का घोटाला इतना हल्का मामला नहीं इसे

जितना दबाया जा रहा है उतना ही बाहर आ जा

रहा है बस यही है कि हिंदी की जनता तक

खबरें नहीं पहुंच रही हैं द हिंदू की 5

अप्रैल की य हेडलाइन कहती है कि इलेक्टोरल

बॉन्ड खरीदने वाली 55 कंपनियों ने मुनाफे

के 75 प्र की सीमा से भी आगे जाकर चंदा दे

दिया हिंदू अखबार ने पाया कि जिन 385 कं

कंपनियों ने भाजपा को

5362 करोड़ का चंदा दिया उनमें से 55

कंपनियां ऐसी हैं जिन्होंने 75 प्र की

सीमा से अधिक का चंदा दिया यह चंदा 2022

से 24 के बीच भाजपा को मिला इन कंपनियों

ने कुल

1993 करोड़ का चंदा दिया है इसमें से 1378

करोड़ का चंदा 75 प्र मुनाफे की सीमा से

अधिक है ये इनके कुल दान का करीब 70 प्र

है यह मुनाफे की 75 प्र की सीमा क्या है

इसे समझना बहुत जरूरी है मनमोहन सिंह के

समय यह नियम था कि 3 साल से कम उम्र की

कोई भी कंपनी अपने 3 साल के औसत मुनाफे के

75 प्र से ज्यादा का चंदा नहीं दे सकती थी

इस प्रावधान से चुनावी प्रक्रिया में काले

धन और शेल कंपनी के दखल को रोका जा सकता

था रोका जाता भी था इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड स्कीम

के लिए वित्त कानून 2017 के तहत इस

प्रावधान को ही हटा दिया गया और कॉर्पोरेट

पर से यह पाबंदी चली गई मोदी सरकार ने यह

पाबंदी हटा दी और चुनाव आयोग की आपत्ति भी

नहीं सुनी चुनाव आयोग के चुनावी खर्च के

निदेशक ने इस प्रावधान के हटाए जाने का

विरोध किया था यह कहते हुए कि इससे केवल

चुनाव में चंदा देने के लिए शेल कंपनियां

बनाई जाने लगेंगी मगर उनकी आपत्ति के

बावजूद संशोधन किया गया बाद में सुप्रीम

कोर्ट ने इलेक्टोरल बंड पर दिए अपने फैसले

में इस संशोधन को भी असंवैधानिक बताया

रद्द कर दिया इसे संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14

के विरुद्ध पाया गया 55 कंपनी को

आईडेंटिफाई किए है जो इस साल और इससे

पिछले साल यानी दो सालो से सालो में यह सा

कप उनके मुनाफे के जो एवरेज है उसके ऊपर

सा पर का कैप को उलंघन करके करीब करीब

1378 करोड़ रुपया इन्होने चंदा दिया और यह

178 करोड़ रुप में 70 प्र से ज्यादा यानी

हज करोड़ तक जो है भारतीय जनता पार्टी को

यह चंदा जो है गया तो यह जो चंदा अतिरिक्त

जो

75 के ऊपर का जो चंदा है ये सीधे तौर पर

गैर कानूनी है और यह गौरतलब है कि

इलेक्टोरल बंड स्कीम जब सरकार पहली बार

2017 का फाइनेंस एक्ट में बजट में जो है

ये तमाम बदलाव लाया तो रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ

इंडिया और इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया ये

दोनों ही लिखित रूप से इस कानून का विरोध

किया और उन्होंने यह कहा इलेक्शन कमीशन

सीधे-सीधे कहा कि आप ये कंपनी का जो

अनलिमिटेड डोनेशन का सिस्टम कर रहे हैं

इससे शेल कंपनी बनेगा रिजर्व बैंक के

गवर्नर ने अरुण जेटली जी को चिठी लिखा और

उन्होंने कहा कि रिजर्व बैंक इसके खिलाफ

है और हमारा रिसर्च य दिखाता है की जो

इनका आशंका थी खास करके रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ

इंडिया का की मनी लरिंग य इलेक्टोरल बंड

स्कीम से बढ़ेगी उसी को जो है वही जो

आशंका है व सच साबित

आखिर यह कंपनियां अपने मुनाफे से अधिक

चंदा राजनीतिक दलों को क्यों दे रही थी

