likely to move
forward with you and all of this
decreases the amount of time you need to
build that website since you already
understand that industry so well third
let's talk about offers what can you
actually say to people to get get them
interested in you now look I've tested
and tried everything that all these
gurus freaking recommend I've read books
I've watched courses YouTube videos
everything in fact I've sent over a
100,000 emails I've sent tens of
thousands of DMS on places like
Instagram or LinkedIn so I've tested all
this stuff myself so I'm just going to
give you the proven formula here here's
the first offer if they don't have a
website hey are you still open I tried
to look up your website to see reviews
when searching for roofer in X City but
I couldn't find one this is a bit random
but I decided to build you on do you
want to see it question mark let me know
and here's a good message if they
already have a website hey are you still
open I found a couple things broken on
your website you're going to insert
their url.com when I was searching for a
roofer in blank city I actually fixed it
for you and rebuilt a couple things
would you even want to see it let me
know think about how different you sound
when you send out messages like these
and you don't have to send these
messages out one by one there are tools
that will allow you to send hundreds of
these messages each and every day now
look I know you're probably thinking I
don't want to build free websites relax
we're not going to do that all we're
doing is taking a website template like
I just showed you and we're just adding
their logo at the top that is the first
draft that we are showing them this
should take you less than 2 minutes to
do if they want to customize any of it
they have to pay you for either a custom
website where you can rebuild it and
make it custom or they can use that
website template that website in a DAT
package and after they pay you're going
to sit down and build the rest of it
outside of just having the logo there
this makes it very easy for someone to
say yes to you makes it very easy to get
your foot in the door get someone on
zoom and to have the opportunity to tell
them and show them about your website
design packages and prices in fact this
worked so well that when I first
introduced this concept on my YouTube
channel I had a bunch of amazing

to log in and under the conversations
tab right here they're going to see all
the reviews that came in and you're
going to have this whole thing
completely wh labeled meaning this is on
your own custom domain and it has your

here's what the workflow or the
automation actually looks like once your
clients have closed a client meaning
someone paid for the service and the job
is complete or the service is complete
we can can mark the opportunity as one
and then we automatically text that
person wait 60 minutes and then even
send them an email to leave them a
review so now you're probably wondering
okay that's great for the new existing
customers and reviews but how do we
automatically generate them reviews out
of thin air like we provided in our
offer so here's what you're going to do
if you go over to contacts right here
you're just going to ask them to give
you all their past customers their past
clients and you're just going to import
it right here you choose import contacts

this message to get him a bunch of
appointments you will be shocked at how
much money your client will make from a
small and simple campaign just like this
here's a real example of a roofing
client that we brought on and sent this
exact text message to now I'm going to
have to blur a lot of stuff here but
this is what the dashboard looks like

you'll see this was generated from the
database reactivation and as you could
see here it says that two were sold and
we were able to do that for him using
this exact campaign that I'm giving you

anything it was the easiest sale in the
world and so he ended up paying over
$4,000 over the next couple months for
our services now look a lot of these
clients as you can see need way more
than just a website which leads nicely
into my next point the fourth thing is
you want to start offering recurring
services to keep paying you monthin and
month out most webdesign agencies focus
on getting a client as soon as they do
that all their effort goes towards
building a website and then as soon as
they're done the next month they're back
at Ground Zero and they're starting
again from the ground up but if you
offer recurrent Services your monthly
income is always going up you're never
back down to zero you are building a
real business you're getting paid
upfront to provide a service but keeping
them as a long-term client this is how
you build a real business so you're not
constantly chasing new clients this is
the exact trap that I fell into and this
is where most Freelancers get stuck even
though I got two high ticket clients for
my agency last week even if I got none I
would still be making well into six
figures because of small services like
these you set it up one time you show
your clients how to use it you show them
how they can automate certain things in
their business and they'll be happy to
pay you $300 to $500 per month you wh
