because people in teams have different
skills and it's always important to have
somebody in that team that is creative
so that they can bring new ideas to the
group and question what the the
situation at the current time so that
they can improve it for the future the
attitude that people should have when
they're looking at being enterprising is
positivity I think it's really important
to be able to change and adapt um that
there's lots of change that happens
within an organization and some days you
might be thinking you're doing some
particular task and then it ends up
being that you're working on something
completely different so I really value
proactivity it's something that I look
at when I'm in interviewing people
throughout all different levels of the