क्या इस प्रावधान को इसलिए हटाया गया ताकि

भाजपा को और अधिक चंदा मिल सके इन

कंपनियों ने भाजपा को 1400 करोड़ का चंदा

दिया है स्क्रोल की यह रिपोर्ट भी क्या

आपको किसी हिंदी अखबार में मिलेगी ढूंढ तो

लीजिए आप इन सारी डिजाइन को समझिए तो

खबरों को पहुंचने ही नहीं देना है प्रदेश

के पाठकों तक केवल यूपी और बिहार में

लोकसभा की 120 सीटें हैं अगर यहां जो

अखबार घरों में पहुंचते हैं उनसे चंदे के

धंधे का घोटाला लोगों तक पहुंचे ही ना उन

अखबारों में इसका विस्तार से वर्णन छपे ही

ना तो किस पाठक को पता चलेगा कि क्या हुआ

है और जो संपन्न तबका है उसे तो पता है कि

क्या हुआ है लेकिन वह चुप है वह भी नहीं

बोल रहा है क्योंकि वो बोले

तो आम आदमी को पता चल जाएगा इसलिए एक

राजनीतिक चुप्पी साथ ली गई है विपक्ष

कहां-कहां जाकर चिल्लाए उसका भाषण तो कहीं

दिखाया भी नहीं जाता वह विज्ञापन देकर यह

बात कहना चाहता है तो अखबार विपक्ष का

विज्ञापन भी नहीं छाप रहे कांग्रेस

महासचिव को इंडियन एक्सप्रेस को सलाम करना

पड़ा क्योंकि एक्सप्रेस ने कांग्रेस के इस

राजनीतिक विज्ञापन को छाप दिया है दैनिक

भास्कर ने भी इसे छापा है बाकी की कई

अखबारों ने नहीं छापा तो यह खेल चल रहा है

खबरों को फैलने मत दो जहां है वहीं मिट्टी

में दफन कर दो जनता को अंधेरे में रखो

दो महीने के भीतर भारत सरकार 16000 करोड़

के कर्जे को इक्विटी यानी हिस्सेदारी में

बदल लेती है इसके बाद vodafone-idea में

भारत सरकार सबसे बड़ी हिस्सेदार बन जाती

है इस तरह यह रिपोर्ट भी आप तक नहीं

पहुंची होगी वायर के लिए हेमेंद्र हजारी

ने एक रिपोर्ट की है कोटक समूह से जुड़े

एक एनबीएफसी इन्फिना कैपिटल प्राइवेट

ने लिखा है कि 70 करोड़ के इस अतिरिक्त

चंदे की उत्पत्ति कहां से हो रही है इसकी

जानकारी नहीं तो इतने गंभीर सवाल हैं ना

जांच हो रही है ना इन खबरों को हिंदी

अखबार विस्तार से छाप रहे हैं गेम समझ में

आया किसानों को यह पैसा नहीं मिलेगा

मांगेंगे तो लाठी मिलेगी मगर एक कंपनी पर

मेहरबानी देखिए 16000 करोड़ के लोन से

राहत दे दी गई और 100 करोड़ का चंदा भी

मिल गया वैसे आदित्य बिड़ला ग्रुप ने

बीजेपी को कुल

285 करोड़ का चंदा दिया है इतना चंदा कौन

कंपनी दे सकती है क्या वहां काम करने वाले

कर्मचारियों की सैलरी इतनी बढ़ती होगी

कर्मचारी भी किसी से कह नहीं पाते होंगे

क्या ही कहेंगे ल ने जब आदित्य बिड़ला

ग्रुप से जवाब मांगा तो जवाब नहीं मिला यह

भी चल रहा है सवाल पूछिए तो जवाब नहीं

देते बस किसी तरह चुप रहना है ताकि हिंदी

प्रदेश की जनता को पता ना चले और उसे धर्म

के नाम पर धर्म के नाम पर ही बेवकूफ बनाया

जाता रहे तय आपको करना है कि आप जनता तक

चंदे के इस धंधे की कहानी कैसे पहुंचाएंगे

आप पूछिए आसपास के लोगों से उन्हें इसके

बारे में पता नहीं होगा कारण हमने बता

दिया दिया इसलिए नहीं पता है क्योंकि ना

तो अखबारों में खबरें छप रही हैं और ना

खबरें जनता तक पहुंच रही हैं इसलिए विपक्ष

को जेल में डालकर खबरों को रोक कर 400

क्या कोई चाहे तो कुछ भी छाप ले कि हमको

800 आ रहा है जब जनता को पता ही नहीं है

अनजान जनता क्या अपने मतदान से लोकतंत्र

का धर्म निभा पाएगी सोचते रहिएगा नमस्कार
