university central campus and where
better place to start than the best
Julian in the UK there's always loads
going on at the SU with over 300 clubs
and societies from natural history to
knitting from darts to debating whatever
your interests are here there is
something for everyone we have one of
the biggest and best volunteering
programs which gives you the opportunity
to get involved in loads of community
work we also have to give it a go scheme
which gives you the chance to try
something new whether that's judo scuba
diving or sushi making the box office is
where you come to collect tickets or
find out what's going on the university
has six regular club nights from cheesy
pop to underground electronica it also
has live comedy theatre inspirational
talks and the newly launched music
program there's even a cinema downstairs
that shows new releases and cult
classics the SU is the perfect place to
come for a bite to eat or something to
drink there are loads of cafes and bars
there's a salad bar called new leaf
coffee revolution cafe infusion far won
a fine dining restaurant called in ops
or there's here interval cafe and bar
which is where I like to come after my
lectures the union is also committed to
helping students in whatever way it can
there were loads of advice and support
centers to help students throughout
their time here we also have property
with us which is this students looking
for accommodation in the city a student
services information desk our own
in-house branch of some time there and a
student job shop if you're thinking
about working whilst you study the union
is a great place to start looking
employing over 500 students every year

and hockey and were home to many Team GB

sheffield city center is about a five
minute walk from campus as well as
regular buses that link sheffield
accommodation to the University campus
we also have our very own tram stop
which makes it really easy to get about
the city
